Wyoming House Passes Firearms Freedom Act
March 3rd, 2010
Last week, the Wyoming house overwhelmingly passed House Bill 95 (HB95), the Firearms Freedom Act.
The bill states:
“that specified firearms that are manufactured, sold, purchased, possessed and used exclusively within Wyoming shall be exempt from federal regulation, including registration requirements”
In 2009, both Tennessee and Montana passed the Act into state law. Last week, Gov. Gary Herbert signed the Firearms Freedom Act in the State of Utah. Arizona in February introduced a similar law and is not far from approving. Telling the Federal Government to “back-off” is gaining momentum in many States now.
NULLIFICATION
The principle behind such legislation is nullification, which has a long history in the American tradition. When a state ‘nullifies’ a federal law, it is proclaiming that the law in question is void and inoperative, or ‘non-effective,’ within the boundaries of that state; or, in other words, not a law as far as the state is concerned. Implied in such legislation is that the state apparatus will enforce the act against all violations – in order to protect the liberty of the state’s citizens.

I love hearing about the gvmt in these states that are standing up against the Fed’s. Every state should be doing this!

The Feds think they ‘own’ the states…
Take a look at this…

Will the sheriff of your county help, or allow, the gov arrest health care violators? Those who reject the governments product, and refuse to buy it…’Extortion’ is a crime and not allowed in any Constitution…So where does YOUR sheriff stand on this issue?

This should be done in every state and enforced. The only thing standing between us and them are our guns as
far as our freedoms and our rights.
Our forefathers had the brilliance to know this even in
the 1700’s, and thank God they did.
