I just got a letter from my friend Carl Swensson who heads up the Georgia Grand Jury. I guess it was Tuesday that the Secret Service paid Carl a visit.
Here is Carl’s email:
I was paid a visit by the Secret Service today at 2:30 PM EST. They were cordial and asked questions about my motives and my basis for our actions which I happily relayed. I talked with them (they had it with them) about the Presentments and Commander Fitzpatrick’s criminal complaint and they said they had been called by the authorities (whoever THEY are) in the Central District of GA. This is obviously related to my travels through that section of the State last week. I was told that I/we are well within our rights to take this action. This is GOOD news.., we are getting the message to the powers that be and they are aware of our efforts. Their concerns are related to what happens if the American people are summarily ignored.
Well, they should be worried. Near as I can tell there are around 100 to 150 MILLION disgusted Americans right now. The folks back home in America have done everything but kill themselves to try and get the Congress and this usurper for a president to stand down and quit trashing the Country. It might just be too late for these robber barons in Washington as the tide of public support is starting to turn heavily against them.
Mr. Excitment, Harry Reid, just found out. He is feeling the pinch in Nevada. Some of our jury members who are from there are telling us his approval rating is now a whopping 40%. 
Obama is stumping this week for Reid and tried to get an appointment with the Governor of Nevada to discuss things. I will be damned, but the Governor told Obama to take a hike!
The White House offered an invitation to meet Obummer. Governor Jim Gibbons had this reply to the offer:
While I appreciate the offer, I am not interested in a handshake and a hello from President Obama, I am interested in an apology and plan to undo the damage the President did..
Working families are suffering because of the President’s remarks, Gibbons said in his statement, the president should retract his reckless statement about Las Vegas and make a public statement supporting business and tourist travel to Las Vegas and other destinations in the State of Nevada.
Don’t ever doubt the power of the people in this Country when they finally decide to start fighting for what is right.

It’s never too late! We at American Grand Jury are making a difference. Our juries are growing in numbers and our presentments are spreading around the land. Sooner or later “we the people” are going to win this war against corrupt government and this arrogrant usurper for a president will be running for cover.

Funniest part of the episode was when one agent attempted to tell me the “Natural Born” clause was a grey area. I immediately reminded him and showed him (docs posted on my site) Thomas Jefferson’s definition and Ben Franklin’s reference to Vattel from the “Law of Nations” where it is CLEARLY spelled out. It was gratifying to see his expression change from one of authority to one of amazement. I asked if they had taken the oath to the Constitution and they both agreed they had so I followed it up with ” we now have a Domestic enemy, what are you going to do about it”?
(Nothing but the sound of crickets followed)
One also asked if this was tied into the 14th Amendment in an attempt to tie us into a conspiracy theory. Again I had to remind him EXACTLY what this is about and the 14th isn’t it.
Lesson to all.., be focussed and know the material. Arming youself with the truth will ALWAYS disarm them.
Also, I forgot to mention that when They introduced themselves and flashed their badges I said “what took you so long, I’ve been expecting you for a month”…

People keep saying that obama is too BIG to fail. Well, there is something my Granny told me from the time I was a child that keeps me focused in this.
It was one of life’s lessons she was SOOO good at teaching me about. Of course at the time, as we all tend to do, I didn’t put much store in what she said at the time. But this keeps resounding in my head…She said, “no one is too big to fail. The bigger they are; the harder they fall.” Then she would tell me the story of David and Goliath. What a fitting story for NOW!
The only thing I am hoping for is that when he falls, that he takes pelosi, reid, dodd, frank, and the rest of their ilk with him!!!

Well Carl,I guess you realize you have hit the “Bigtime” :o) The only reason others haven’t been background checked is because we are frankly,not important enough ! :o( I have always laughed at people who are so “secretive” concious because each of us ,who has ever had a social security number or drivers license or military i.d. can be spit out of a computer with nothing more than a keystroke.The only person that can escape this seems to be Mr.Obama. i am so glad that you, fearless freedom fighters, are holding their America-hating feet to the flames of rightous patriotism. but getting the obambam out of out white house is only the first step we need to do to set this country back to the right course.
we still have all the ACORN nuts and people that were treasonous or stupid enough to vote for obambam. people who betrayed their country and spit on the love they should have for this our great nation. how do we punish them?
the answer is simple that in voting for obambam they have committed treason against our country. and as punishment for their treason, they should forefit their jobs and all their worldly belongings. they can learn hard work in rebuilding there lifes and maybe learn some real values and love for country. their belongings and savings can go towards paying for all the money obambam has stolen from real hard working americans.
we need to follow up grand jury charges against obambam with charges against those who helped his theft of the office that belonged to a real American by right.
if the traitor voter was naturalized, then by voting for obambam they have violated there oath of citizenship and therefor their citizenship should be revoked and they can find another country to try and ruin, as they are no longer welcome in this country.
as for obambam and his family, if we citizens are lucky enough to catch him and his spwan while they run like the cowards they are, then let him and his mate be tried and convicted.
she and their children can be stripped of her USA citizenship. the children can be sent to live with their kenyan or indonesian realatves, and barred forever from the USA.
obambam and his mate can be exiled on marshal atoll or another US military island guard for the rest of their traitorous lifes. execution as a traitor is too good, and he knows too much to be deported. instead they should be forced to spend their lives being reminded of what they stole from real Americans and what their crimes cost them. let them rot alone.

I think that stinks that they do a background check on private citizens, but don’t do a background check on where it counts the most for our protection and that is BO. He is the one they should be after. I don’t understand why people are dragging their feet on this issue and harrassing citizens instead of arresting BO who is a usurper and not a legal president. These SS people should get a clue and do their job and do what it takes to remove the usurper who is destroying our country.
