The DNC conspiracy (fraud) is just getting juicer and juicer.
Phil over at the Right-Side-of-Life is calling it “Certifigate.” Yes, I agree! Watergate took Nixon down, Certifigate will do the same for Obama.
Here is the gist of what Phil is suggesting:
But what if Dr. Fukino is merely using the DNC certification of eligibility as the basis for her claims that Mr. Obama is a natural born citizen?
After all, we know that the Director nor any other State official can reveal personal information regarding any individual’s private documentation. And, in her most recent statement, Dr. Fukino proclaimed that Mr. Obama is a natural born citizen based on the documentation they have on file. She couldn’t have said anything about this unless the documentation upon which she bases her proclamation is already public (or risk revealing information in such a fashion as to make it public, by virtue of a public admission on her or her office’s part, thereby carrying potentially very stiff penalties for doing so).
Yet, the DNC certification of eligibility is already public; in fact, blogs such as mine already have it stashed away. Therefore:
Could Dr. Fukino be making her basis on that piece of paper as the rationale for her proclamation?
And, as I’ve repeatedly said before, no political party — as far as anyone has been able to find — is under any obligation to actually vet a candidate; they merely require a self-ascribing document in which the candidate proclaims him or herself to be qualified. The political party operates under no rule or law that requires actual documentation. Not only this, but the Hawaii DoH is similarly under no obligation to otherwise vet what documentation they receive; they’re merely tasked with safely storing and archiving such data.
So, perhaps the real bottom line is this, according to my theory: The HI DoH says that Mr. Obama is a natural born citizen based on the DNC’s constitutional certification which is based upon Mr. Obama’s self-ascribed document wherein he states he’s eligible. Therefore, in theory, the DNC and the HI DoH are basing their belief on Mr. Obama’s word, because, thus far, no actual documentation exists to otherwise confirm or deny is eligibility.
And regarding his short-form certification of live birth? Again, we’ve seen an image of this document, and as this posting and blog have clearly shown, we don’t know anything about the documentation to which this COLB points, except for the possible DNC certification paperwork which, at best, is already conclusively shown to be based upon one man’s word.
Could this stuff get any more morbidly fascinating?

That is an excellent name for these documents, when and where do you think anything will happen? Sorry I am so anxious, but each time I turn on TV there is the face of the Muslim dictator, and when people tell me he is the president, I do respect the office, but I do and I can’t respect a liar, a cheat, always apologizing for USA, that is unheard of, he tells all the nations overseas how bad America is and how he is going to change, boy I slap his face on the TV whenever I walk by the TV, him and his wife are really enjoying the big life at taxpayer expense, she has 21 assistants to keep her beautiful and safe, doesn’t help as she said at one time America is a mean country, but now she is First Lady she buys $600. tennis shoes to give out food at a foodbank, the circumstances that her brain dead husband caused, the truth will out in time, I just hope we have the time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Over a year ago I asked one of the lawyers at my State Board Of Elections if anyone checked to see if Obama was eligible. He told me “it was not their job”.

Now usurper BO wants to cut medicare. Sure, it’s okay for him to have the best care, but make cuts that hurt the elderly and disabled. They have enough money to throw away on foolish pork barrel spending and all that other earmark spending and money waste, but they say there is not enough for medicare. BO has to go. He is really destroying our country in more ways than one. I am tired of his old, tired, evil policies. Usurper BO called President Bush’s policies tired and old, but his policies are worse and he is not even eligible to be making them. There really has to be a real smoking gun that ousts this usurper from the white house ASAP.

u c it is real simple at any point if “We the People” don’t like our elected officials we have a right to ask that they be investigated and or removed. Everbody has got to get on the horn and ask their respective Senators to begin impeachment proceedings against this fraud and criminal just on the basis of his actions. Doesn’t really matter if u or I are elected to office, we don’t have a right to upset our constituency yet we have an obligation to follow the law. This imposter is not a law abiding citizen and neither are his supporters. One thing that he is is a rabble rouser and a would be dictator. A Liar who will say on the news that he is going to do something for Americans and than will turn right around and stab them in the back. Is your blood boiling yet?

Not many people are mentioning that so many families have lost all hope this year, and the rash increase of murder/suicides of entire families is way beyond sad. This administration’s destruction of the economy where good people are losing homes, jobs, & all hope is just evil. There’s American’s blood on the hands of BHO and every gvmt person who caused the economic destruction of our country, which led to the deaths of these families. My fear is that there will be more in the months to come unless something happens quickly to give good people hope again. It’s a shame we can’t charge every one of these scumbags in gvmt with murder. They are as guilty as the one who actually held the weapon and performed the deadly deeds.

He better keep his filthy hands OFF of Medicare. We seniors need this care. It costs us $97.00 a month and pays very little, but every little penny helps. We have to have a private policy also to help with the cost. There will be a rebellion of SENIORS if he touches our Medicare. With all the stealing and corruption in our government, I don’t think we Americans will tolerate any cuts to the seniors or disabled. They better rethink that one. Also, if the healhcare bill is so great, why are they exempt from it. That should tell you something. Speedy is right, BO AND HIS CRONIES HAVE GOT TO GO. The sooner the better.

Obama will reduce Medicare payments so he can send $400,000 of YOUR money to an American killing terrorist!
Everyone needs to get five just five people who voted for him to change their vote next election cycle!
He care nothing for seniors and their needs! WE are the liability! We boomers are coming retirement age and they don’t have the money! What better way to reduce the numbers than to prevent them from getting medical care they need(Health Care Bill), so they die off and in Scrooge’s words “Decrease the surplus population”!
We need to maintain the heat on Obama and his minions EVERY day, NEVER let up!

I agree leave Medicare alone, the monthly charge for Medicare was too much for me, I have VA as a veteran of ww2, so I cancelled Medicare part b. Only have part a, but in 11 years havn’t needed, am85 at this time and my son is always saying you are more involved in politics than when I was young. Well, I single Mom, working daily and taking care of son, plus my Mom, so politics was not a priority, but now disabledd, he raised and a good taxpaying worker in U.S. Forest Service for 22 years, so I can’t do much, but try to keep informed, I do not like surprises and when Homeland Security called me a terrorist because I am a veteran, hate abortion, same-sex marriage and pornograph, figured I would at least try to know why I was being arrested, if I am, not yet, but keep blogging and young surprised at my doing this. God Bless all who are trying to keep our country the country I grew up in. born 1924

I have been listening to these people and following their case. As it stands today the US Corporation is in DEFAULT for failure to respond to the complaint.
This is a very interesting case to say the least! This could bring the entire ring of corruption and fraud committed by our government that has been going on since 1933.
