UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT, Western District of Tennessee, Memphis, TN served by Mac MacDougall
American Grand Jury has incorporated the Fitzpatrick criminal complaint and the Nancy Pelosi criminal conspiracy complaint within its Presentments.
The American Grand Jury Criminal Presentments have now been hand-delivered by Process-Service to the Clerk of the United States District Court, Mr. Thomas M. Gould, Memphis, Tennessee [serve affidavit by Mac MacDougall] .

The criminal charges of Eligibility Fraud and Treason (Barack Obama) and Conspiracy of Election Fraud (Nancy Pelosi and Barack Obama) are now pending before these and numerous other Courts.
If acted upon, the Grand Jury Presentments would require that both Obama and Pelosi be criminally prosecuted.
American Grand Jury is actively pursuing decisions in a number of UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURTS located in multiple jurisdictions: District for Columbia, Tennessee, Alabama, Florida, Kansas, New York, Texas, California, Arizona, Connecticut and others.

I hope and pray these presentations work, get Pelosi out, she is about as bad as Obama, but together they are the unholy duo and do not help citizens in any way. She has said some really bad comments about the tea parties and should not do this. She is a real damage to the House of Rep. She threatens these people and some are a bit scared of her. Obama, what can I say, Muslim dictators should not be in the White House, never and I say the prayer Psalm 109:8, lots of people don’t like, but I hope it comes to pass. God Bless America, we sure need in Lord.

It doesn’t appear to be working since the democrats all continue to shove these bills through. They appear to be in more fear of the power elites than the voters.
The republicans appear to be using this as a way to keep themselves in office and gain some seats come 2010.
The important thing is the voters MUST vote out anyone currently in office regardless of party. The goal should be for a 100% turn over to send a strong enough message to these crooks.
The bad thing is they may already control these elections which would explain why they don’t seem to be worried about the voters. They have the electronic machines in place to manipulate any outcome they want.

Stop Obama from going to Copenhagen!
What most people may not know is that the President can’t even so much as go to the bathroom without permission from the Senate! So if the Senate says Obama can not attend the Copenhagen meeting this month then Obama can’t attend, PERIOD!
If Obama did attend after being told he can not go by the Senate he commits an impeachable offense and the Senate has grounds to impeach his butt for violating a direct order from the Senate!
So call every single Senator and demand they forbid Obama from attending this meeting! Let’s see where these Republican Senators really stand on this crap!!!
Tell every one of them if they don’t forbid Obama from attending they are out come re-election!
They will probably tell you there is nothing they can do to prevent him from going, which would be a flat out lie! They DO have the power and authority to stop him from going! If any of them tell you otherwise then simply inform them of how they need to go back and read their constitution and the Jefferson Manual. The President can not do squat without approval from the Senate! So this is all on the Senate. Inform them that you know this and they better step up and announce they are forbidding Obama from attending this meeting or they will be held accountable for this fraud and treason since they most certainly do have authority and power to stop him from going! And if Obama goes anyway they can impeach his azz!

Also to the post that says maybe we should arest commander Fitzpatrick I do not think this would be proper at all, the gentleman is doing his best to get country back peacefully. I would not want to see him in custody of the corrupt judges hands.
What needs to be done is every time a grand jury is formed in your area to take the presentments to grand jury along with charges of any ag, judge, elected official that has been presented with these presentments.
When enough grand juries are formed and all guilty of treason have been charged then it just may be a lesson to all officeholders we mean business.
Only other alternative is not peaceful but it could very well come to that.
I do not believe the citizens of this country are going to sit back and let this happen without a fight.
If illegal President wants to declare marshal law let him. In event of civil war who is going to worry about anything he says? A fight to death is no time to worry about law and order, if we had that there would be no need for a civil war in the first place!
