Robert Gibbs insists that He was the one who had Obama/Soetoro Birth Certificate online. The problem is it isn’t a Birth Certificate and his statement about what HI officials have determined is not true.
At some point another reporter off camera asks “why did you put it online?” The answer is pretty insulting to anyone who has been following this issue and knows that the COLB doesn’t prove anything about Obama/Soetoro and further has been dubbed a forgery of official Gov. Documents.

I hope that Arizona gets the definition of NBC correct in their Arizona Eligibility Bill. Would love to read the bill. If they don’t, then we’re back to square one. I’m proud of Arizona for doing this and hope that all states follow suit.

I would add one more name to True Patriot’s list.
Sean Hannity.
Sean Hannity gives,”lip service” support to the conservative,independent and Tea Party movements only when he believes they should back Republicans in the 2010, and 2012 elections. He feels if an Independent third party would run they would siphon off only votes from Republicans and the Democrats would walk away winners.
In past years that may have been correct. But now we are at a place in American politics that has not existed since the Revolution.
There is a solid broad based support of millions of Americans that grow everyday that are fed up with BOTH
political parties that are in power! In the past third party candidates were often extreme in their beliefs, that is NOT the case now!
Take GOOOH (Get Out Of Our House) for example there will be 435 everyday American people who are constitutionally centered, revolving around fiscal responsibility and personal freedoms, who will be running for office in EVERY district in this country!
Will they drain votes from Republicans? Certainly! Will they drain vote from Democrats? Absolutely!
Will they gain majorities in both houses? With God’s help and the American people’s support? Most assuredly!
Hannity misses the point of the Tea Parties, people are sick of BOTH parties! They are sick of the PPP,(Professional Politician Promises)!
We listen to you, we will do better next time, we will follow the Constitution,we will control spending!
The Republicans and the Democrats have had their chance for the last 100 years!
We can all see how they have done everyday!
Time for then has past, time for some real CHANGE in America! And, if Sean Haniity was a REAL conservative as he says, he would be on board too!

‘TRUE PATRIOT”, you are right. Both, O’Reilly and Beck, are cowards. I would gave them the benefit of doubt, if they would have the courage, to find a middle way and answear to Obama’s eligibility, just saying ” the American people has a right to ask questions and get the right answear”. I don’t care anymore to watch them, they are double-dealing.

You will all hate me, but each person has problems, I don’t really think Hannity, Beck and O’Reilly mean bad for the country, they are self-centered as we are all, when their jobs at risk, I personally think each person will look after themselves. Why should any of these people give up their positions for the disease in the White House, I know if I were in their positions, I would not, but if it really comes down to losing their jobs or the country, I do think they would help the country, don’t each of you think that, as I said WE all have individual problems, if I were younger, able-bodied and with a better income, I would be in the Tea Parties and become a more activist person against the disease, but I am not, so must do only what I can physically, I am hurting really bad now, went out to the store and now at home and my back hurts so bad, If I take more pain pills, could be not a good idea as I have been on pain pills since 1999, long time and doctors say this puts my liver in danger, so just hang in there all keep pressuring the disease and PRAY a lot, I will end with God Bless America, prayer for disease, Psalm 109:8

Goldie….I don’t hate you I think you actually have a point…..we are not all going to agree on who is best for the country all of the time…..at least the people mentioned here are not trying to destroy it…..just forget about their disregard for the BC and take the rest of their stuff with a grain of salt……Hannity is a conservative…..Beck I don’t know who he really is but he is not EVIL and as far as O”Reilly…I think he goes way over board trying to be fair and balanced because of the hate for the FRAUD on the right……we all know the main reason people hate the FRAUD…..he is covering up his past and we don’t trust him…..I don’t think a 3rd party is the answer either……clean up the RINO party if we are to have a chance at getting our country back!

Why cannot anyone get over the birth certificate issue??? Even if he had a birth certificate and was legally born in the U.S. he is still not constitutionally eligible to be president. Period. That is where all of the energies need to be focused. Anything else distracts and dilutes any arguments we have.

Interesting point raised in Mario Apuzzo’s blog posting today (see: http://puzo1.blogspot.com/) when he cites the original latin source for what became the term natural born citizen.
Specifically, within the Latin phrase he cited were the words “Alumnum” which means “nourished, brought up; reared/fostered by; native, brought up locally” and “Urbis” meaning city.
I see this as meaning that besides being born in the U.S and having 2 citizen parents you also have to have been raised in this country. From that I’d go as far as to suggest that a Court could conclude that an NBC must be raised in this country up to whatever the age of majority is at the time.
Say that that age is 18. The 14 year residence would be in addition to that because the 1st 18 years is covered by the underlying requirement to be raised in the country.
Under this definition, a 35 year old eligible candidate could live outside the country after the age of 18 for no more than 3 years (18 + 14 = 32) to still be eligible and would have to wait an additional year for each year beyond 3 that he lives outside the country.

13 - Thank you, I have learned in the 85 years I have been alive, my opinion is fine, but so are others, so we are citizens and must do all in our limited power to win our Great Country back, with the activist judges doing all in their power to keep the disease in the white house, citizens do not have much of a chance, I mentioned to my son what I would really like to do and he said be careful, Mother, people would hate you a lot to make a martyr of this idiot. I go on Prison Planet and get a lot of information and I am sure someday I will hear a knock on door and somebody say, Why do you hate Obama? I have righteous anger towards anybody who is destroying a country I have lived i for 85 years and in my humble opinion, there is no earthly reason for this, unless he is one of the many anti-christs, Jesus said would be around before He came the 2nd time, which I hope and pray will be sooner rather than later. You are a jewel my friend , and your many years of wisdom shine bright and I respect them.I recently made the decision to no longer express my opinion at Fox Nation for several reasons. I agree with others here that Beck and O’Reilly have been given their marching orders by the new partner of Fox, a Saudi Prince.Secondly the level of discussion on the threads over there have been infiltrated by Soetoro Zombies who basically only want to call names and disrupt any rational discussion of the issues. I am also very disappointed that Fox has chosen to attack normal Citizens who have a First Amendment right to question Soetoros eligibility. We must all understand that we are in a war with principalities of darkness and wickedness in high places. I believe the 24th and 25th Chapters of the book of Matthew explains what we are seeing to a tee.As Mr. Hannity likes to say( let not your hearts be troubled )for these things must come to pass before the return of the Son Of God. I suspect that Gibbs and the the other Criminals in the White House are quite worried to see if other States will follow Arizona’s lead. I believe that down here in Texas , Gov. Perry will do just that.The tide is turning my friends.Godspeed.

I’m not quite sure why AGJ won’t post my question that I asked in the comments section of the “fat” story but i will try again here.
I do “one man tea parties” in my hometown from time to time and one of the signs I hold says HAD ENOUGH YET?” IMPEACH OBAMA.
One gentleman approached me and asked what I thought obama had done that was impeachable. I replied that he has lied to the American people. I know there are far more impeachable actions that obama has done, my question to the readers here is what do you think that he has done that is impeachable?
I will take your ideas and make a flyer that I can hand out to people when this question comes up again.
I certainly hope AGJ finds my post suitable for publication.
