The Criminal charges of “Conspiracy and Fraud” are served against Nancy Pelosi in US District Court, Nashville, Tennessee
RELEASED BY: American Grand Jury
Charges filed with multiple State Election Commissions claiming Election fraud by Pelosi and Obama.
American Grand Jury has incorporated the Nancy Pelosi/Barack Obama criminal complaints within its Presentments. The Presentments were served on the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee, Nashville, TN on November 6th, 2009. A Response in the form of an “Order” has been issued by Judge Todd Campbell and received by American Grand Jury this week. American Grand Jury will answer the response in the form of a Motion. The American Grand Jury Motion and a copy of the Court’s Order will be published on the AGJ website within the next few days.
If acted upon, the Grand Jury Presentments would require that Pelosi and Obama be criminally indicted for “Fraud, Conspiracy and Treason.”
American Grand Jury is actively pursuing the serving of Presentments in a number of United States District Courts in different States.

I will make a comment, I will hope and pray that this presentation makes a difference. Pelosi is a vile, wicked woman who hammers her people to vote how she thinks, she is an apt deputy of Obama and seems to be more like him daily. But taking earmarks of over 3 million dollars for her husbands company to construct Fema camps to hold we dissenters in, will win her no friends. I think all citizens understand just how wicked, evil she is, I will say she must be one of the fallen angels that God threw down after Lucifer wanted to be Our Lord. But they both will end up whereever the Lord wants them. But Satan Obama is doing well, anybody against him will get arrested, as Pastor Manning. God Bless America

Todd J. Campbell (born 1956) is a United States federal judge, currently the Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee.

Born in Rockford, Illinois, Campbell received a bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University in 1978 and a law degree from the University of Tennessee’s College of Law in 1982.[1]

A longtime supporter and aide of former Vice President Al Gore, Campbell worked in private law practice in Nashville, Tennessee from 1982 until 1993. He worked as the deputy campaign manager for legal affairs and the treasurer of Gore’s presidential campaign committee from 1987 until 1988, and he also worked as legal counsel to the personnel department during Bill Clinton and Al Gore’s 1992-1993 presidential transition. In 1993, Campbell took a job working for Gore as Deputy Counsel to the Vice President and director of administration. From 1993 until 1995, Campbell served as Counsel to the Vice President and director of administration. He then worked briefly in private practice in Nashville in 1995.[2]

On June 27, 1995, President Bill Clinton nominated Campbell to be a judge on the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee to replace Judge Thomas A. Wiseman, Jr., who had taken senior status. The United States Senate confirmed Campbell in a voice vote on December 22, 1995, and he received his commission on December 26, 1995. [3] Campbell became the Middle District’s chief judge in 2005.[4]

Woo hoo……sounds fantastic to me and let’s hope that every state comes forward with the same presentments. I wish I understood all the ins and outs of it, but thank GOD for all of you involved. Reading this and I just might sleep well for the first time since Nov. 4th 2008.

The courts are doing their sworn duty. Their sworn duty is to the corporation to protect the dictatorship. These courts do not care about the people. They are not there to protect the people. They are there to protect the corporate government from the people from ever being able to hold them accountable.
Now they are just taking upon themselves to close cases without even allowing the plantiffs to have a hearing so they can at least be heard before throwing their cases out.
I’m all for trying every possible means to peacefully restore constitutional order in this country, but I’m afraid that is never going to happen. I believe we have come to the point that the only way we the people will ever be able to restore our government is for the people to rise up and take our government back through force. And if we don’t do it soon it will be to late in the near future as they are taking steps to prevent this from ever being a possibility.
I fear this nation has come to the point of where we will have a final showdown where it will be all or nothing in the end where the people will have to fight with force till the end where winner takes all. It’s either them or us and no inbetween.
If the people ever wake up before it is to late to take our government back through force I will be there to fight with them! It certainly is not what the people want but I’m afraid we have reached the point to where there is no other choice unless everyone wants to just roll over and allow a dictatorship to take everything over where we the people surrender to them and become their slaves giving up all forms of our freedoms and rights.

Of course he did this to gain standing. This is one smart cookie. And this is the biggest error committed by Obama to go after this man. Obama is digging his own grave by attacking Dr Manning. First, he gives him publicity (which is bad for Obama) and if Manning is arrested, he will ask for discovery since his only defense will be that he did no wrong because Obama is not the President.

IF THIS WILL HELP THEN I AM ALL for Dr. Manning, I don’t hear the videos so well, so am going mostly on what the posts say. Anything that gets the head snake out of the White House, I read somewhere where Michelle is becoming more bitter and hostile, now she has 26 attendants which taxpayers pay for, to keep her comfortable, safe and well. I will say a prayer that she is taken out when He is. Psalm 109:8 and also lets say a praise prayer for God Bless America

Does this mean that Judge Campbell issued a different opinion from that of last week? I remember Mack Ellis read parts of the opinion on last Wednesday’s show, and the judge’s conclusions were almost word-for-word what Judge Lamberth had written. Has Judge Campbell possibly read the Constitution and acted accordingly?

I’m beginning to think Follow the Constitution may be correct. For the sake of all, I hate to see it come to a violent culmination. Some think we will lose in the battle, the result in all wars, from this action. The court system has been corrupted and designed by evil people and their intentions to remove We the People unalienable rights to protect and defend ourselves from a tyrannical government. In my opinion, only a miracle from God will save the nation at this point.
