Lucas Smith Affidavit now filed with the US District Court - Obama Kenyan BC

As of today, September 4, 2009, this Affidavit has been filed with the United States District Court in Southern California ~ represented by Orly Taitz.
This is a legal affidavit that declares Lucas Smith to be of sound mind and judgment. Lucas can go to jail if he lied on this affidavit.
The document (Certified COPY of Obama Kenyan Birth Certificate) you see here, once it is validated by the court, is pretty much the proverbial “smoking gun.”

I believe that’s a copy of the real BC. BO was born in Kenya and not Honolulu like he says. BO is the biggest liar in the world. I sure hope Orly gets discovery so that she can get the real BC and not just a copy along with all the other documents requested. BO has to go. I hope sooner than later. He is destoying our country, the minds of kids and the economy. I sure hope this nightmare will end soon. It has been way too long.

Well, I have to say this guy, Lucas, has stones, he is willing to put his own life in jeopardy and his honor on the line while trying to help US. If it were simply a made up gimmick, I don’t think that he would have put his signature to that affadavit, because that makes him responsible (the vvery least he could get is a purjery charge, if it is proven NOT authentic). He made those videos shakey on purpose because he didn’t want anyone to know where he was and locate him, in the process of elimination. He stood up to WND and that alone, took courage, now I am really suspecting that he does indeed, HAVE THE REAL GOODS, in this Hopsital generated at the point of Birth, BC. The Dictor is authentic and was practicing medicine at the time in Kenya, the Hospital is authentic and has existed for a very long time, yes with several name changes, but still in the same location, and IF that foot print matches, I think that is the way to prove that Obama is a total fraud on all fronts. We may have the real deal here……

I saw this sometime this morning on Orly’s site and am extremely excited about it!! I think it’s the smoking gun, also…how could the judge dismiss it? I am praying very hard for Judge Carter personally and professionally. With God’s help, he will do the right thing. There is no way BO should be allowed to stay in office until he DISPROVES these documents, which he can’t do.
It’s amazing that all of this is happening next week…BO trying to indoctrinate school children, the hearing in Santa Ana, 9/11, and the DC march on 9/12. There is a reason all of this is coming together. BO is going to have the wind taken out of his sails this week for sure! I ABSOLUTELY CANNOT WAIT UNTIL HE’S ARRESTED!!!!

We all know Obama is not a legal President as his Father was born in Kenya and that precludes him from being a Natural Born Citizen no matter where he was born. If he were born in Chicago on a Construction site in a Port-A-Pot, after sorting out all the crap and finding Obama, he could claim citizenship, but sure as the devil, he could not claim to be a Natural Born Citizen. Why? My biggest fear is that our top secret information, which he’s had access to since January, may have already been shared with our enemies. I feel this because it’s obvious, by his actions alone, that this man’s allegiance has never been with our great country. Since taking office, he’s kissed up to our enemies, insulted our allies, as well as tried to destroy everything that is decent and good about this nation.
I also believe that this has been a set up for a very long time. Have you wondered, as I have, how the thousands upon thousands of pages of the stimulus, health care, & cap and tax were seemingly done in a matter of days to be so quickly voted on without anyone reading them? No, those bills have been sitting around for a while waiting to be brought out at the appropriate time. I don’t care how many people you have working on something like that, they can’t be done, along with several copies to be handed out, in just days.
Please pray that truth and justice will conquer this evil administration and their plans to destroy our country. I also pray that all those involved (lawyers, judge, plaintiffs and witnesses) in this lawsuit will be kept safe from harm. The Lord is stronger than Satan. I look forward to Tuesday.

I know many do not want to be compared to as conspiracy nuts but this issue is on the mind and hearts of so many American citizens, how can one look the other way with this lingering over our heads? The truth will reveal facts and those facts will dismiss concerns that the American citizens have a right to question Obamas’ legal status afterall, he is the one representing as our leader of this country……personally my guts tells me he is not a valid or legal citizen for the highest office of this country. I can appreciate all of the replies so far. It could be a conspiracy by his cousin. It definitely is strange that the hearing is set for Sept. 8, and then Obama comes out with “Speaking to all our children on Sept. 8″. I do hope and pray that all parents see fit to keep their children at home on Sept. 8, 2009. We should not reward “bad behavior”. It would be nice for this all to be real, but I personally find it hard to believe how this guy just walked into the hospital and paid a guard some money to look the other way while he obtained a copy of the BC.
So how exactly did he obtain it while the guard looked the other way? Did someone else dig it out and make a copy for him? Did he sneak in and just take it from a file? How did he know where to look to find it?
Another issue is I thought the Kenya government went in and took all the records they had over a few years pertaining to the time Obama was born? If they took all the records then how can you obtain a copy from the hospital if all the records were taken by the Kenya government?
This all sounds to good to be true and something seems fishy about this.
It will be interesting to see how this all plays out in court.

