It is my belief that this will be authenticated as I have said on the Patriotic Resistance blog site and Soda Head that he was born at the Coast Provincial General Hospital in Mombasa, Kenya for quite some time. Because of this view, I have been ridiculed and slandered, however most people on the Patriotic Resistance have been very supportive and recently on soda head with people not as tuned in, have been coming around to my belief. I support all action to prove that Obama is a Usurper for being in office without the credentials and he should be prosecuted for that and also Treason for sending Military people in battle with no legal authority. I pray that Dr. Orly Taitz, Esq., will get the proof and if anyone can, she will, or WND will. Let us pray that she found something to get rid of this Usurper before our country is wrecked beyond repair.

I have heard that Obama and his friends had to find a certain press to print this Birth Certificate . They found one on Canada and had a bunch printed then the came back to the White House to age it and print the information on it. They said that it would take weekds for this item to look old.
Until we get a Certified copy I do not belive this one is offical from all I have leaned on http://www.oilforimigration.org.
The first one he printed up was a fake so I do not take this one at face value

I forgot to say it does not matter about the Birth Certificate. His father is a Kenya National so he does not have 2 parents that are living in the USA at time of his birty. He is a British Citizen when Brition released Kenya to be a a seperate from England. That is when Kenya was libertiad and Obama be came a citizen of Kena.
He got a passport for Kenya or he would not of been admitted to Kenaya when he was a Senator for Illinois.

It does matter. Because if he was born in Kenya, not only he is NOT a Natural Born Citizen… but he is NOT even a U.S. CITIZEN… unless he got naturalized. That would mean he is an illegal alien and that he wasn’t even qualified to be a Senator.
When I found that article last night on Dr. Orly Taitz site, I immediately gave the link on AGJ last thread. I was so excited. It was very late… around 5:00 o’clock AM…. I couldn’t fall asleep after that… lol

Marcia, this birth certificate did not come from the Obama camp. Furthermore, it is not a moot point. It would take precidence over all of the other evidence as it would prove that he was not born on American soil. The school records would now become secondary evidence.
The request for Rogatory Letters would probably fall on deaf ears in Kenya, but at the time of Obama’s birth, Kenya had not gained independence. The answers probably lie in another part of the world… in a big ol’ house of records. Alan Keyes may have the key to this in his shirt pocket.

Look closely at the date of this document issued out of Kenya, February 17th, 1964. This would fit the timeline in Stanley Ann filing, lawyers discussing legalities of custody and residency as an America (not a natural born American).

Answers to questions about time line and more.
There was a one year transition period.
Kenya Independence was declared on 12/12/63.
The Republic was official on 12/12/64.
Someone on this thread gave proof that there ARE gov’t documents with both the crest AND ‘Republic of Kenya’ on the documents during this transition period. It makes sense that they’d have both.
It’s not a Birth Certificate. It’s a certificate of birth. Like our short form to the long original.
It was requested in 1964 - at the time of the divorce.

An old Australian newspaper (The Argus) from July 13, 1915. Zoom in on “Law Clerks’ Offer.” It talks about a man named E.F. Lavender. I’m not saying it’s the same man — after all, 1915 to 1961 is a 46 year gap — though theoretically it could be the same man. But anyway, the point is that Australia also has ties to England as did Kenya. The British monarch is still the Australian chief of state even today. So if there was a man in Australia named E.F. Lavender, who says there couldn’t be one in Kenya?

IF this is the real deal, maybe it will be the “crack in the door” which will allow some of the other “missing” documents to begin showing up. I’ve had the feeling for some time now that someone, somewhere, has that info and has just been waiting for some incontrovertible item to surface before releasing what they have so that it won’t “disappear”. I just hope that Orly makes about a million copies and plasters them all over America! Or, better yet, rents a million safe deposit boxes and puts a copy into each one. Then let the Obots try to find the REAL one!

Hillary is the wild card in this as the Letters Rogatory must go through the State Department.
By spreading the pics of the Kenyan Certificate of Birth far and wide, we may be able to circumvent much of the bureaucratic red tape that will come with this case. My plan (and yours if you wish to become involved) is to take this to “The People” and confront Obama with public opinion. Public opinion went a long way toward removing Richard Nixon from office and it can be employed in this case.
You may also want to innundate your local media with phone calls demanding updates on this matter. They probably will ignore you at first but keep up the pressure.
You get the point. You may want to add some suggestions as different tactics may be required in different locales.

