On June 10, 2009 I wrote about formal treason charges filed against Barack Hussein Obama, aka Barry Soetoro, in - Is Obama Guilty of Treason? I followed that column up with - Why Commander Fitzpatrick Is NOT Guilty of Mutiny! on June 13. Since then, numerous others have filed similar treason charges against Obama/Soetoro with little or no fanfare…
If Obama is indeed guilty of treason - then we have a growing list of folks who are also committing treason. Namely, every member of law enforcement and the justice system who have taken an oath to uphold and defend the US Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic - along with every individual in Washington DC and beyond who has chosen to look the other way while denying American citizens their day in court - claiming that no citizen has the “legal standing” to ask who in the hell Barack Hussein Obama really is…
After visits from the Secret Service and months of rejection by the courts, Commander Walter Fitzpatrick may get his day in court.
On Tuesday December 1st 2009, Retired Navy Commander Walter Fitzpatrick III will present the evidence behind his treason complaint against Obama/Soetoro to all thirteen members of a Tennessee Grand Jury in Monroe County Tennessee.
The road to justice has been bumpy, to say the least. Commander Fitzpatrick has been ridiculed, blocked in court house halls, threatened, accused of mutiny and labeled a “crackpot” by Obama supporters who see no need for a standard background check for the most powerful office in the world.
Fitzpatrick had to go so far as to file criminal obstruction charges against Grand Jury Foreman Pettway before he would gain access to the court. Despite it all, Commander Fitzpatrick forged ahead and on December 1st, his complaint will be heard by his local Monroe County Tennessee Grand Jury.
Now, this places the Tennessee Grand Jury squarely in the middle of the biggest Constitutional Crisis in U.S. history. Fitzpatrick will be under oath before the Grand Jury on Tuesday. If the Grand Jury has any doubts about Fitzpatrick’s testimony, they must arrest him for perjury on the spot. If they don’t arrest him for perjury, they are accepting his testimony as true and accurate…
If Article II—Section I—Clause V of the U.S. Constitution means nothing—then no part of the Constitution means anything today. On the other hand, if the Monroe County Tennessee Grand Jury follows its oath to uphold, protect and preserve the Constitution and apply the law equally to all, then the charge of treason must be allowed its day in court.
The Monroe County Grand Jury appears ready to act on its oath and authority. But if they don’t, they could become thirteen new members of a long list of folks equally guilty of treason, for turning their heads the other way and denying the American people access to the courts in what might be the greatest case in U.S. political history.
Thirteen members of the Monroe County Grand Jury hold the future of Constitutional Law in their hands. Come Tuesday, they will have an opportunity to keep their oath to the American people - the citizens of Monroe County and state of Tennessee. Of course, they will also have an opportunity to do what several civil and criminal court judges have already done on the matter. They can turn their heads and deny citizens their right to be heard…
But with each passing day, the stakes get higher and higher in the case over who Obama/Soetoro really is and whom he really serves. Atop the growing list of unconstitutional acts by the Obama administration is the Samson Alabama story in which—”
An Army investigation has found that the use of armed military policemen from Fort Rucker in response to mass murders in Samson violated federal law.” —reports the Associated Press.
“The Army earlier confirmed that 22 military police and an officer were sent to Samson after the mass slaying of 10 people on March 10. - The Department of Army Inspector General found a violation of the Posse Comitatus Act, which restrains the use of the military for civilian law enforcement purposes.”
Yet ten months after inauguration, Obama’s entire past remains a mystery under lock and key. Obama has spent almost $2 million in legal fees to keep his life Top Secret, not counting millions in tax-payer funded road blocks thrown up by Obama’s Justice Department, which has sent numerous federal attorneys into court after court to file dismissal requests on the basis of “standing” - with great success. They don’t want the courts to ever decide Obama’s Constitutional eligibility on “merit,” because if discovery ever goes forward and Obama’s filed are opened up, Obama is finished and so is his Marxist Global Agenda!
Make no mistake… The courts have clearly ruled that NO AMERICAN CITIZEN has the “proper standing” to ask even the most fundamental questions about Barack Hussein Obama (aka Barry Soetoro). The American press has not only ignored these facts, but mocked anyone willing to ask the right questions - of the right people - in the right way.
Tuesday, the Monroe Country Grand Jury will get an opportunity to make history and reverse the modern trend of denying citizens their day in court. The people have a right to know who and what Obama really is. Let’s see if the Monroe County Grand Jury has the backbone to force Obama to answer that question.
When an unconstitutional resident of the White House rushes a laundry list of unconstitutional policies through, including the use of the Military against U.S. citizens—against the demands of the American citizens, it’s time to ask some very serious questions and the American people deserve no less than honest answers.
The Monroe County Grand Jury will hear these and other charges Tuesday December 1st. God help this nation if they lack the courage to take a stand with the citizenry of this great nation. The future of American justice hangs in the balance! The people deserve much more than a simple birth certificate. They deserve a legitimate government - limited to its constitutional authority - and they deserve a justice system willing to uphold those foundational principles and values.
All eyes across this nation will be on Monroe County Tennessee this week!

