AMERICAN GRAND JURY TEAMS UP WITH DR. JAMES MANNING IN PURSUIT OF THE TRUTH

(Feb. 12, 2010) — American Grand Jury has announced that it has formed a strategic partnership with Dr. James David Manning, Pastor of ATLAH Ministries and outspoken Obama critic, to assist with a trial and grand jury hearing to be held at ATLAH Ministries, 38 West 123rd Street, ATLAH (Harlem), New York, this spring. The focus will be Columbia University, which Obama claims as his alma mater but Manning contends Obama never attended.
Dr. Manning has stated he has evidence that university officials sold Obama a Political Science degree and are therefore complicit in a cover-up of Obama’s true past. The trial will take place May 14-19, 2010, seven blocks from the university.

Founded by Bob Campbell in March 2009, American Grand Jury was a product of what he believed to be the election and installation of an ineligible candidate for the presidency. Campbell assembled a website and recruited jurors from across the country to examine evidence online to determine whether or not Barack Hussein Obama meets the definition of “natural born citizen” as required by the U.S. Constitution, Article II, Section 1, (5).
Campbell was particularly inspired by Carl Swensson of Georgia, who organized and conducted the first modern-day citizens’ grand jury there on March 29, 2009. Since then, Campbell has organized 16 online citizens’ grand juries based on the Fifth Amendment to the Bill of Rights, which reads, in part: “No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury…”
According to an in-depth article entitled “Grand Jury Power, Take It Back” by the late Alan Stang, up until about 1936, citizens’, or common law, grand juries were commonplace and operated without a prosecutor to examine evidence of crimes having been committed in the community or by public officials. In 1946, Congress amended the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure, labeling the findings, or “presentments,” of a citizens’ grand jury “obsolete.” While it would have taken a constitutional amendment to abolish common law grand juries, Congress’s revision of the FRCP served as a damper on them, and they were eventually abandoned and replaced by the prosecutor-led grand juries of today.
Stang asserts, “The 5th Amendment still says what it has always said, but if you sit on a grand jury and return a “presentment” today, the prosecutor will bully you into the belief that he must sign it or the judge will throw it out. Judges and lawyers have repeated the lie so long, the people now believe it. They don’t know they have that power. “ Further, in 1992, Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia affirmed the constitutionality of citizens’ grand juries thusly: “[R]ooted in long centuries of Anglo-American history,… the grand jury is mentioned in the Bill of Rights, but not in the body of the Constitution. It has not been textually assigned, therefore, to any of the branches described in the first three Articles. It “‘is a constitutional fixture in its own right.’”
Following each grand jury convened over the past year, Campbell and his team prepared presentments which were delivered to courts, attorneys general, judges, sheriffs and law enforcement personnel across the country. The Hon. Royce Lamberth, U.S. District Court in Washington, DC, has issued two opinions in response to the filing of AGJ presentments, including the statement that the presentments “are constitutionally permitted.”
Of AGJ’s role in the Columbia trial, Campbell stated, “American Grand Jury will be there as a servant to Dr. Manning. Our role would be that of an observer, investigative reporter and ultimately a presenter of charges.” He plans to hold a live grand jury which will review the evidence presented by Manning and reach a verdict. There will be live audio streaming over the internet so that people who cannot be in New York can participate as remote jurors. Campbell added, “American Grand Jury has to do everything it can do to get people to New York for the trial. We need to help this guy, and American Grand Jury will join forces with any organization to help with this. It’s going to be a historic event.”

I don’t see anything specific about FEMA in it, however the wording is fairly vague concerning the Council’s powers so I suppose it is possible this could be interpreted that way since it isn’t specific in its enumeration.
I wouldn’t put anything past the Usurper that’s for sure…he’ll do anything that has even a slight possibility of furthering his agenda no matter how far out there the idea is.
Good idea to watch how this develops…

I can’t understand why these so-called law makers, senators, congress, etc. aren’t trying to protect their constituents against this evil usurper, other than the fact that they enjoy the dems being in power since most of them are democrats. However, America is not supposed to be having their citizens punished for being dissidents. This is going way too far. BO is overstepping the boundaries. He is nothing but a criminal. There has to be a fool-proof way to get this creep removed from office.

French Canadian, Have you been reading any of the stories about Debra Medina on the Beck show? Send her an email of encouragement. Beck got her on a 911 truther question and I guess he cut off the interview like the jackass he is and then today on his radio show he raked her over the coals an belittled her to his entire audience.
His behavior was deplorable and disgusting.

I hate to say this but I feel like there won’t be any elections this year or in any year in the future because his highness will impose Martial law and put anyone that opposes him in one of the FEMA camps. There’s supposed to be ten of them and I guess when they are full then he’ll let the ones out that he feels have submitted to his way of thinking. If not he will just dispose of the ones that won’t conform.

My biggest question is if we impeach Obama then who will take over Biden then Pelosi? Oh! my the are just more Obama or worse. What will be the next step. I think this is why more isn’t being done. Everyone is scared of a civil war. We have to stand united or we will fall.