I think it’s enough for me. It’s the real deal obviously. I am tired of all the obots and cover ups in this country. It is getting old. Mr. OBozo needs to be arrested for treason ASAP! He has committed a very high crime against our country. How can people look at this and say it’s a fraud, but then throw that fake as fake can be green piece of photoshopped junk in our faces for the last year or so saying that’s his official birth certificate? That paper doesn’t look as old as the one here. At least this one has a number where it is filed. I am sure UK has a copy neatly filed away as well. I think once he is gone, then all the people involved in the cover up including news people and anyone else involved who had the audacity to flash such phoney documents in our faces on TV saying that it’s his BC, should all be arrested for treason against our country. Dishonesty and crime does not pay. In the end the criminals get caught. I hope that it will be sooner than later that we get this usurper from Kenya out of office.

Look under the caption “HAROLD W. YOUNG IS A COLLEGE CLUB OFFICER.” It says, “The last two men, Mr. Okatcha and Mr. Olindo, are natives of the East African Republic of Kenya.”
Though it’s a U.S. paper, it shows Kenya being referred to as a ‘republic’ all the way back in 1961, even before Obama’s August birth.
I don’t know if this new birth document is real or not. I believe the main issue is the fact that Obama possessed British citizenship at birth thru his father, and was a foreign citizen until he was an adult. But there is at least plenty of reason to conclude that this document deserves to be fairly analyzed by professionals for authenticity. And if it is real, then Obama is ineligible. But even if it’s not, that won’t be the end of the matter, because Obama was a British citizen at birth, and he still hasn’t released his birth certificate.

According to Glenn Thrush, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid denounced the birther issue Monday on the Senate floor, saying that it “ignores the undeniable and proven fact that President Obama was born in the United States.”

Madison’s point reflects the mindset that a government official involved in foreign affairs will obviously seek the interests of his own country more than that of another country, and that in fact, they will seek their own country’s interests to the fullest possible extent. This gives us good reason to believe that the founders intended to exclude dual citizens (like Obama, assuming he was born in Hawaii) from the ‘natural born’ category, seeing as a dual citizen may well have conflicting national interests, rendering such a person incapable of fully and properly representing the foreign interests of the United States. In Obama’s own case, he had foreign citizenship until he was an adult, by which time he would certainty have had the chance to intellectually-develop at least something of a national attachment.
So let’s make sure Congress hears from us this August 4th so that we can get an answer to that pertinent aforementioned question posed by Mr. Donofrio: “Can you please tell the American people how a natural born citizen of the United States can be governed – at birth – by British law?”
I propose that on the evening of August 4th, wait until the offices of your two U.S. senators and representative are closed. Then call their closest district office and leave them a brief voice mail. It can go something like this (this is just a sample. Please use your own words; it will be more effective):
“Today is August 4th: Barack Obama’s birthday. Recently there has been a lot of additional controversy surrounding Obama’s birth certificate. However, Congress and the media are essentially ignoring an even more important matter: the fact that Obama was born a foreign citizen governed under the British Nationality Act of 1948, and held foreign citizenship until he was 21 years old. Obama even admitted as much on his official Fight the Smears website. The founders intended to keep foreign influence out of the office of president, so is it so much to expect that the chief executive was never the citizen of a foreign nation? And can you explain to the American people how a natural born United States citizen could be governed at birth by foreign citizenship law? Do you have an answer for your constituents as to this vital question? What do you plan to do in order to resolve it?”
You can also call their D.C. office, of course, or any of their district offices, but if you do nothing else I suggest simply calling the closest district office because it’s more convenient and that way, in many cases, you won’t have to make a long-distance call. Ideally, when their staff comes in to work on Wednesday morning their voice mail boxes will be filled with messages from many constituents asking that essential question, and demanding that they do something about it. And if you’re so inclined, you may also consider calling and leaving a similar message for your state’s governor.

Kenya’s official independence was in 1963, and any number of labels could have been applied to government documents during that time period.
At Ameriborn Constitution News, the researcher noted Kenya’s independence process actually began in 1957, when Africans were first directly elected to the Legislative Council.

I use Firefox, but the warning I got when going to Dr. Orly’s site had nothing to do with Firefox. It was my virus protection that gave me the warning that it had blocked a malicious site from opening on my computer. Her site loaded fine for me, but my virus protection prevented another site that is somehow attached to her site from opening. So, if you are not getting this warning, then your virus protection may not be working properly. Or perhaps it is not as good as you believe it to be. Either way it is cause for concern. She definitely has a hacker problem of some sort!

