Congratulations for your brave and courageous trip to D.C. As I can see, it was a success. USA needs patriots who are willing to stand for the U.S. Constitution.

Now, let’s hope that there is ONE honest brave Judge left in your country, that will be willing to do the right thing and suppoenas all of Obama’s records. This is all you need, ONE patriot brave honest Judge.

The Honduran Supreme Court and Congress have done the right thing; they have actually uphold its constitutional principles (principles largely based on the US Constitution) and had Zelaya removed by the Army. Now, if Honduras did it, USA should be able to do the same.

So where are these “presentments”? We would like to see them.

(f) Indictment and Return.

A grand jury may indict only if at least 12 jurors concur. The grand jury—or its foreperson or deputy foreperson—must return the indictment to a magistrate judge in open court. If a complaint or information is pending against the defendant and 12 jurors do not concur in the indictment, the foreperson must promptly and in writing report the lack of concurrence to the magistrate judge.

What they obviously need to do is find a federal magistrate and present their documents in open court, even if interrupting the proceedings is the only way to do so. If they don’t do this properly, they will never be given their proper respect by the law. They need to be bold for We The People.

Courts are in session a high percentage of the time. They just need to find one in session, walk in and announce their purpose, ask permission to approach the bench, “serve” the judge their papers in open court, and that’s it…game over for Obama. The Court will then HAVE to act.

With all due respect, you are not correct here. You don’t just walk into a live courtroom and disrupt the proceeding. You can get arrested for doing that. You “serve” the court in the proper and legal manner.

This person talks a good game but he has never bothered to become an American Grand jury member or serve a single presentment. I would say practice what you preach.

I owned a very active process-serve business at one time and I have served 1,000’s of documents on individuals, companies, and courts.

My friendly advice: don’t ever walk into an open courtroom hearing and act like you own the place. The judge will have you thrown in jail for disrupting his proceeding. At that point your presentments won’t mean crap to that Judge that may have given it some serious consideration.