Yes, I’ve seen all of that. What else can we expect from Glenn Beck and the people he fools on a daily base?
These people hate so much Infowars, that anyone who shows up on Alex shows is bad… lol. Well there must be a lot of people that are bad, like Judge Napolitano, Dr. Manning, Ron Paul, Lord Monckton and thousands of experts who are interviewed on the show.
Besides, Infowars don’t say 9/11 was definately an inside job, they say, it looks like it, we have good reasons to think it is, but we don’t know for sure, all we want is a serious investigation on the matter.
It is a bit like us “birthers”… we want an investigation on Obama’s eligibility because we have good reasons to believe he is a usurper. We think we are right, but we don’t know for sure… his father could be someone else, like a US citizen for instance.
I am very deceived with republican’s blogs on the Net.
They all criticize their liberal government daily, they don’t believe they are telling them the truth, think they are all crooks, but yet, when someone raise an issue about something suspicious (like eligibility issue or 9/11, or the One World Government, or Federal Reserve/SCOTUS/CIA/FBI corruption) and would like an investigation on those issues, they all go banana and jump on their high horses and scream to the world that their government could never do such evil things…. their government is sooo goood! Hey!… this is America, how can you pretend that corruption is ramping in our beloved country? They are a bunch of lunatics in complete denial. For them, Republicans can do no harm. They even think that Perry is good for Texas even if he attended many Bildeberg meetings and tripled the Texas debt and rubbed the farmers dry. They are stucked in the Dems/Reps paradigm… I’m sure they would looove Obama if he was a republican.
Republican’s blogsites are rarely conservatives, they are Republican fanatics, that’s all they are and I despite that.
Debra Medina is the BEST thing that could happen to Texas. She is a true conservative constitutionalist. If Texans vote for Perry, well, I won’t feel a bit sorry for them when they will finally end up like California. Glenn Beck is a very scary and dangerous person, he doesn’t give a damn about this country; he is like Obama, he only cares about himself. He is a showman, like the usurper!

When Glenn Beck ridiculed the birthers and called us idiots and everything else he could think of I thought that was uncalled for and totally out of line.
But his radio show was horrendous. He was so disresptfull and out of line I couldn’t believe I was hearing what I was hearing. It made me so sick I turned off the radio.
I have heard him talk about what kind of a person he was before he conquered his alcoholism and I tell you I thought I was listening to that person and not the person that he has been portraying himself to be for the last year. I don’t know where he gets off acting like he was God and that is ecactly what he was acting like.
You know, he is always talking about God and his realationship with him on his TV show and I took him at his word but I want to tell you there was nothing Christ like about his behavior when he ridiculed the birthers, as he calls them and there certainly wasn’t anything Christ like in his behavior on his radio show today.
I did not have him on a pedastol and I thank him and respect him for going after obo and his henchmen on his TV show, but that is where I draw the line. I have no more respect for him as a person. I think that he is a great actor and should get an oscar for the great performance he has been giving as a person that cares about people. I see now that it all depends upon who the people are whether you deserve any mercy or compassion. He is a fake.

I really hope this is all true and it’s a way to prove Obama is a fraud so we can get him removed but there was an article in the Jan. 20, 2009 edition of the NY Times with pictures of Obama and his roommate at Columbia. Perhaps the pics were not actually taken at Columbia but at the end of this article, there is a copy of an article from March 10, 1983 in the Columbia magazine, Sundial, written by Barack Obama. It seems to me that this is troublesome to the idea that Obama never attended Columbia. Reply to Gumply: I am glad to see Americans across the country waking up about Glenn Beck. His is a traitor to our country, and is still attacking all of us who seek the truth about our illegal usurper and chief.
Beck is a phony and a traitor. While our country is being infiltrated with Communist usurpers, he is worrying about his book tour!!!
The appeasing he is doing on TV is a joke because all of the people he whines about treading on our Constitution is beyond nauseating. Yet he attacks all of us “birthers” as he calls it. This nickname evolved from radical lefties who hate America, and are daring us to question their illegal usurper.
Beck & O’Reilly have both attacked all of us on several occasions, and have lied over and over again saying Obama has already produced a birth certificate.

George Soros posted on his website a few days ago that he defended Beck for attacking the birthers. This is who Beck really is. There are still many decent people who are in the dark about Beck but they are waking up.

it would seem that the purpose of this litigation is to be able to access obama’s records from Columbia. other lawsuits focusing on his birth have been tossed for reasons having nothing to do with the merit of the claim. More than one has sought to subpoena Obama’s school records, only to be stopped by blocking tactics of Obama’s attorneys, combined with case dismissals. it is believed Obama attended Columbia as foreign student; The name he was then using shows up in the records of the assembly showing foreign student scholarships… don’t understand why obama has spent over $ 1 million on lawsuits to block the release of his actual birth certificate as well as blocking release of all his other records… so much money - why not just show those doubting him that they are wrong? $ 1 million is a lot of money to spend…. when there is nothing t hide… whatever that might be………
