The reason we suggest the DOJ too is they have been defending Obama in numerous eligibility lawsuits to gain access to Obama’s records and proof of his natural born Citizenship. For the last year Obama has used our tax dollars via the Department of Justice to quash every attempt to seek truth and justice.
Just ask this simple question: Why is Obama fighting the release of ALL his past records, with lawyers paid with OUR tax dollars?

The possible only good thing that will come out of this death package–is a backfire in HIS face! With all the legal challenges going to the SCOTUS there may be a possiblity that his ineligibilty will be brought up and call for a full investigation!
Maybe that will be his waterloo—-we have to look at it like–out of everything bad that happens, something of the greater good comes out of it.
My state announced this morning they have 3 massive law suits going forth to court about this bill. If all the states stick together and people start waking up and seeing the truth we can take our country and constitution back————those democrats shredded and burned our constitution last night for the final time. I guess this means we no longer have a constitution!
I am so depressed to know that these wonderful democrats finally got what they have wanted forever—no constitution, no republic……….only a dictatorship.
I was reading the issue of Whistleblower from April 2009 and it had a story in there about the SCOTUS and how Orly talked to Scalia about an emergency case and why they didn’t hear the case about O. He said that they need an affirmative vote from four justices before a hearing on the merits can be scheduled. I wonder if it was Roberts who refuses to hear the case. If it was Alito, maybe he will hear the case because of what happened at the SOTU.
Scalia stated that they need four people to hear the argument. Orly said that she feels that one of the four “constitutionalists” went to the other side.
Maybe we can work on getting this other person to hear the case. Can Orly request again that Scalia try to get 3 others to hear it?
heather - Please understand, SCOTUS has already been corrupted as of 2 years ago when we the people sent OFFICIAL written evidence of an illegal muslim sleeper cell usurper………..SCOTUS are co-conspirators to this huge cover up. All these other law suits will merely drag this out another 2 years plus………by then too much colateral damage will destroy the U.S. This was all planned by communist for the last 60 plus years. We just wasted 2 years in a CORRUPT COURT SYSTEM. They cannot be trusted any longer either.

Fact: nearly two years ago is when I started helping Dr. Orly Taitz by notification to SCOTUS that 60,000 petition signers were respresenting 300 million Americans. We paid twice to Fedx, overnight official notification for SCOTUS with the 60,000 other Americans.
Then there was SCOTUS clerk sabatoge so orly flew directly to one of Justice Roberts book signing conferences & is actually on video asking Roberts “are you aware there is sabatoge with the Supreme Court clerks.” Roberts instructed orly to give her box of evidence to his secret service agent, which she did.
All 50 state Govenors & Attorneys Generals have also been officially notified…….
They are all playing games with we Americans.
Congress & Senate FAILED the American people!
The Courts FAILED the American people!
Our U.S. military is bound to make this arrest or we the people MUST take up arms…….
These goons planned all this out & are basically daring we the people to ACT!

Yes, I believe that it is the military that has the authority to remove him and arrest him. Where will they put him if the SCOTUS is in on this? I say round them all up and send them to gitmo forever!
Usually it is the VP who takes over, and then the speaker, for 3 months until we hold special elections. But they are all part of it so it would HAVE to be our military to take over.
I just heard that Gen Petraes is going to NH soon, and thats where they start when they want to campaign for Pres. I heard that on Hannity tonight.