AXJ, an international civil and political rights organization cannot form an opinion on the matter until the document is certified true by the Kenyan and USA Courts. If it is true that Mr. OBAMA was in fact born in Mombassa, KENYA he is no longer eligible to occupy the post of the President of the United States and should resign or be removed by Congress immediately. AXJ also believes that if other members of the Political Party and present Government had knowledge of this conspiracy against the American People the courts of competent jurisdiction should act immediately. AXJ has always held that transparency in government is absolutely necessary and that Mr. OBAMA’s actions of sealing documents from the view of the American People has been a wrong decision.

Since this document first appeared I have had a problem with the ‘time’ of Birth on the Certificate because it is the same ‘time’
that is on the Hawaii faked COLB.
when m/s Dunham returned to Hawaii and applied for a COLB she would needed to supply proof of a birth , so did she give the Hospital in Hawaii the original Birth Certificate from Kenya?
It might also explain why the word ‘African’ is used on the faked COLB
When the Hawaii officials say they have seen the ORIGINAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE are they rearly talking about a copy of the Certificate from Kenya?

There are now 2 copies of his Real birth certificate on this site. I will be very happy that either one of them is in fact BO’s. Isn’t the first one Orly has on her site a short form? I think I read somewhere that it may have come from the divorce file from when Obama’s parents were divorced. That’s why it’s stamped with the date of 1964 at the bottom. Some researcher checked the divorce file and there seems to be a page missing as all the pages in the file were numbered. It’s only a guess, but the b.c. might have been the missing page.
Also, I don’t know if the one Lucas Smith submitted is a true one either. He does have a shady past of petty crime, but if he was willing to sign a paper saying it was authentic, and is prepared to go to jail if he’s lying, then that holds a little weight too. Lucas’s looks like it might be a long form birth cert.
I’m just praying that this isn’t all a set-up. The day after Orly put the shorter form birth certificate on her website, somebody went through a lot of trouble on the internet to debunk it by putting in a similar one from Australia and changed the information on it. Also, the very next day, Hillary Clinton hurriedly left for Africa. lol

A question for attorneys. Is the reason this issue has been successfully stonewalled so far, due to our being in a “state of emergency” which suspends the constitution and all law, making the Chief Executive the Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces and a military dictator?
“Emergency-war powers” invoke the “Law of Necessity”, which knows no law. One is permitted to do anything in order to “survive”.
What else could be responsable for such a complete disregard for the constitution?

Now if the foot print matches, than you got something, factual proof that Barry “badda bing” Soetoro was born outside the United States. I read the motion to dismiss this case. What a joke! They argue the poeple had the chance before the election to challenge the eligibility, then the electoral college had the chance to challenge it, then the Senate had the chance to challenge it, and now that he has become POTUS only Congress has the ability to challenge this!

So what is the people suppose to do when all the officials and courts ignore their challenge raised before the election, during and after??? Therefore, challenges such as those purportedly raised in this case are committed, under the Constitution, to the electors, and to the Legislative branch.3″

OK, but the problem I see is that everything pertaining to this election was unconstitutional and the Electoral College, Senate, Congress and the Courts all violated the constitution by ignoring their duty to uphold the constitution. Therefore this is not merely a case about Obama being fit to be President, but it is a constitutional issue whether our elected officials have violated the constitution by not properly challenging the eligibility clause in the constitution. So therefore it is the COURTS that have jurisdiction to resolve matters that are unconstitutional. Yes? No?

Has anyone reported this to Hannity or Glenn Beck? If this is legitimate, it is huge. The fact that it is not being publicized concerns me it may not be real. Personally, my belief has always been if Obama’s team is protecting his birth certificate so much - either he was not born in Hawaii or there is something politically damaging on that Hawaiian birth certificate. But this changes everything if the real deal.

