Pelosi Fraud on Obama Eligibility - Secretary of State Agrees to Investigate

New Hampshire State Representative, Lawrence M. Rappaport payed a visit to Mr. William Gardner, the NH Secretary of State, on Thursday, Sept. 10th.

I interviewed Mr. Rappaport by email, and asked him, on what basis did he make his complaint; he responded, “The basis for all of this is possible fraud. I don’t know what penalties will be assessed if fraud is proven.”
Rappaport’s action follows stunning revelations that Nancy Pelosi deliberately signed two different forms certifying Barack Hussein Obama was the Democratic National Party candidate for the presidency. While these forms have been known to exist for some time, it was J.B. Williams, writing for the Canadian Free Press who brought them national notoriety, earlier this week.
It is unclear, if, in the eventuality that New Hampshire determines fraud was committed, on the grounds that Barack Hussein Obama is not a natural born citizen of the United States, if the State will move, through its governor, to take some sort of action on the National scene, or who would be liable in law for the crime committed in-state.
So why is this fraud? It is very simple:
Pelosi and the DNC obviously prepared 2 documents but discarded the first in favor of hiding the truth and to CTA (cover their ass). It was the second document (the Exhibit B document) that was delivered to the Election Commission and is now of record in all fifty state Election Commission offices, state DNC headquarters, complete with date stamps, matching signatures, even the same Notary of Public authentication, and absent the constitutional text.

BO is a total fraud and Pelosi committed fraud because obviously she knew that he was ineligible according to the constitution. I hope they get caught soon and BO and Pelosi and the rest of them go to jail for fraud. They defrauded the people of this country and they shouldn’t be getting away with it. We need justice. BO and Pelosi and all the rest of those who know about this fraud all must go!

The news media groups have all been warned not to mention the birth certificate way back before he took office. The drive by media are in Obama’s pocket and happy to comply, but the others have been threatened and worried about their families as well as having their FCC license pulled forever. That’s why the media is mute on the subject. Fear & threats work.

With all the Blackmail, bribery, and espionage going on within out political system, I wonder if any of our politicians were involved with something simular as to why they cover up Obama’s inelibility? There is some MAJOR corruption within DC and these people all need to be prosecuted.

I did see a story about this in WorldNetDaily. Sent a report to Drudge about the story but haven’t seen anything about it YET. Maybe FOX/Hannity/Beck/O’Reilly are waiting for a few more details before they “pounce” like they did on the ACORN tapes, although they still are pretty much the only ones on TV carrying that story too! Where the HECK is the Downstream Media (they are NOT “Mainstream” anymore)?

Thanks, French Canadian, for the link! I sent it to Glenn Beck, now let’s see if he even mentions it! One interesting fact in the article was that the Nominating Form from the Repub’s with McCain/Palin RETAINED the Constitutional reference, while the Dem’s Obama/Biden did not!

I sure hope they have some damaging evidence, even if it’s only used as a bargaining chip for now. The biggest advantage we have is communication and freedom of whatever is left of the press. I hope those courageous kids who made the ACORN videos both get Pulitzers and great big offices at Fox. With 1,500 dollars and their own investigative initiative they made the state owned media look like what they are, worthless, good for nothing sacks of crap. I hope there are many more out there like those two. Makes me proud.