There are a lot of premature claims and rumors by people and news articles saying that this document is a fake and it was debunked before it got authenticated. How do these people know if it’s fake or not unless they do some research and find out before making claims that might well be false. I hope and pray that this is authentic. The sooner we get that evil usurper out the better. Then all the people who covered for him could follow along with him. These people find it more important to defend one person than defend the people of this country. I am tired of news people calling us people who want to get some honesty from the usurper, wacko and nuts.

and what I read there told a story which rivaled Hollywood for suspense and drama. At first, of course, everyone was all excited, feeling vindicated at last. Then, as people began comparing numbers, names, etc. on the BC, a sinister plot began to unfold. It appears that almost immediately after the BC was published (literally less than an hour) someone was able to hack into the site and change information. Orly’s site was hacked, and it happened so quickly that the picture which WorldNetDaily showed was actually the hacked version! Of course Orly has the true original safe and sound (we hope!) but this just goes to show that we are dealing with people who are DEAD SERIOUS about keeping Obama’s records secret. I think they were just playing with us where the Hawaii COLB was concerned, but now this whole thing is taking on the ominous feeling of a Robert Ludlum spy novel. The Usurper has surrounded himself with Chicago-style radical cronies, and they are not about to give up their power without a fight. Don’t forget Vince Foster and Mary Jo Kopechnie. Many of the same people who were around then are holding positions in the current administration. I pray that Orly and Dr. Keyes stay watchful and safe. Patriots, we may just be in for (literally) the fight of our lives.

“I and others have dared to bring these facts to the attention of President Obama, the Congress and the American people,” Issa wrote. “You’ve unfortunately reacted by once again resorting to the playbook of the Chicago political machine.”
Last month, Politico reported that Emanuel had “launched a coordinated effort to jam” Senator Kyl and other Administration critics… “[A]fter seeing Kyl and House Minority Whip Eric Cantor (R-VA) again paint the legislation as a failure on Sunday talk shows, White House chief of staff Rahm Emanuel directed that the letters from the Cabinet secretaries be sent to [Governor] Brewer, according to two administration officials.”
Issa noted, “The fact that the letters were coordinated by you to maximize the level of intimidation is supported by the timing, structure, and content of each letter. I would think that many who have waited for Martin Luther King’s “Dream” to come true, would want it to be an authentic victory.

THE CONSTITUTION DOES INDEED DEFINE NATURAL BORN CITIZEN AS BORN OF 2 US CITIZEN PARENTS AND ‘IN COUNTRY’, further it defines allegiance by patrilineage!!!
The Constitution and de Vattel’s Law of Nations has the answer to any questions regarding citizenship abroad and any laws crossing national boundaries:

As to children born at sea, if they are born in those parts of it that are possessed by their nation, they are born in the country: if it is on the open sea, there is no reason to make a distinction between them and those who are born in the country; for, naturally, it is our extraction, not the place of our birth, that gives us rights: and if the children are born in a vessel belonging to the nation, they may be reputed born in its territories; for, it is natural to consider the vessels of a nation as parts of its territory, especially when they sail upon a free sea, since the state retains its jurisdiction over those vessels. And as, according to the commonly received custom, this jurisdiction is preserved over the vessels, even in parts of the sea subject to a foreign dominion, all the children born in the vessels of a nation are considered as born in its territory. For the same reason, those born in a foreign vessel are reputed born in a foreign country, unless their birth took place in a port belonging to their own nation; for, the port is more particularly a part of the territory; and the mother, though at that moment on board a foreign vessel, is not on that account out of the country. I suppose that she and her husband have not quitted their native country to settle elsewhere.
§ 217. Children born in the armies of the state.
For the same reasons also, children born out of the country, in the armies of the state, or in the house of its minister at a foreign court, are reputed born in the country; for a citizen who is absent with his family, on the service of the state, but still dependent on it, and subject to its jurisdiction, cannot be considered as having quitted its territory.
§ 218. Settlement.
Settlement is a fixed residence in any place, with an intention of always staying there. A man does not, then, establish his settlement in any place, unless he makes sufficiently known his intention of fixing there, either tacitly or by an express declaration. However, this declaration is no reason why, if he afterwards changes his mind, he may not transfer his settlement elsewhere. In this sense, a person who stops at a place upon business, even though he stay a long time, has only a simple habitation there, but has no settlement. Thus, the envoy of a foreign prince has not his settlement at the court where he resides.
The natural, or original settlement, is that which we acquire by birth, in the place where our father has his; and we are considered as retaining it, till we have abandoned it, in order to choose another. The acquired settlement (adscititium) is that where we settle by our own choice.
§ 219. Vagrants.
Vagrants are people who have no settlement. Consequently, those born of vagrant parents have no country, since a man’s country is the place where, at the time of his birth, his parents had their settlement (§ 122), or it is the state of which his father was then a member, which comes to the same point; for, to settle for ever in a nation, is to become a member of it, at least as a perpetual inhabitant, if not with all the privileges of a citizen. We may, however, consider the country of a vagrant to be that of his child, while that vagrant is considered as not having absolutely renounced his natural or original settlement.

