Mark McGrew on Sentinel Radio last night had a great radio show. Mark had as his guests, Carl Swensson, Dianna Nelson-Diaz and Robert LeBeaux.
The Blogcast title was:
Carl of course represents the Georgia Grand Jury. Dianna and Robert have two Grand Juries in North Central Texas (Dallas-Ft. Worth areas) formed and ready to proceed.
The conversation got really interesting when we discussed various Constitutional issues and Grand Jury rights such as presentments, indictments, subpoenas.
The laugh of the night is when someone suggested the “eligibility” issue with Barack Obama was NOT criminal. I almost spit my coffee all over the computer. 
For those of you that know me, I am not real diplomatic sometimes. You should have been there or heard me — I pretty much lost it — to me and just about everyone I know — Mr. Obama is certainly the biggest crim**** [ well you know].
In closing, American Grand Jury would really like to thank Mark McGrew. Mark has spent a great deal of time researching the Constitution and the Grand Jury movement here in the United States. He has written a number of published articles about the subject. Mark is fast becoming an expert. Before this is all over we may have to send Mark to law school — No, just kidding Mark!

Great, the more radio shows you do, the better. You should announced them here on your site so we could listen in.

I was not the guest.. I called in on my SKYPE so I could listen to Robert, Carl and Dianna. I was quiet for about 45 minutes and then I realized I was one of the callers..
I spoke for only a few minutes but then got a chance to visit with Robert and Dianna afterwards on a conference call. These two are really exciting and they are working very hard to bring these Grand Juries in Texas to the forefront of people’s awareness. I wish them the best of luck — no worries, with these two at the helm many people will follow their example.
I expect a lot of good things to come out of Texas.

Very impressed w/ McGrew Interviews Last Night. Very exciting 2 hear that Grand Juries are convening Nationwide. You have a Constitutional Right to take this Action. If a judge or a lawyer tries to stop you then take said judge or lawyer before SCOTUS.

Department of State denied essentially all of the birther allegations against President Obama’s eligibility! Here are excerpts from the document filed in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia today:To the extent this paragraph alleges that President Obama is not a natural-born citizen of the United States or is otherwise ineligible to serve as President of the United States, that allegation is denied.
To the extent this paragraph alleges that President Obama may be an illegal alien or that President Obama is or ever was a citizen of Indonesia, those allegations are denied.
To the extent this paragraph alleges that President Obama’s birth certificate has not been released to the public, that allegation is denied. To the extent this paragraph alleges that the birth certificate released to the public at the direction of President Obama is not a valid birth certificate or that such certificate is not sufficient proof of U.S. citizenship, those allegations are denied.
Specifically, Defendants deny that President Obama was born in Kenya or anywhere outside the state of Hawaii.

Analogy:
A common criminal, being sued in court, has his lawyer tell a friendly newspaper, that the charges are bogus and that his client is not a criminal.
In other words, because some in Barry’s State dept and Homeland Security say’s everything is ‘kosher’, then that’s it? Case solved. Case closed?
Wow. Stunning that anyone would buy that.
Of course it means nothing. This must be adjudicated in a court of law, not by those appointed by him.

United States Departments of State and Homeland Security are a real joke! When I think that Obama picked Eric Holder as AG, I tell myself that your judicial system is also becoming a world joke. Hey! How many eligibility lawsuits so far were ignored by your Courts and SCOTUS? Incredible what this country has become in such a short period of time.

This is too much fun to ignore.. I apologize to my web readers, but sometimes I have to let off a little steam.. I spend all day on the computer working with jury members and signing up new members..
Anyway, Mr. Patriot 1776’s friend shows up with a comment.. I am not going to post it — just a waste of breath — in so many words this liberal says that Obama is a sitting President and cannot be removed except by impeachment.. BONG!! Not true.. bottom line we don’t care about the Legislature and their impeachment process — we have something far greater than that process — it is called the Constitution!
