The Republicans in Congress are restless- that’s a good thing!
December 23rd, 2009
Not one Republican in the Senate, NOT ONE, voted for this unconstitutional abomination known as Obamacare. I think they are finally getting the message. On the other hand, those dumb Obots in the Senate that allowed Harry “dingy” Reid to arm twist, intimidate and threaten them if they didn’t bow down to the Usuper are going to find out one thing in the coming days, weeks and months — THEY ARE HISTORY. If I were a betting man I would say every liberal Democrat that is up for reelection in November 2010 is going to get a big FAT pink slip.
Concerning the unconstitutional issue, Senators Graham and DeMint are not going to sit on the sidelines this time. What’s important is they are going to challenge the Feds directly in State Court, exactly where it belongs.
Sens. DeMint and Lindsey Graham (R-SC) have sent the following letter to South Carolina’s Attorney General Henry McMaster concerning the deal that Sen. Reid used to buy Sen. Ben Nelson’s (D-NE) vote. Bottom line: the deal would unfairly allow one State to receive 100% of required monies for new Medicaid enrollees while all 49 other States would not receive the same benefit. This violates Article 1, Section 8, Clause 1 of the Constitution.

I’m proud of my two senators on this one. There’s certainly a lot about this that is unconstitutional- not just the one point they’re addressing.

Lindsey Graham is a wimp. These two guys could have prevented this entire train-wreck by challanging O Bama’s eligibility at the Confirmation Hearing. They are playing politics.
If they are serious about saving this nation, let them file for Quo Warranto.

I am in 100% agreement with Robert, just another political
maneuver to distance these senators from any responsibility
for,as Robert said this “trainwreck”that We The People now face.It is truly a sad day when our representatives are only
interested in their personal folly which could have been averted by these very folks if they would have just done their jobs.It was not as if these legislators were not put on notice of this impending disaster and still, they did nothing. The only state that I am aware of is Oklahoma who has
claimed sovereignty while my state of Texas has just offered
lip service.

It only figures that obamacare would turn out to be breaking the constitution. What more would you expect from a fella’ that does not meet the constitutional requirements to even hold that office? In other words if you do not meet the constitutional requirements of even holding that office you are going to dream up “cradle to grave” politics in order to “buy” votes. The man is in a desperate tizzy as his disapproval rating climbs.

If the Senators really want to stop this they should question Obama’s qualification for office, That would stop it in its tracks I am sure

What are republicans waiting for? Hey guys! The ELIGIBILITY ISSUE is your only weapon. Use it and stop playing politic. All the other options will fail and you know it. Come on republicans, show us you have a back bone and get the Kenyan usurper out of the Oval Office. Return him to his kenyan hut or throw him in jail.
