The American Grand SUPER Jury is in session - Shepard Smith has officially joined the left-wing Obots

We had a huge turnout for the SUPER JURY. The jury is in session right now with over 130 members actively participating. WOW!
Some great things are planned for the “presentments” that come out of this jury. This will be our Official 4th of July Grand Jury. Out of this Super Jury will come some Regional Grand Juries too:
AZ, CA, NV and NM = Regional
AR, AL, TN, MS and MO = Regional
SC, NC, GA, FL and LA = Regional
TX, OK = Regional
If any of you are from these particular Regional States and want to join American Grand Jury then send us an email as soon as possible. We have some exciting plans in these States for serving courts, judges and attorneys. These States seem to be the HOT States so far as activity builds with the Courts.
But don’t let the State region stop you. We have 4 Grand Juries coming up in July that will have around 30 to 40 members on each jury. These members come from any State in the Nation. We have 120 members already pre-registered for July but we want more. We can increase the size of these juries to 50 or 60 if necessary.
It is official. Mack Ellis (Southeastern Director for American Grand Jury) and Carl Swensson (Official Ambassador to American Grand Jury) are traveling to Washington DC a few days after the SUPER JURY presentments are handed down. The date is around the end of the month.
They will personally be serving Barry Soetoro, Nancy Pelosi, Eric Holder and some other notable criminals in office with the Indictment against Obama.

Does anyone know this thug? This is Shep Smith from FOX News. Mr. Smith has now announced that he is the defacto expert on Barack Obama’s citizenship. A recent interview with this guy netted the following:
“There are these crazies out there who want to pretend [Obama's] not a citizen of the United States, who want to pretend that his religion is something they see as in some way troublesome to them and all of us. And there is a group perpetuating this thought, and there is a culture to which you can attach yourself very easily through the Internet. We know it’s absolutely - there is no truth whatsoever - zero - to any of those ideas, yet they live within the computer and they fester in people’s minds.”
Well, it seems Mr. “Fair and Balanced” enjoys calling Americans right-wing crazies. I guess that makes sense. This guy makes $7 to $8 million a year and now believes he has joined the privileged “elite.” Well Shep old buddy, you got it all wrong. The day you think you are bigger and better than God’s people is the day you turned the corner on the downhill slide.
American Grand Jury has a BIG surprise for Shepard Smith and the folks at FOX News come the 4th of July. I suspect the PR meter will start to bend in the wrong direction when that time comes.

Wow! You people never surrender. This is such a fascinating issue. It will be “THE TEST” to see if you still have a Constitution in your country. Your rights of Citizen Grand Jurors have never been abolished in the USA Constitution, even though you have not used them for a 100 years, they are still there. You are the last country to still have these rights. In Canada, they were abolished many years ago. So cherish them, protect them and used them; they are priceless.
I think you will eventually succeed. Like Alinsky said “Never let a good crises go to waste”. This is the perfect occasion to restore the power of your Constitution. When the Grand Jurors will win their case, because they will, the power will return to THE PEOPLE like it was first intended to be by your Founding Fathers.
This whole thing will have served you well in the end. For too many years your corrupted elected officials have trampled your Constitution rights, one by one, behind closed doors. GLENN: I got a letter from a woman in Arizona. She writes an open letter to our nation’s leadership: I’m a home grown American citizen, 53, registered Democrat all my life. Before the last presidential election I registered as a Republican because I no longer felt the Democratic Party represents my views or works to pursue issues important to me. Now I no longer feel the Republican Party represents my views or works to pursue issues important to me. The fact is I no longer feel any political party or representative in Washington represents my views or works to pursue the issues important to me. There must be someone. Please tell me who you are. Please stand up and tell me that you are there and that you’re willing to fight for our Constitution as it was written. Please stand up now. You might ask yourself what my views and issues are that I would horribly feel so disenfranchised by both major political parties. What kind of nut job am I? Will you please tell me?
Well, these are briefly my views and issues for which I seek representation:
One, illegal immigration. I want you to stop coddling illegal immigrants and secure our borders. Close the underground tunnels. Stop the violence and the trafficking in drugs and people. No amnesty, not again. Been there, done that, no resolution. P.S., I’m not a racist. This isn’t to be confused with legal immigration.