I am very anxious to see what will come out of this Grand Jury next Tuesday. No matter what they decide, they will be stuck into looking at this issue.
- If they arrest Fitzpatrick for perjury on the spot, he will defend himself and discovery will have to be granted.
- If they take the case, it will go on trial.

Well written! LTCDR. Fitzpatrick is a true Naval Officer and Warrior. Standing for the truth, nothing will stop him until he has reached the goal, that’s what he was trained for and that’s what the MAN is!
Don’t underestimate him. There are many other Veterans out here that are standing behind him but Walt has the KNOWLEDGE and EXPERIENCE to know how to move forward. He was trained to be a leader. He will lead-God willing. If this were an issue in the Military, it would have been over long ago. Civilian law operates differently and Obama’s team is counting on that. They can only drag for so long. The Vets would already have had these scum in front of a firing squad. Godless Cowards and Moma’s boys are the types we are dealing with that are hiding truth and will do anything for money and power. Living for the moment, they are fools and lack the wisdom of history and Biblical principal, men of no character, they are only worth what is in their wallet. Their moment is closing. You can’t fake experience, sooner of later it shows. What is the specific evidence that will be presented on Tuesday? I certainly agree “he” is guilty of treason. I’m just curious how the evidence is presented to the grand jury and what exactly that evidence will be. In other words, will it be the same evidence we “heard” sitting on the AGJs?

Given the armed sentries at some of the voting centers provided by group/s supporting Obama, our Commander Fitzpatrick needs body guards. World Net Daily has articles about violence committed on citizens who were engaging in activities that suggested they were not Obama supporters. I am concerned for the Commander’s safety.

id say this good man needs some good BODY GUARDS, because as everyone knows or should, this KENYAN FRAUD and his GOVT THUGS will try and do all they can to protect themselves from being EXPOSED for the TRAITORS THEY ARE.
as i said when that so called judge in kalifornia was all hyped up about bringing the Kenyan fraud to trial, then all of a sudden he changed his mind, i said then and before, nothing would come of it, and i hate to say i was right.

Since Grand Jury proceedings are secret, we will probably have to wait for a decision (true bill or no true bill) before we know the outcome. This may take a while as other witnesses may be called.

It appears evident to me why all the rush to push through a health care bill that will ruin this country along with all the other things he has done. I hope the time has come for him to have to answer for his action. Thank you Commander Fitzpatrick for your bravery under fire. Please stay safe and hope, like the others have said, that you have body guards. My gut feeling says that Eric Holder will make a surprise guest appearance (just like he has done before) before the Grand Jury convenes to meet with the Judge to intimidate and/or threaten him. Someone needs to put a body guard around Eric Holder this time with the intention of detaining him from going to Tennessee.

This would be the time to call on our God to influence the outcome and to provide protection. Attempts to expose evil are always met with resistance, but there has to come a time when we will find a judge who has not been bought out by Obama’s minions. I believe in the power of prayer, but I also believe God would have us help ourselves and so body guards would be a good thing.

I completely believe that BO is not a citizen. I even have a bumper sticker asking ‘Where’s the Birth Certificate’ on my truck. I am a member of the American Grand Jury.

I wonder if the Fringe (formerly MSM) media will be covering this at all? It seems that the more publicity and witnesses there are, the less likely that there will be any pre-trial “shenanigans” (i.e., ACORN and SEIU being bussed in to cause a disturbance). Could we possibly contact the Oathkeepers somehow and ask for their presence if at all possible? These patriots all have military and/or police backgrounds and would have a lot more “standing” were something to happen, during the subsequent “investigation”. I apologize for sounding paranoid, but this one may well be the key to open the door, and Obama/Holder/Pelosi MUST know it, and will no doubt throw everything they have at it.

