Orly asks court for ‘evidentiary hearing for possible criminal prosecution’
An attorney who has been involved in several cases alleging Barack Obama isn’t qualified to be president because he is not a “natural born citizen” as required by the Constitution now is asking a California judge in investigate possible fraud against the court.
Orly Taitz, who has, among other cases, one pending at the 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals on behalf of a member of the military wondering whether orders from Obama as commander-in-chief are valid, said the possibility of fraud is one of several concerns in the case.
“There is such a high probability of criminal acts of identity theft and Social Security fraud committed by the respondent that the undersigned requests this honorable court to use its inherent powers to order Sua Sponte an evidentiary hearing on this particular issue for possible criminal prosecution,” she wrote in her latest arguments that also request the case be moved to Washington, D.C.
She noted the respondent, Obama, “has submitted himself to the jurisdiction of this honorable court and can be brought to a separate evidentiary hearing to ascertain if fraud was perpetrated upon the court by assertion of false identity, even if the underlying case is not heard or closed for one reason or another.”
She also asked that the U.S. attorney’s office, which has been representing Obama’s interests in the case, be barred from participating “due to the obvious inherent conflict of interest.”
Taitz told WND she’s submitted to the court testimony from private investigators and others regarding allegations Obama has used multiple Social Security numbers.
“He [the judge] has the inherent power to schedule an evidentiary hearing if there is a suspicion fraud was perpetrated on the court,” she said.
According to her online posting of the newest request, she also notes the case “has not been heard on the merits, no discovery has been granted and the court simply granted the defendants’ pretrial motion to dismiss for want of jurisdiction, when the defendants argued that the proper jurisdiction is Washington, D.C..”

Orly is fighting the good fight — I just hope that she will lead with the dual citizenship argument and not the birth certificate issue. It is a fact that Obama’s father was not a US citizen, and this fact alone makes Obama not a natural born citizen and ineligible to be President. A natural born citizen is a person born in the US *AND* born to parents (plural) who are both citizens.

i was just on dr. orly’s site, lots of pop-ups and the author of 1st column is worried for orly’s life. american grand jury, as a whole should make it clear that WE have dr. taitz’s back. i’m writing my congressman & sen. right after this. i pray i’m just being paranoid but, let’s all look into it. tx

Correct me if I’m wrong somebody who is out there and is in the know. Isn’t the U.S. Attorney’s office there to prosecute criminals and corruption? In other words, is there any precedence of them defending a government official in any type of a civil lawsuit. I will check back for an answer.

I am worried about her too. Conservativemonster.com very good. Somthing is up, I can just feel the walls are closing in around obama. I have felt it all day. Lets all try to calm down, go outside tomorrow and plan your garden, It can’t hurt. Go and buy seeds, clear your mind and praya to god, to guide us carefully through this nightmare. About a week or so ago one of the people that leaves comments on this site left some info on here whereby you could access the radio interview by Dr Laurie Roth. She interviewed Doug Hagmann and Judi McLeod. It made a lot of sense about what is happening in our country right now with Fox. It is pretty scary but I wans’t surprised at all.
Since then I watched another video where they showed a clip of a democratic representative admitting to being threatened if they didn’t vote for the bailout of the banks and wall street.
Maybe Judge Carter was threatened too. How old is this guy?

Judge Carter a veteran of Marine Corps. as I am, but he is about 60 I think, I am old, 85 and disabled and now I hurt a lot. He has been either threatened or paid off by the Obama creeps, as Beck was threatened. I think these judges should be vetted, but nobody vetted Obama, the Demoncrats are the most evil, to let a person of that character be in the highest job, but see how he enjoys throwing everybody under the bus. Each picture I see of him, he is looking down his nose at the citizens of this country that he is intent upon destroying, and I say in my humble way, he is doing a good job, nobody wants to say a nice, young, black person is such an evil person, political correctness shall be the one thing that destroys us. God Bless America and the Revival coming that refuses to slaughter any more babies.
