Senator McCain Claims He Was “Misled” on TARP

Folks this is pure folly. Here is the joke of all Senators telling the folks he was misled. It is such a ridiculous claim from a grown man that has been in the Senate for 24 years. I have absolutely heard it all now.
RUSH: This is from the Arizona Republic: “Under growing pressure from conservatives and ‘tea party’ activists, Sen. John McCain of Arizona is having to defend his record of supporting the government’s massive bailout of the financial system.” TARP. “In response to criticism from opponents seeking to defeat him in the Aug. 24 Republican primary…” that would be J. D. Hayworth, I think. He’s not named here. “… the four-term senator says he was misled by then-Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson and Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke.” He said he was misled on TARP, misled on the bailout. “McCain said the pair assured him that the $700 billion Troubled Asset Relief Program would focus on what was seen as the cause of the financial crisis, the housing meltdown. … Nearly 15 months later, commercial lenders still are in shaky condition and the commercial real-estate industry is in trouble,” blah, blah.
He was misled. Four terms, that’s 24 years. Twenty-four years he’s been on the Commerce Committee and a bunch of other committees, essentially his whole adult life since having returned from Vietnam, and he doesn’t know when he’s being politically hoodwinked? Huh?

Until Soetoro/Obama came along, McCain was the number one personal-records coverup artist, when he has the Hanoi Hilton historical records sealed away in the archives forever.
It seems that rather than being the ‘War Hero’ that he has campaigned as for 24 years, his ‘room mates’ at the Hanoi Hilton referred to him as ‘Song Bird McCain’ - for being a collaborative klutz. His record in the Congress bears that out.

He was also mislead on amnesty for illegal aliens, Cap and Tax, abortion and the Dietary Supplement Safety Act of 2010 bill he recently sponsored that will ban consumer access to dietary supplements. McAmnesty is definitely a victim.

McCain is a lying dog. He is a disgrace and needs to be voted out immediately. He is still trying to sneak through the CODEX (Dietary Supplement Safety Act) every time he thinks we are not paying attention. I have thousands of mouse warriors watching this dirtbag.
He also wanted to push through the Amnesty
bill and had it not been for Sen. Jeff Sessions of Alabama, McCain would have gotten away with it, and so would Kay Bailey Hutchison. Sessions called them out and said he would call in the reporters if they tried to push it through. Sessions is a warrior for all Americans and never gets any credit. He is a true patriot for our cause and a total conservative.
We all agree that J.D. Hayworth should get elected but does not have the elite money McLame has. I think McLame is done the lying dog.
McLame helped Obama get elected because he ran the worst presidential campaign I have ever seen. Palin was the only positive thing that came out of it, however her allegiance to McLame is bothering me.
She is better served to distance herself from McLame.

Col. Bud Day Medal of Honor winner was a POW in Vietnam along with McShame and he has no use for McShame. I think his fellow POW’s new McShame knew the real story. There was also another MOH winner there as well who agrees with Day! These are real heros, not sellout like McShame. We have known the McCain switch and bait system for some time now. He will go across the isle if he thinks there is something in it for him. Can’t quite put my finger on some other things he did during the campaign. We only voted for him because of Sarah Palin; then he did not back her as needed. I have no use for the man. He needs to go.

I used to like McCain before because I thought he could have been our last chance for bo to not get elected. Then I was disappointed when he lost because of the bad campaign he ran almost campaigning for instead of against bo. I agree that Palin was the best person in that ticket. I find now that McCain is a disgrace. He doesn’t help the people out with looking into bo’s ineligibility. I hope that AZ people make the right decision in getting someone good in there. I guess Hayworth isn’t that great either, because he is in denial in saying bo is a citizen. What is his proof? We need to get some real conservatives up there.

I think there are more things that the Tea Party movement is all about than what Deakin stands for. Are you sure this is a Tea Party candidate? Why isn’t there anything about illegal immigration? That is a big concern for the Tea Party movement.

Paula, You can go out to http://www.senate.gov/ and you will get there home page. Up in the right corner you can enter either the state or the name and you can get their information on how they vote. They all have an area that shows the voting record on everything they voted on. I don’t know how far back they go but it is quite a while.