Two, the TARP bill, I want it repealed and I want no further funding supplied to it. We told you no, but you did it anyway. I want the remaining unfunded 95% repealed. Freeze, repeal.
Three: Czars, I want the circumvention of our checks and balances stopped immediately. Fire the czars. No more czars. Government officials answer to the process, not to the president. Stop trampling on our Constitution and honor it.
Four, cap and trade. The debate on global warming is not over. There is more to say.
Five, universal healthcare. I will not be rushed into another expensive decision. Don’t you dare try to pass this in the middle of the night and then go on break. Slow down!
Six, growing government control. I want states rights and sovereignty fully restored. I want less government in my life, not more. Shrink it down. Mind your own business. You have enough to take care of with your real obligations. Why don’t you start there.
Seven, ACORN. I do not want ACORN and its affiliates in charge of our 2010 census. I want them investigated. I also do not want mandatory escrow fees contributed to them every time on every real estate deal that closes. Stop the funding to ACORN and its affiliates pending impartial audits and investigations. I do not trust them with taking the census over with our taxpayer money. I don’t trust them with our taxpayer money. Face up to the allegations against them and get it resolved before taxpayers get any more involved with them. If it walks like a duck and talks like a duck, hello. Stop protecting your political buddies. You work for us, the people. Investigate.
Eight, redistribution of wealth. No, no, no. I work for my money. It is mine. I have always worked for people with more money than I have because they gave me jobs. That is the only redistribution of wealth that I will support. I never got a job from a poor person. Why do you want me to hate my employers? Why ‑‑ what do you have against shareholders making a profit?
Nine, charitable contributions. Although I never got a job from a poor person, I have helped many in need. Charity belongs in our local communities, where we know our needs best and can use our local talent and our local resources. Butt out, please. We want to do it ourselves.
Ten, corporate bailouts. Knock it off. Sink or swim like the rest of us. If there are hard times ahead, we’ll be better off just getting into it and letting the strong survive. Quick and painful. Have you ever ripped off a Band‑Aid? We will pull together. Great things happen in America under great hardship. Give us the chance to innovate. We cannot disappoint you more than you have disappointed us.
Eleven, transparency and accountability. How about it? No, really, how about it? Let’s have it. Let’s say we give the buzzwords a rest and have some straight honest talk. Please try ‑‑ please stop manipulating and trying to appease me with clever wording. I am not the idiot you obviously take me for. Stop sneaking around and meeting in back rooms making deals with your friends. It will only be a prelude to your criminal investigation. Stop hiding things from me.
Twelve, unprecedented quick spending. Stop it now.
Take a breath. Listen to the people. Let’s just slow down and get some input from some nonpoliticians on the subject. Stop making everything an emergency. Stop speed reading our bills into law. I am not an activist. I am not a community organizer. Nor am I a terrorist, a militant or a violent person. I am a parent and a grandparent. I work. I’m busy. I’m busy. I am busy, and I am tired. I thought we elected competent people to take care of the business of government so that we could work, raise our families, pay our bills, have a little recreation, complain about taxes, endure our hardships, pursue our personal goals, cut our lawn, wash our cars on the weekends and be responsible contributing members of society and teach our children to be the same all while living in the home of the free and land of the brave.
I entrusted you with upholding the Constitution. I believed in the checks and balances to keep from getting far off course. What happened? You are very far off course. Do you really think I find humor in the hiring of a speed reader to unintelligently ramble all through a bill that you signed into law without knowing what it contained? I do not. It is a mockery of the responsibility I have entrusted to you. It is a slap in the face. I am not laughing at your arrogance. Why is it that I feel as if you would not trust me to make a single decision about my own life and how I would live it but you should expect that I should trust you with the debt that you have laid on all of us and our children. We did not want the TARP bill. We said no. We would repeal it if we could. I am sure that we still cannot. There is such urgency and recklessness in all of the recent spending.
From my perspective, it seems that all of you have gone insane. I also know that I am far from alone in these feelings. Do you honestly feel that your current pursuits have merit to patriotic Americans? We want it to stop. We want to put the brakes on everything that is being rushed by us and forced upon us. We want our voice back. You have forced us to put our lives on hold to straighten out the mess that you are making. We will have to give up our vacations, our time spent with our children, any relaxation time we may have had and money we cannot afford to spend on you to bring our concerns to Washington. Our president often knows all the right buzzword is unsustainable. Well, no kidding. How many tens of thousands of dollars did the focus group cost to come up with that word? We don’t want your overpriced words. Stop treating us like we’re morons.
We want all of you to stop focusing on your reelection and do the job we want done, not the job you want done or the job your party wants done. You work for us and at this rate I guarantee you not for long because we are coming. We will be heard and we will be represented. You think we’re so busy with our lives that we will never come for you? We are the formerly silent majority, all of us who quietly work , pay taxes, obey the law, vote, save money, keep our noses to the grindstone and we are now looking up at you. You have awakened us, the patriotic spirit so strong and so powerful that it had been sleeping too long. You have pushed us too far. Our numbers are great. They may surprise you. For every one of us who will be there, there will be hundreds more that could not come. Unlike you, we have their trust. We will represent them honestly, rest assured. They will be at the polls on voting day to usher you out of office. We have cancelled vacations. We will use our last few dollars saved. We will find the representation among us and a grassroots campaign will flourish. We didn’t ask for this fight. But the gloves are coming off. We do not come in violence, but we are angry. You will represent us or you will be replaced with someone who will. There are candidates among us when hewill rise like a Phoenix from the ashes that you have made of our constitution.
Democrat, Republican, independent, libertarian. Understand this. We don’t care. Political parties are meaningless to us. Patriotic Americans are willing to do right by us and our Constitution and that is all that matters to us now. We are going to fire all of you who abuse power and seek more. It is not your power. It is ours and we want it back. We entrusted you with it and you abused it. You are dishonorable. You are dishonest. As Americans we are ashamed of you. You have brought shame to us. If you are not representing the wants and needs of your constituency loudly and consistently, in spite of the objections of your party, you will be fired. Did you hear? We no longer care about your political parties. You need to be loyal to us, not to them. Because we will get you fired and they will not save you. If you do or can represent me, my issues, my views, please stand up. Make your identity known. You need to make some noise about it. Speak up. I need to know who you are. If you do not speak up, you will be herded out with the rest of the sheep and we will replace the whole damn congress if need be one by one. We are coming. Are we coming for you? Who do you represent? What do you represent? Listen. Because we are coming. We the people are coming.