True indeed, the courts are NOT on the side of the American People. If that were true, this would have been settled prior to the election when that democrat attorney sued HUSSEIN Obama over his birth place. Okay, I will play the devil’s advocate from every direction.
First, with the “buying power” of George Soros and Obama, why wasn’t this scrubbed as soon as he had any indication that he would be a candidate for President. It should have been scrubbed before he got to the Senate since that was only a path to the president.
How do we know the documents on this page are correct. Can they be cross-referenced and verified.
What is a Certified COPY of Obama Kenyan Birth Certificate? Certified by who or what? If I were a two-bit lackey who lived in a grass hut and drank yak piss for beer and you came by and said you would pay me to produce a certified birth certificate, I could probably produce one in a hurry.
The Date of Birth is in US date format. I would expect it to be dd/mm/yyyy which is nealy universal outside of the US. Also, I am a little surprised to the birth weight and size in English Units.
Do you even know that the affidavit we are reading is real? Anything can go up on a web-site. I can post that I signed an affidavit that said that I was born on the moon.
The reason I am so skeptical is that this whole theory is full of holes. Until someone comes forward with hard evidence that cannot be disputed (whatever that is), I would not put too much stock in these stories. What it does is make us look like 9-11 truthers or the loons that say the moon landing is a hoax. We have already been labeled “birthers”.
I went to Orly’s web site and did a little looking around. It appears Alan Keyes is in on the suite, which does give it some validity. For the most part, I am going to sit back and let this play out. I want Obama out of the people’s house as much as anyone else but I fear we are damaging our credibility. When Spiro Agnew resigned, Richard Nixon selected Gerry Ford as his VP; not the Speaker of the House.
When Nixon resigned, Ford selected Nelson Rockefeller (previous Gov. of NY).
VP to Pres. is automatic.
The only time you would end up with the speaker as President would be a case where the President left office and there were not a VP.

I hope this is valid. As an attorney and a former judge, I know how harsh the punishment will be for Lucas Daniel Smith if he is perjuring himself. Most of all, I worry for his safety and everyone else who might have a connection to this news. Don’t forget the Kenyan grandmother said she was present at Obama’s birth in Kenya and proud to have him elected to the US Senate. She died quite suddenly just before he declared his candidacy for President. This is nothing to play around with. Everyone involved should be fully aware of the risk. A President with an army of thugs, ACORN and SEIU, could be a dangerous person to those who might interfere with his power.

My worry is…if it is true that Obama was born in Kenya and is therefore not an American citizen, how in the world did he think he could get away with it? Also, where was the Federal Election Commission? Should this not have become public during their vetting process? I certainly hope that it’s true and that, if so, he will step down. However, I don’t trust the Washington power players to stand by constitutional requirements…I suspect that they would try and find a way to keep him in office.

I am licensed to practice only in Illinois (’75) and Georgia (’07). I am also licensed before the U.S.D.C.N.D. Ill. (’75), 7th Cir (’76), 9th Cir (’01) and U.S. Supreme Court (’88). Reviewing the Smith declaration, it appears either to be airtight or to be perjurious. I am not a judge; I have only 34 years of experience as a trial lawyer.
Not having seen the underlying pleadings, I am uncertain exactly what relief is being sought, but given the names of the defendants, it looks like an action on behalf of birthers to unseat the executive branch of the government. Speaking as a constitutionalist, however, it would seem that if the declaration were taken as true and correct, the most a judge might find is that President Obama was born in a foreign country and not qualified to be the President. That would hardly serve as a basis to unseat Mr. Biden who would merely take the position of President under our Constitution. It would not void the election of 2008 under any circumstance.
Again, I am no judge, and I have not seen the pleadings to know what relief is actually being sought. A judge in Orange County, California might easily grant relief of any sort. And it would certainly be subject to review by the 9th Circuit. I have a good idea what the 9th Circuit might do with any ruling agaisnt the President. Take any guesses?
And then a writ of certiorari would certainly be brought before the Supreme Court. That would be an interesting case to follow. Don’t hold your breath on the 9th Circuit being overturned and the roots of the republic being threatened for the birthers.

