Orly Taitz - Motion to Transfer Carter Case to Judge Lamberth in Washington DC

AGJ comment: The US Attorneys representing Obama said Carter could not hear the case BECAUSE of Jurisdiction. They maintained that only a court in Washington DC could hear the case because Obama resided in Washington. Orly agreed! — Wow!
AGJ comment: Bottom line, Orly made a brilliant move. By agreeing to what Obama’s Attorneys argued for they cannot now go back on their request. Orly in effect called their bluff. Now the case should rightfully move to Washington DC. If Judge Carter tries to deny the Motion he will lose complete credibility with the court and be subject to appeal — If Carter rules in favor of the Motion it is an important win for our side — Obama is still in the “hot seat” and Orly deserves a lot of credit for hanging in there — In our humble opinion.

I do admire the tenacity of Dr. Orly! On Dec. 23, I posted an article on both australia.to and Canadian Free Press. This article has gotten some attention on the 9/12 project site. The article is basically calling for shutting down D.C. on the day of the State of the Union (disunion) address. If you are so inclinded, I hope people will spread this idea and see if something can be organized. Thank you, Zach

I sure hope that Carter will at least give Orly the satisfaction of having this case transferred. It is an excellent case against the usurper and her plaintiffs all have standing. I hope this will work too. BO has to be removed from office and be held accountable for all the crimes he has committed.

Yes Ray,I am in complete agreement with you about this insane ethnic race baiting that permeates our great society and the purveyors of this tactic is to keep ALL citizens from finding common ground of agreement.If and when we can get to this understanding that ALL American citizens have the same rights and responsibilities then We The People can get on with our lives as our founding fathers intended.The main problem I see is these errant Main Stream Medias who constantly feed us propaganda,commercials,mindless entertainment and of course,deception by omission of what the true facts are,then WE are doomed to continue this path to oblivion.I hope that ALL American citizens will consider closing down these errant MSMs by simply cancelling their cable subscriptions until these MSMs get their priorities right and realize their sole purpose is to inform and service ALL of the American people and not just the power brokers of our country who have Carte Blanche to do as they darn well please.Please think about this. cheers

Off-topic…Glad to help clear up the fantastic capabilities of the Gulfstream “breed”………..I had the pleasure of working for a time for a company in Montreal…..they were moving their entire corporate operation to San Francisco…. they purchased s/n 5 Gulfstream 2….and we mad many trips Montreal to SFO, non-stop. never once had to land for fuel. Also made trips from Miami to Seattle……… all non-stop. Also just prior to my retiring, I worked as Captain on a part-time basis for a major casino who purchased a new , at that time, G-4. I didn’t get to fly this particular trip, but the crew flew the aircraft from Las Vegas to Sydney Australia, with only one stop in Tahiti for fuel.. two 9+ hour legs…so SanFranNan also had the option of using a G-4 if she do desired.What a liar she is…
Now on-topic, I’m glad Dr. Taitz is working so diligently to bring her case to trial. she is, indeed, a wonderful inspiration for us all…… my only fear down deep is the Judge in D.C. is Royce Lamberth…. the self-same Judge who shot Phil Berg down way back in the beginning of the “Judicial Blockade” we all now see…….Hope by now, he is more amenable to Dr Taitz mission….I pray my Rosary each day she prevails…

Dr. Orly Taitz is “OUR LADY LIBERTY.” I sooooo respect her and also pray not only for her success but her safety! God Bless her and, yes, I agree with you Bob…she is an inspiration to us all.

I read where Judge Lambert is one of the judges that Eric Holder visited, so in my humble opinion, not too much will come of this.