I made the decision I will never vote for an incumbent, no matter who is running against them, the incumbents have made this mess, with the so-called elites who think we citizens are dumb, stupid, well the dumb ones who read their Bible and hold on to their guns, might just win this thing if we keep these old politicians out of office. (I have been with her as a plaintiff since day one on this - to include the Press Conference in D.C. on Dec 8, 2008 - so, as an overly passionate Activist myself, I ought to know).
BTW, Orly detests the United Nations and all it stands for, so getting them involved is to obviously show their hand - and get international publicity for the cause. It will be Palin’s first official trip to Tulsa. Her most recent high-profile speech was earlier this month in Nashville at the national Tea Party Convention.
The March 13 concert will also include appearances by country musicians John Rich and Gretchen Wilson. Tickets are available now for $45 to $125 plus fees. Author and commentator Dick Morris was originally scheduled to appear, but he will not be able to do so.

#25 Neil Turner - I have been a “strong” orly supporter since she started this long venture well over 1 year ago - I fought tooth/nail daily for orly on Repubux site when obots visiously attacked her character among other things. She & I corresponded by emails & phone on several occasions - my partner & I actually did research for her on the 130 social security #s — called orly & congratulated her on being the one to catch this fraud - told her the imposter/criminal wife were actually “laundering money” using those SS’s & numerous addresses - this is extremely difficult for me to post any suspicions on the one strength this nation needed & needs to bring a usurper out in the open. Also told her “we the people” stand with her 100%. I never spoke out for fear of being wrong & it might sabatoge HER/OUR efforts to bring the Arab muslim usurper to justice.
Something else surfaced about orly well over 1 year ago, which is when my suspicions became an agitation but again, I did NOT want to be the one to question orly’s integrity & the possibility occurred that the communist regime could have posted false information online to discredit our one beacon of hope. Instead of posting I need to at least try & verify.
Now orly is turning to the UN - which is a foreign entity. The UN must be kicked out of our country or this uphill battle will go on virtually forever.
America is under seige from foreign invaders & had she not gone that route - I would have stayed completely quiet in hopes/prayers she could stop this constitutional crisis with 250 million U.S. citizens help.
Another issue to consider - many U.S. attorneys have filed suits against usurper but why is orly the first one to figure out Quo Warranto is the ONLY WAY TO REMOVE A USURPER? I know for a fact, Orly is not a seasoned U.S. attorney - she received her license online…….somethings just do not add up.
If not mistaken she is a blackbelt in Karate, dentist, real estate license, speaks 5 different lanugages, owns a 2.5 million dollar mansion in CA. & stated interest in running for CA Govenor……..she was asking for volunteers………

This site is very confusing, when I first started investigating the site I spent most of the time just reading the articles and the comments.
All I ever heard was praises and more praises for Orly. Over and over again every single day. Now all of a sudden she is suspect. Were you right then or are you right now.
Why hasn’t some one contacted her and asked her what is going on. Perhaps Bob knows because he posts the articles.

You amaze me with all this pertinent information, I try to interest one little woman and she says politics are boring, witnessing to people to get them to realize just what is going on is so diffiult, they act like we are crazy, this trying is what keeps me going day by day, I am very disabled, walk only a few steps, but go out each day, (with The Lord’s help) drive and shop, when I shop the stores want to put me in an electric cart, I refuse, I have crushed vertebrae L12, and I bend over a lot, I tell them no, what muscles I have I want to use as much as possible, most bones will regenerate in time, but my VA doctor said when I fell I crushed it completely. Osteoporosis caused me to do this and I am now 5′3″, was 5′8″ when I joined the Marine Corps. at 20. God Bless America and Thank You Lord for helping me daily.

I can’t find it now (mainly because Orly’s site has necessarily changed because of hackers), but I distinctly remember Orly warning against the vaccines on her website. I’ve been following her site since the beginning and it’s been hacked so much, information taken off of it. She was the only one whom I saw that alerted that there was a case of live bird flu or other flu virus vials stolen from Fort Dedrick (or something like that), that was also listed on her site and she had followed up on this with information on it. I and many would never have even known about this if she hadn’t put this into her site for all to see. She also had the information about Jane Burgermeister on her site and I did some research of my own because of it….Sorry, I just don’t buy the information you are putting forth. If you don’t like Orly or her methods, fine. That’s your opinion and you are welcome to it. I usually follow up with research of my own, and I’m not infallible, but somehow I’m not sure about YOU. I’ve seen your name, or at least Repubux articles, on Oil for Immigration many times, and a bigger bunch of blowhard know-it-alls would be hard to find (Oil for Immigration, I mean). I don’t know who you are or what your plan is. I just feel very suspicious of You lately and am questioning your motives here.