If Obama was found constitutionally ineligible to be POTUS then how can Biden simply step in as President when Obama is the one that selected Biden as his VP? If Obama is not eligible his entire campaign was based on fraud. So how can someone not eligible to be POTUS select a VP?
And his birth in a foreign country is only one of the issues. Naturally if he was born in a foreign country then he isn’t even a US citizen.
The other issue is about his natural born citizen status which if he was born in HI as he claims, then he is merely a US citizen, but not a natural born citizen. This is what the Supreme Court will have to rule on to define what the framers meant by natural born citizen.
Based on research the framers defined a natural born citizens as a person being born on US soil from us citizen parents at the time of birth. Meaning BOTH parents must be us citizens at the time of their child’s birth and the child must be born on us soil in order to be a natural born citizen.
Obama’s father was not a us citizen. Obama was born with dual citizenship having allegiance to Britain and the US assuming he was born in HI. How can someone be born a dual citizen owing allegiance to a foreign country and be a natural born citizen of the US at the same time?

That’s the problem. No one ever vetted Obama. He merely slipped through the cracks. They all assumed he was born here since he was a US Senator and assumed he was probably vetted at that time. Heck, he stole his Senate election by having ACORN get the candidate running against him removed from the ballot. He won by being the only choice on the ballot to vote for.
I have no doubt there are some in the DNC that know about it, but for the most part everyone just assumed he was eligible and never bothered to vette him. Obama even hired a law firm in 2005 to dig in into the eligibility issue to see if they could get away with this.

Actually, Philip Berg, a lawyer from PA had a lawsuit that he started in August (2008) over Obama’s eligibility. The judges pretty much ignored him. After the election, he tried to get the electoral votes delayed until this issue was settled. Again it was ignored/dismissed. After that, several others brought lawsuits regarding the same thing and all were dismissed on “standing.” This is the first time this issue has been listened to on “merit.”
To Donald…..I live in CA and I hear you re: the 9th Circuit. Sometimes they surprise us though…..no really, they do. I know it’s hard to believe.
Remember the vote on Prop. 8? The gays tried to overturn it in the 9th Cir. and the court upheld the people’s vote. But you are right….we are talking about the sitting Pres. here, so I’m making no bets.

If Zero is ineligible - then the ticket was invalid. The Dem ticket would receive 0 votes. McCain/Palin should win the election.
I doubt that would happen, as another election would likely be held.
Biden or Pelosi assuming power seems to ignore the fact that Republicans did have a valid ticket.
If Obama can’t be President - then Biden can’t be selected as his VP, Hillary can’t be appointed Sec of State, etc. The entire administration goes down. Every bill he signed is invalid.

Get a British citizen to make a freedom of information request to the Foreign and Commonwealth office to see a copy of Coast Province General Hospital Certificate of Birth no 32018.

The first-hand account of someone who was in the courtroom yesterday on Orly’s site is compelling indeed. This person believes that the October 5, 2009 hearing will result in discovery being ordered. That would mean that Orly will have a subpoena in hand to go to Occidental College and the State of Hawaii Health Department to demand Obama’s records, as he surely will not release them himself.
I think the New World Order people who selected Obama to carry their banner of one-world government somehow thought they could get away with this. I have read several accounts stating that they knew he didn’t meet our constitutional requirements, which they don’t care about, but they figured the American people didn’t, either. WRONG. We DO care about the requirements. Now that the word is out and people know there’s a question, plus they watch Obama behaving in a very anti-American way through his actions, they are more likely to believe that perhaps he isn’t constitutionally qualified.
I went to an informal townhall meeting with my congressman yesterday, and every single person there (there were about 25 of us) knew about the qualifications question. It didn’t come up in the discussion of health care, unfortunately, but someone did ask the congressman if Obama even knew what was in the bill they were discussing and the congressman simply smiled and didn’t say anything. In other words, Obama is ignorant and has no idea what’s in the bill. He just talks for nothing. He’s a total fraud. And the whole country is about to find out.

Okay…I want him out as much as any of you do because he is a cheat and a liar. But…since his mother’s place of birth was in Kansas, she was a US Citizen. Correct me if I’m wrong…but doesn’t that make him a US Citizen? Does the constitution require that a president be both a citizen and born on US soil? I could look it up, but hopefully someone will answer this question and I won’t have to.

