President Obama has been named in dozens of civil lawsuits alleging he is not eligible to be president, with one man even filing a criminal complaint alleging the commander-in-chief is a fraud, and now a citizen grand jury in Georgia has indicted the sitting president.
The indictment delivered to state and federal prosecutors yesterday is one of the developments in the dispute over Obama’s eligibility to be president under the U.S. Constitution’s requirement that presidents be “natural born” citizens.
Orly Taitz, a California attorney working on several of the civil actions, also announced she has filed another Quo Warranto case in the District of Columbia, where, she told WND, the statutes acknowledge that procedure.
The Quo Warranto claim essentially calls on Obama to explain by what authority he has assumed the power of the presidency.

I don’t know why people are still asking questions about this issue. It is CLEAR that Obama is not a natural born citizen. His father was not a U.S. citizen. The Constitution would not allow a dual citizenship at birth to become a POTUS. End of the discussion. We need nothing more. Obama himself said that is father was from Kenya and a Brithish citizen. Case close. Indict the usurper.

I’m in Kentucky at the biggest gun show in America (billed as) and it is really huge. I’m finding good success getting signatories to our action and even more understanding of the issues than I’ve ever seen from any group.
Dr. Taitz is flying in tomorrow to address the crowd and I’m looking forward to this as are many in attendance (THOUSANDS).
Hope the ill words between lawyers has abated as we do really need to work toward a common goal.
On the legal front we’ll take any success that comes our way. On the fourth branch of government front we’re steadily moving forward with more states stepping up and organizing.
Matters not who gets to the brass ring first, just that we grab it.
Again, a truly masterful job in creating this site and I’m deeply appreciative as will be the rest of America.

Yes, I have written a few people and asked them to please respect the rights of others.. Obama has no respect for the citizen in our Country. We will not act like Obama. Our group on THIS website will respect rights and opinions of our fellow Patriots. I have no problem with healthy discussion. I have problems with inflammatory attacks on atttorneys, website vistitors, commentors or any other citizen. Don’t use foul language — don’t level attacks EXCEPT agains the King Usurper himself. If you do get out of line as a commentor on this website I will personally ask you to leave.
