Wherefore, the Court has received the Super Grand Jury Presentments as of Monday, June 29, 2009. The Court issued an Order refusing to hear said Presentments. American Grand Jury replied with a Motion to Reconsider. The Court has promised to respond to our Motion but 30 days have now passed and the Court has not honored its promise.

Now therefore, "We the People" of the United States demand the Court answer the Motion and we further instruct that the Court hear the Super Grand Jury Presentments.

The Super American Grand Jury Presentments have charged Barack Obama with "Eligibility" Fraud and Treason. Barack Obama is not a "natural born" citizen and therefore not eligible to hold the Office as Presidency.

This Petition has respectfully been signed and acknowledged by the person's name attached hereto. We ask that American Grand Jury submit this Petition to Judge Lamberth's Court for the purposes herein stated.
