U.S. Attorneys with the Department of Justice have moved to dismiss Orly Taitz’s Quo Warranto case for lack of jurisdiction. Additionally, the U.S. Attorneys’ Office asserts that any judicial or bar sanctions against Dr. Taitz are the consequences of her own actions.
“Although, to Defendant’s knowledge, this is Dr. Taitz’s first case in which she serves as Plaintiff, this is not her first bite at the apple, or even her second: she has unsuccessfully represented plaintiffs in at least three judicial districts seeking to raise similar claims. In each of these cases, the United States district courts have declined to find jurisdiction and have denied relief similar to the ultimate relief sought here.
Dr. Taitz’s Complaint suffers from exactly the same defects that doomed many of her previous litigation efforts. Simply put, her allegations about the President’s citizenship are not a concrete and particularized injury, as required to establish standing under the “case or controversy” requirement of Article III, and the harms that she has suffered from judicial and/or bar sanctions for her conduct in litigation are the consequences of her own actions and not in any way traceable to any legal claim cognizable against Defendant.”

Remember this, the Justice Department is the chief law enforement branch of the Administration. Eric Holder is the master thief behind DOJ. He himself is an appointee of Obama. To allow the Justice Department to interfere with any case filed against Obama is the quintessential act of a treason against the people. It is a violation of the Constitution for the DOJ to defend Obama. We the taxpayers pay the salaries of the DOJ, not Obama. DOJ cannot legally act on hehalf of Obama in the eligibility challenge. When Obama is finally taken down and he will be taken down, Eric Holder and all the attorneys that soiled their dirty hands in the coverup need to be indicted and prosecuted right along with Obama.

The DOJ’s job is to prosecute and not defend the usurper. They are committing fraud and treason representing the fraud in thief usurper bo. The judge should realize that there is conflict of interest and that the DOJ has no business defending bo. They just want to hold onto their ill-gotten jobs.

This is also Michelle Obama, she can be arrested for conspiracy and serve lots of time in prison, but they go on and go and nobody seems to be able to stop. So the DOJ purjured themselves! They told the CA court that this court IS the proper jurisdiction that Orly had to bring her suit and now they are trying to claim it doesn’t have jurisdiction. So they are saying this court has jurisdiction but only as long as you don’t actually file suit. But once you file suit you don’t have jurisdiction? LOL

Seems like all we have in America are judges who are afraid of losing their jobs, or maybe afraid of ACORN thugs hurting them. He will try next to that mexican or whatever on the Supreme Court, they are crooked and corrupt enough to (I think) let the disease take his oath on Koran, not sure of this heard or read it someplace, but had to do in private so do think there was quite a problem. It appears to me DOJ is asserting that “NO” court has jurisdiction in this case. If the CA courts do not & according to DOJ DC does, then they assert the DC court does not & that all other courts have rejected standing, the only thing left is, there is NO jurisdiction.
How can that be? How can there be no place for a case to be tried? Obviously, DOJ has the courts telling us, in this case, we have no ability to question.
I’m still confused why John McCain’s eligibility was questioned by congress prior to the election, but Obama’s was not. Why? Why while they were there did they not just go over Obama’s eligibility then & resolve the issue? No one can justify not looking at Obama after they have just looked at McCain.
I agree there is a serious conflict of interest when DOJ uses its resources (taxpayers resources) to defend the president, who appointed DOJ leadership to office. I do not understand why a court would not speak up on this &/or at least ask why DOJ is defending a citizen against a citizen inquiry?!
If an American citizen has no standing on this, then who does? And where do the courts get the impression that once in office, eligibility can not be questioned? So far as I have been able to read or find out, there is nothing written that denies anyone the right to question eligibility, at any time. There may be acceptable means to do it during the campaign, but where does it say once the campaign is over, so too is the question?
I know this…. if it is ever determined Barack Obama is or was not eligible to assume office, let alone run, the aftermath of such a revelation will be substantial.
The public already distrusts politicians & they surely do not like what the parties have been doing. To find out our courts aided & abetted evading revelation of Obama’s status will seriously undermine our nation.
How can we believe in any of those branches of government if they all colluded together, either deliberately or even inadvertently, to obscure a relevant fact from the public.
As has been said before, if this provision of the constitution does not matter, none of the constitution matters. I seriously doubt any of us will find that conclusion acceptable. I know I will not. Perhaps the intention is to undermine various aspects of the constitution, as a ploy to assert the entire document really no longer matters.
No wonder the libs hate the Tea Party movement!!!
