Things are happening — Texas has teamed up with the resources at American Grand Jury to conduct their FIRST Online Grand Jury hearing. We are only a few days away from that start date thanks to Dianna and others who have worked to put this Constitutional Grand Jury on the firing line.

If you think our online Grand Jury program doesn’t work, think again! Dianna is a graduate of the AGJ Class of April 29. Once she figured out how to work the system she got busy making things happen in Texas.

We had 32 members come from the Class of 29. A good 50% of them are now more active than ever. Here are a just few examples:

Mack, Ken and Robert have set up “command centers” to distribute the “presentments” to all volunteers far and wide who want to file with their local sheriffs, courts and judges.

Julie is working on administrative things like certificates for the graduates and mailing lists.

Yvette is corresponding with important conservatives to tell them about American Grand Jury.

Bill, Michael, Ann Marie, Geri, Finbarr, Sharon, Jeanette, Phil, Carl, James, Maggie, Marcia, and Jackie have pledged to file the “presentments” in their local jurisdictions.

Right behind Texas in the schedule will be the very first ARKANSAS GRAND JURY. Mack is heading up that organization. The group has set a firm date around the middle of May and will be using the American Grand Jury web-servers to get the jury members up to speed in the study of evidence, information and rules.

Much more is happening — it is simply amazing to me how a band of warriors like the Class of 29 are driving forward.

States that were represented in the Class of 29: AZ, CO, AR, CA, NY, PA, WI, NH, TX, TN, NV, IL, MS, VA, KY, MA, CT, VA and SC — Awesome!

Things aren’t stopping with the Class of 29. The next Grand Jury classes in May are already showing promising leadership. Jim in CA is a good example. He hasn’t even graduated and is in the process of organizing the first Californina Grand Jury.

So you see folks, there is history in the making brewing in American. As far as the American Grand Jury members are concerned, the Constitution and the 5th Amendment are alive and kicking.