It looks like the only one pretending is BO. He is pretending to be a natural born citizen even after admitting his father was a British subject. Shep is full of crap! He has insulted millions of Americans who want the truth about BO and who know that BO was and may still be a citizen of Indonesia and he was born in Kenya. I think that Shep is a crazy!

Dear Mr. Shepard,
I am so disappointed. I am so insulted. I am a 57 year old mother, retired social worker, life long Democrat (now and independent), never even had a traffic ticket! On air, to millions of viewer, you called me a right wing crazy.
I had a classic education. I studied Latin, science, and read all the classics. I loved history and civics. I was one of the few people who stayed awake through learning about the Constitution, Founding Fathers, Law of Nations, and Magna Carta. It fascinated me. ( Ok, maybe you are right, I am a little strange LOL)
I had a 4.0 in college. I truly am a Patriot, not a right wing crazy. My entire family during World War II and the Korean War, (conflict?) and Vietnam were in the military. My son’s father is a 20 year retired Marine. My family has served our country well. I am pro-life. which means to me that no one gets murdered. Not the gallant guard at the Holocaust memorial, not the people in the twin towers on 9-11, not the people in Oklahoma City, and not the abortion doctor!!!
Since you claim to be fair and balanced, I want you to be aware that the eligibility of Barack Obama is in question. You will find that in only one place in the Constitution does it say “Natural Born Citizen” It is connected to the Eligibility of the President. Not one time does it mention Natural Born citizen in the 14th amendment. There is no Amendment at this time that changes the “Natural Born” status of eligibility. The Founding Fathers did not make a mistake when they wrote this in the Constitution, and if you will study why they did this, it will become clear that there is a very good reason.
Having said that…if the people want this changed, we can do an Amendment that will take out the Natural Born eligibility requirement. But right now, nothing can over rule the Constitution except an Amendment.
Now, Mr Smith, if you are truly Fair and Balanced you can see that we do have a legitimate discussion going on. I realize that there are far left and right loons out here. We need to be careful and discourage this unlawful behavior. But we can not stop patriotic people that love their country and believe in the law of the land which is the Constitution from pointing out that according to the current Constitution as it is written that the President is not eligible and that the Congress did not do their job ( wow that is a surprise now isn’t it? LOL)

