There were 70,000,000 plus eligible voters who did not vote in the presidential election of 2008. ‘bama can rant and rave all he wants about how many votes he got. How can they dismiss cases without going to trial and having a jury decide? This is getting old and ridiculous. People have standing and there is jurisdiction anywhere in this country, because BO committed fraud throughout the country. How can he dismiss a case of fraud. What a rotten judge. I hope Orly can appeal this case. Maybe Carter should be served some grand jury indictment presentments.

The problem is the RNC still does not get it. as long as it allows local chapters to place candidates like the one they put up as the Republican candidate in the NY 23 District, they will continue to alienate their base.

No one will ever win in these courts! What most people do not understand is that these courts are there for the corporate government. The government, the courts, the bar, they are ALL a part of the corporation. WE the People are FOREIGN to their jurisdiction. You can NOT get jurisdiction in these courts when you are a foreign subject.

This would be like trying to sue some company in China in our court. You can’t! You would have to go to China and file in one of their courts to get jurisdiction.

There is only ONE court that has jurisdiction. That court is the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. That is the ONLY court any of use can sue any government corporation in because every single government corporation are all located within the 10 miles square of the District of Columbia. The District of Columbia is its own foreign country located within the US.

The best shot of getting any justice through that court is to file a civil lawsuit against the United States DBA Corporation and sue Obama and Pelosi in their CORPORATE CAPACITY…NOT their official capacity.

Sue them for the FRAUD they committed! Forget about trying to get the court to remove him. That is NEVER going to happen! No Judge will ever take that step to go that far. So merely sue for FRAUD where Obama would have to provide evidence to show he did not commit any fraud! Quo Warranto must be filed, otherwise we are wasting our time.

My understanding is in order to get a Quo Warranto you must file leave from the court and get the court to grant permission to bring a Quo Warranto. I doubt the court would grant permission.

I say forget the Quo Warranto and any attempts to remove him through courts, for at least now.

I say file a civil suit for fraud! He committed fraud, the defacto government committed fraud, and as a result of their fraud and because of the spending and bills they passed since Obama took office, which are all unconstitutional, their fraud has cost each person and every person is entitled to damages!

Sue them for $10 million for damages! The idea is to sue for fraud. They will have to prove their was no fraud by proving who he is, that he was qualified to run for POTUS and become POTUS. Since he can not prove he was qualified the fraud will be exposed through a civil suit.

THEN, after the fraud has been exposed they will have no choice but to file their own Quo Warranto and remove him from office or arrest him and remove him by force or whatever.

If you sue in their official capacity you get nowhere! They are pretty much immune to civil suits in their official capacity.

The fraud was committed while they were working in their personal and corporate capacities. You can get standing, state a claim where relief can be granted. You are suing in the proper venue since they are a FOREIGN CORPORATION, located inside the 10 mile square of DC which is FOREIGN to the rest of the US, and they have their corporate offices all located inside the DC area.

Do NOT file under the DC district court. You must file under the SUPERIOR COURT of the DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA! That is the only court that can hear the case with proper jurisdiction!