This means only one of two things: Obama can only be a citizen at best, IF he was in fact born in the US….OR…..Obama is nothing but a VAGRANT!!!!

In reading the Constitution I erroneously skimmed over the words “Laws of Nations” wrongly assuming it related to ships and seas only. So I didn’t investigate. Shame on me. Thanks again!!

With all the talk about Obama’s birthcertificate and how he had all information about him sealed by the courts, I wonder why people have not come in and started filing suits questioning the courts actions? If enough people filed “pro se” maybe the courts would take notice and reverse themselves and open the records. (Pro se means you are acting as your own attorney and you do have the same rights and powers as an attorney).
You know you can hit Obama on many fronts and bring him down. Much like Hitler, Obama is afraid of multiple battle fronts. So now is the time to turn up the heat.
I enjoy reading the American Grand Jury and all of the material that you have. Keep up the good work and we will get Obama out of office the legal way. Impeach Obama!

To “Follow The Constitution”, Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU for posting the pertinent part of the Law Of Nations! (Linking it to Vattel). It was a long read, but explained clearly and concisely what was meant by each term being defined. Compare and contrast this to the 1100 page HELLthcare Bill, which is filled with so much gobbledygook and lawyerese that one congressman asked how could they be expected to read the bill when it would take at least two days and a couple of lawyers to get through it. And this was one of the guys that supposedly WROTE the darned thing! (Which then leads to the question, if Congress and the president don’t even know what’s in the bill, WHO WROTE IT??!! Step right up, conspiracy theorists!) Seriously, this is a very strong “arrow in the quiver” for an eligibility case. Is there not one judge in the entire country with enough backbone to step forward, accept our Grand Jury presentments, and open a case? Just ONE?

MtnMyst…….. I don’t know who wrote the bill, but if I had to guess I would guess it was written by attornies that represent a few big unsurance companies. It appears to me based on the way the bill was written is that it is a huge political payback to big insurance corporations. The way the bill appears is that it isn’t the people that will benefit from this, but rather a select few major insurance companies. My guess is government would farm this out by using all the funds collected from the people to use for government to purchase some type of insurance. The way the bill is written such a plan would certainly benefit the insurance companies. Every person will be required to buy insurance. Private insurance would be phased out in time, forcing everyone to the government plan. So think about it! If every person is forced to buy government controlled insurance and if a few major insurance companies get to insure all this they will make HUGE profits from this!
Not only will they get to collect premiums from every person forced to buy insurance, but they will also get to eliminate the biggest expense involved which covering the elderly people! So they get to decide what the elderly can get and not get by cutting 80% of the biggest expense there is, but they get to collect premiums paid by every single person in the country OR the tax penalty government would stick every person and business with for refusing to comply!
So WHO would stand to make huge profits from such a plan? Big insurance corporations, such as AIG!

Apparently the Hawaiian Chapter of AXJ has discovered the original divorce documents filed in 1964, and among them has discovered that Stanley Ann Dunham (with the help of others) did in fact present a Certificate of Live Birth of a child born in Mobassa, Kenya, which is being studied to see if in fact it belongs to a child by the name of Barack Hussein Obama, II, although Barack Hussein Obama Sr. never admitted to having a son, was never notified of any divorce documents filed against him, and was killed in Kenya for political reasons.
The document presented by the Hawaiian Authorities includes a number “19″ that does not correspond to any numbering order in the documents recorded in 1961, and they know it. They possibly could be responsible for Fraud against the American People if this preliminary investigation turns out to be true.

Can one be charged with treason if that person is not a citizen of the USA?
