When Lee C. Greenwood sings “God Bless the USA” those words can bring tears to your eyes. Not too distant in the future Americans will gather during the 4th of July and celebrate the birth of our Nation. Will this year be one of celebration or one of turmoil?
With the election of Barack Obama the most unpatriotic events are now commonplace. The “man who hates America” is now a household phrase. The man that was going to unite America is now the man who wishes to unite our people under a brand of socialism that would silence the American patriot once and for all.
We have people cheering him. They patiently wait for their leader to rain gifts of love on them while redistributing wealth that was never theirs in the first place. To these folks, government is a blessing, an inspiration and the easy way out. “Why fight for freedom” they say, “why not get something for nothing instead.”
During the American Revolution 70% of the people were either loyal to the King, apathetic or just plain fence sitters. The other 30% founded a Nation. Do you suppose the patriotic 30% in America can get rid of Obama. The answer is YES, they can!
I want to introduce you to one patriotic American that still believes in Old Glory, God and family. His name is Mike Mandeville. Mike is a simple person, a military veteran, a citizen of Rhode Island and the most inspirational person I have spoken to in a long while.
Mike came to American Grand Jury with a simple idea. Why not form a Grand Jury right inside a Rhode Island courthouse, have a Judge swear the members in and proceed to deliberate the charges before them? Well it is no longer a simple idea. It is now heading toward reality. This week the smallest State in the Nation may be the first to take the power of the Constitutional Grand Jury directly to the judicial court system.
What Mike started is truly an act of passion and love for his Country. All the people at American Grand Jury wish to give Mike a grand old American “hat tip.”
Mike says, “Bob we are not done. I can see more Grand Juries forming, I can see my friends and neighbors in Connecticut and Massachusetts following suit.” Mike, all I can say is, “God Bless you and God Bless the Great State of Rhode Island.”

You may be a little overly optimistic here.. We have had (2) indictments handed down at American Grand Jury, (1) Texas Grand Jury indictment and there are 2 or 3 State Grand Jury indictments I believe. This number will multiply greatly over the next 3 to 5 weeks..
We have somewhere around 50 “presentment” packages filed with various courts across the land right now. We feel it is just a matter of time before this number get very large. The courts sooner or later will be forced to act.
We need MORE jury members and we need more indictments handed down. If anyone would like to file our indictment with your local sheriff, court or judge just let us know. You are delivering documents only. You can even serve by registered mail if you like. Once the “presentments” are served you are not responsible in anyway to the court. The court must accept the “presentments” and decide to formally indict and prosecute at that point.
Most of these courts will soon find that pressure will start to mount to act. The court’s job is to prosecute a criminal indictment. We the people will be watching the judiciary and how they respond very closely. Many of these State court judges are elected officials.

The same pattern is reproducing again today. Most of bloggers on conservative sites don’t know a thing about their Constitution rights and they are convinced that Citizen Grand Juries are illegal and even a bit on the fringe.
That is so sad. You can give them all the information, with links and references, they still don’t believe it… lol. Not to believe it is one thing, but to mock people who are becoming Grand Jurors is another thing. And they do. But, hey! You still will do it with 30% and you will succeed. Maybe then they will realize how foolish they were.
Keep the good work and never surrender.!

This is a lot more influencial than writing a bunch of letters that no one bothers to read!Our country is going to hell in a handbag and I am tired of hearing everyone talk about what should happen and no one doing anything! You feel like you’re on a sinking boat and you don’t know how to mend it. At least with the Grand Jury politicians are starting to pay attention. Time to get them all out of office!! Start at the top and work your way down and then vote in someone who actually wants to represent the people (who/where ever they may be)

Hats of to Bob! He is really working hard for us and our country, I do not think he ever sleeps-I can email him at 2PM or 2AM and he will respond. I realy believe he and the others who are working on this-and spending their money to do it-deserve our gratitude and support. The least we can do is participate!
I served on 1 American Grand Jury and 1 Texas Grand Jury and I can tell you the evidence is overwhelming.
With all the unbelievable violations of our Constitutioal rights coming down from our”elected” officials, it is encouraging to see that this “untouchable” topic is finally starting to be addressed-White House PS Gibbs-who tried to laugh it off and Fox News-see article on this site.
I can’t believe what this “false god” and his cohorts in congress are getting away with so quickly and we do not really have a strong way to unite in one body to tske a stand-except here in our effort to kick this phony-who makes it clear he and his wife Hate America-out of his illeagally held position.

I was wondering how the resignation of Taylor would affect this process. I am worried that someone more inclined to throw the case out will be appointed. If this is true, what will be our recourse?

actually I think Taylor resigning is showing a sign of weakness from the government. Taylor is obviously trying to protect his career. he was darned if he did and darned if he didn’t.. there are many in government starting to distance themselves from Obama.. house of cards may be teetering..

Seems like the media and speakers seem to avoid the whole reason why parents do not want Obama to address our children . How can they look up to or take advice from a leader who has not been honest with the United States and come forth providing his legal birth certificate or his own college records and past life style ?He has done absolutely nothing to improve our economy or helped in any way to do good things for our country .He wants to take over and control us by government run auto dealers , health care and our communications .
