Please read State & Federal Secrecy Laws pertaining to Grand Juries so that you do not invalidate the findings of your Grand Jury and violate State and Federal Laws. Most States have Statutes available online. The Federal Law cited below is available at the Cornell Law School Website:

The announcement is that American Grand Jury will convence an actual ONLINE Grand Jury.. jurors are being invited to join. This is on a volunteer basis. If you are interested in becoming a Juror then please email me. There will be 25 members in the first hearing. We a looking to “indict” Barack Obama on charges of violating the Constitution whereby he is not a “natural born citizen.” Other charges relating to internet, mail, and campaign fraud will be introduced. This is a serious undertaking, not some joke. I expect a number of the jury members will take the indictment (if indeed an indictment is handed down) and file it with their local courts. Right now there is somewhere between 15 and 18 members that have volunteered. You can become a member free. American Grand Jury will host everything on a “password protected” website. Only the Jurors will be permitted to enter the juryroom. It looks like the jury will be formed and ready to serve in a week to 10 days.. probably the hearing will be held the weekend AFTER tax day.

This presentment grand jury subject has been in the constitution all along. I found you people and this site as a result of research as I have started waking people up. This is the last component I needed.

I have approached my county sheriff to see if he had any objection to us forming a Committees of Safety or reforming the states militia. He did not have an objection. I meet with him again on this subject to round out the ideas. Also gave him a copy of Sheriff Richard Mack’s book “County Sheriff America’s Last Hope”. This book is a must for everyone really. I bought several and am loaning to people to read in my county.

There are a little more than 3,000 counties in our country and if all the sheriffs read this book and said Yes we would have the war won. Believe me when I say this is a war and we want the traitors in the federal government to fire the first shot. I believe whoever fires the first shot loses.

If any law came into being at whatever time and violates the supreme law of the land (The U S Constitution) it is null and void. But we the people were lulled into the fact that we could trust the government frame of mind. You cannot change what the Constitution says. I don’t care who you are. The people that do are committing treason and are traitors and should be suitably dealt with.

We are a sovereign constitutional republic based upon Christian Principles.

This is my first time here and I’m curious to know if someone has anyone actually investigating out there? I also believe something is seriously wrong here and awhile back when I heard about BO’s grandmother dying on the eve of the election I had thought it was very convenient for him. Then another thought came to me,it was that no one had interviewed this woman about her grandson while he ran for office of president.I also wondered why he had her hidden away out of reach….

I had looked for articles on her passing and didn’t find any other than the MSM reports on it.Then I came across one that had a photo on a Russian website that showed him and his sister dumping what looked like flour into the ocean-just the two.There was no funereal,no other family members-I guess she had no friends either-?- On the site it stated that there wasn’t a coroners report,nor one that could be found that handled her death.Not a Funereal parlor nothing.They question exactly what it was that the two were pouring out since it was Too White and Too Fine to be ashes….It did look more like flour to me as well…

So I began to wonder if this woman did in fact truly pass away or is this another slight of hand by BO ensuring no one seeks her out or gathers information or exposes his secrets through her-? Maybe he has her hidden away and she is still alive.It makes no sense that they couldn’t confirm her death through any of the mentioned sources.The question would be”Why not?” nothing secret about a elderly woman passing away right? So I was wondering if anyone was investigating and confirming or disproving information that has been fed to us and if the checked that information as well. ? Something is off there too…maybe there’s an old woman with the answers on BO still around somewhere….

I just read a comment on the above article from someone who identified them selves as (anonymized) .. I saw no reason to publically embarrass this person by publishing the comment and making the ID more obvious. This well intentioned Patriot had completely misunderstood the role and function of a grand Jury. In case others have made a similar mistake I decided to respond to the comments while preserving the anonynimity.

My reply: Oh gosh Anonymous, you are talking about trail juries. Grand Juries are purely accusatory and not fair at all. The accused is not allowed at a Grand Jury hearing nor is a representative of the accused. Hearsay evidence is allowed and the only function of a Grand Jury is to decide if there is enough evidence to refer to the courts so that the accused will then have a chance to have a “fair” trial. I did not mention any evidence considered by American Grand Jury. Those proceedings are secret. Being found guilty by a trail jury is a completely different matter.

There is enough evidence to indict 6 Obama’s so it is a safe assumption that more indictments are on the way. Individual Grand Jurors review the evidence and vote to present an indictment to the judicial authority. If it ever happens that jurors review the available evidence and decide not to indict Obama I will be sure to let you know. Grand Juries make no pronouncement of guilt whatsoever so your assumption of a “guilty as charged” mentality is impossible. The mentality of “enough evidence to request a trail” mentality is what prevails.

By your understanding all Grand Juries are unfair and you would not feel comfortable serving on any Grand Jury.

The guidelines used by American Grand Jury are the same as Grand Juries elsewhere so if you would be comfortable serving on any Grand Jury you could be equally comfortable serving on American Grand Jury