Regarding the ” Citizens Grand Juries” Just because this country has forgotten something…does not mean that it does not exist. Like the “Natural born citizen” eligibilIty REQUIREMENT for President.
I do have a life, and I regret that I have but one to give for my Country.
I am sure that the 70% of Americans that thought the 30% were crazy for fighting for freedom from British Tyrany also said….what you are doing is hopeless, useless and stupid. Thank God they did not listen. Neither will I.

That “someone stupid on You Tube” is obviously another Constitution hater or plainly a complete ignorant of your Constitution rights. There are many Americans on different blogs that think alike. They are the ones who should get a life…. and some education.
What they don’t realize is that by accepting that Obama trampled your Constitution by not meeting the requirements for POTUS and allowing him to continue his usurpation in the Oval Office till 2012, they are accomplices of that fraud and are participating in the destruction of your Constitution.
Your Forefathers knew what they were doing when they gave you the rights for Citizen Grand Jury. In their wisdom, they foreseen the day when you would desperately need these rights. This time has come.
Even though these rights haven’t been used since a 100 years, they were never abolished in your Constitution and they are still alive. If you do not use them, you will eventually lose them. Obama and his corrupted team are just waiting for the occasion to abolish them.
Like Bob said: It is a “NUMBERS” game! When millions of Americans will back up the Citizens Grand Juries, things will happen. I’ll laugh. It’ll be even funnier if they turn the dogs loose on them…”
So you are not only fighting against corrupted officials but also against ignorant and hateful Americans. The task is great but victory comes to the most perseverant. The government hates the power YOU have over them and they will try to rip you out of these rights. But they will be powerless when millions will back up the Citizen Grand Jury.
Ignorant Americans believe they will win 2012 election and get rid of Obama then. Obama has stolen the last election; he will steal the next one easily. With ACORN on the Census and the corrupted daily polls that will boost Obama popularity before election, where will be the proofs that he stole the election? Just look at what is happening in Iran right now with the stolen election. It could happen here.
Besides, if you wait till 2012, what will be left of your country? Just look how he destroyed it in a few months. Imagine if you give him another 3 years and 7 months? By then, he will have put in place his 3 millions brown shirts personal army of goons, he will be spending the remaining Porkulus Bill money and he will have set up the Socialize Health Care System. Obama has got to go NOW or very soon. There is no other way if you want to take back your country. I am glad to see that the Grand Jury movement is gaining force thru the States. It is encouraging also to realize that the formal complaint of Treason has been lodged against Barack Obama by Lt. THREE VITAL INITIATIVES:
Three vital initiatives are already underway and any one of the three could completely derail the Obamanation of our beloved country. Because we do not know which one will work first, we must get fully behind all three:
- The TEA PARTY movement is exciting, but not very affective. If you want to make them affective, you will have to do two things. First, take your protest to the front steps of every local TV news network in America so that the media can no longer ignore the movement, or belittle it as nothing more than a worthless gripe session among racists. And, if you are going to sign your tax check anyway, don’t bother complaining. It’s not your approval they seek, but your check!
- The CIVIL SUITS will continue to be ignored by the courts, “without standing,” as they fail to establish a quantitative “loss.” The courts already know that Obama is not eligible for the office he holds, but they also know that they have been engaged in subverting the Constitution for decades. They are as guilty as Obama…
- Only a criminal charge or CITIZEN GRAND JURY indictment can have the desired impact. Maybe treason charges leveled by Citizen Grand Juries in such number as cannot be ignored?
Now, if you have read this column and still don’t know how important you are to the preservation of the greatest nation on earth, then there is little left to say that will be helpful.
Patriots across this nation are gathering and taking action. If you are not part of the solution, you are part of the problem.

He reminds of the story of the king that had no clothes on. He is just a empy suit . He will never willing leave the White House. As for Acorn and the census that is going to be so rigged we have to get him out before 2012.