So assuming the grand jury issues indictments to prosecute (which they will unless they managed to assemble a fixed jury pool) then who is going to be the prosecutor trying this case???
It would seem to me will all the internal corruption involved even if we get this case to trial we will just end up with a prosecutor that will do everything to lost the case somehow so the crooks get off scott free!

I worry about Commander Walter Fitzpatrick. Someone should watch his back. Obama is capable of anything and is destroying our Constitution. I have never seen so much corruption in an administration. They are all traitors, conspirators and cowards. Where are the people with some backbone to stand up to what’s going on in this country? If Obama is forced to answer questions, do you really think he’ll tell the truth?? He’s nothing but a liar! Sure do hope the Grand Jury of Monroe Co. does the right thing. Obama is a traitor to this country. If impeached, Biden will have to go down with him…they were on the same ticket. Pelosi would also be brought up on charges of fraud. Who’s next in line for the presidency? Am really praying for the Commander and that truth will win out.

Of note: the U.S. Attorney appears for Mr. Obama based upon the premise his is defending the president in a legal action. This is an assumption of a fact in dispute in the actions. Illogical and a bad precedent.

Where the heck are all the conservative talk show hosts on this ? They make 10’s of millions of dollars off of us by agitating and waving the flag but when it comes to asking the big ugly questions they are absent. I would exclude Glenn Beck from my statement because, in my view, he is the only real and unafraid patriot we have today. I honestly believe he is in the mold of a very, very great man, Patrick Henry. I’m just waiting until he realizes we need to physically take back our government and our schools and our courts. By the way do any of these scoundrels in our government and courts read and understand our Constitution’s Bill of Rights ?

Believe me, Ken, we all feel like you do about the so-called Conservative Talk Show Hosts not doing their job by covering the eligibility issue, but I don’t know how long you have been following what’s going on for the last 1 1/2 years so here is some food for thought:
1) Fox News Channel is controlled by Ruper Murdock–
a Bilderberg member and a supporter of BHO.
2) A Saudi Prince owns a majority of stock in Fox
News Channel—therefore, controls what is reported
on—ie: does not want the eligibility issue to be
reported on, but OK about covering everything else
about BHO. When it was reported on, the birthers
and Dr. Orly Taitz were ridiculed and called kooks.
3) Fox News Channel, in my opinion, is as much to
blame for BHO getting elected as the main-stream
media is to blame. They were not true
investigative journalists, and therefore are now
known as “The Faux News Channel.”
It has been reported that the main hosts on Fox News have had a gag order placed on them by the higher ups, but after listening to the likes of O’Reilly and Shepherd Smith during and after the campaign, I have come to believe that they are Obots. Just wondering about the trail in TN yesterday. Since Commander Walter Fitzpatrick III, will be on tonight’s show, we can assume he was NOT arrested as they should of done if all was not correct. Guess we will have to wait until the show tonight to find out the end result… At any rate I just hope it is in time…. Every day illegal happenings are going on through DC…

Unfortunately, so much more has come to light since this suit was originally filed. IMO Obama is clearly guilty of treason. He was dishonest in his quest for the Presidency. He has surrounded himself with Socialists/Communists. His use of the NEA, SEIU, Acorn is despicable. Health Care Reform bill is completely unconstitutional. He has bowed before heads of other governments-if that isn’t a betrayal of one’s government, breach of trust or faith, I don’t know what is! He has turned on Americans that disagree with him, turned on news organizations that report the truth, or at least ask questions (heaven forbid!). He has set up a shadow government with all of his “czars” that serve largely without Congressional oversight. Heaven help us, will we ever be able to undo all that he will have messed up at the end of four years?

I’m from Tennessee and I have never fallen for that saying the good ole boys will handle it. However in this case the south needs to pull together and show them that the big cities and states maybe afraid of the goverment but we aren’t. I’m proud of being born in the state of Tennessee (I can provide my real birth records) I had to ad that in and if the court system here fails then we ahve very little left but to overcome our goverment. I hope the courts here still have heart like the sourthern people. We the people and land of the free is turning into We the goverment and land of the free for goverment.It’s funny the american people went to fight aginst Hilter to help get people to safty.