Wasn’t this birth certificate filed with the Orly Taitz, now joined with Gary Kreep law suit that was heard yesterday 9/8? The judge will respond to the motion to dismiss (duh!) by the obomination team on 10/5 and if it gets past that, on to discovery! That’s what I want to see. The judge says the motion to dismiss better be compelling. Sounds like he wants this case to go forward. I hope so. I’m afraid to get too excited yet. Question: Why are DOJ attorneys defending this guy? Why do the tax payers, us, have to pay his lawyer bill? I believe the case was filed prior to his usurping the oval office which means he should add to his personal 1.5 million dollar lawyer bill and not expect us to pay it.

A CITIZEN is not the same thing as a Natural Born Citizen that is required for the POTUS.
A NBC is born on U.S. soil to TWO American citizens. Obama had dual citizenship at birth thru his Kenyan father. Since Kenya was a British colony at that time, Obama inherited a British Citizenship. Besides since Usurper Obama says he is born in Hawaii, the laws of Hawaii prevails. So her mother was 4 months short of age to give him his citizenship. Anyways, I am 100% sure he was born in Kenya. The law you are speaking about only applied if Obama was born on foreign soil. If he was born in Kenya his mother was not of legal age to pass us citizenship to her child.
IF he was born in HI then he is automatically a us citizen under the 14th amendment. That law didn’t apply if you were born in the USA, only if you were born outside of the USA.
No matter where he was born he doesn’t meet the requirement of natural born citizen since he was born with dual citizenship.

Perhaps about 50k - 100k people lined up outside the Santa Ana court Oct 5th holding signes saying America demands proof of eligibilty might add some weight for the Judge to deny the motion to dismiss and hear the case! There is no way the Judge can get into the court building without noticing that many people.

When Obama is declared too be a Usurper, all the Government has too do is cut the phone lines and communication systems. Since Obama will not be “President” Congress or someone else will have too decide who is President. The government has back up plans (for example if the president is delivering the State of The Union address, One Cabinet member stays home in case Congress gets nuked. That person would be President and the Joint Chiefs of Staff would lead the armed forces.)
The Usurper would no longer have access to the SAM Aircraft ie “Air Force One”. The New President could use Air Force One and/or Blair House until the Usurper is out of the White House.
If I where the new president, I would want the White House swept for Bombs and Bugs as I don’t trust Obama. He might leave some suprises behind.
If the whole Cabinet has to leave I believe Defense Secretary Gates who predates the administration would be the President of The United States Pro Tempore until an Election could be held. Since the Election would be held VOID we would have to back date the new Election to November 4, 2008. This is really sad, we would not only have too strip Obama from Presidential History, We would have too strip Gates from Presidential History too because the inaugural would be back dated to January 20, 2009. Remember two things:

Why isn’t anyone requesting the Judge to obtain the passport information on Obama’s mother. That should prove where she was.
Also, is Hawaii one of the States/Counties who had problems with their abstract automated system issuing abstract of live birth on foreign births that were only “recorded” in the State/Counties. Again this should be checked out with the Passport Office that covers Hawaii. I know some counties in California had such a problem, to the point that the Passport Office would not accept abstracts from those States/Counties as proof of birth. They would only accept certified copy of the original birth certificate. I believe Obama’s proof of birth from Hawaii was an abstract issued by an automated system.
Also, grandmother’s often put birth announcements in their local papers, so their friends and the friends of their child knows she gave birth to a son.
What about the records of the first school Obama was enrolled in when he came to Hawaii at age 8 (not sure of age, but believe he was around 8 or 9).
What documents where used when Obama came to Hawaii when he was 8 or 9 years old? Aren’t they on record with the Customs Office or Passport Office?
I hope the Judge will issue an order to obtain the above items so this issue can be resolved once and for all.

Please people do not believe for a moment that Biden or Pelosi would become President.
If Obama becomes a Usurper, all of his nominations or appointees will be voided and nulled. Biden is a nomination.
Pelosi is the one who “vetted” Obama. She is the one who signed the attestation of eligibility. She will be charged with misprision of felony. Hillary Clinton, surely knew Obama was a fraud… so she will probably also be charged of misprision of felony.
I think Robert Gates will be the temporary President till they truly elect a new one. IMHO, this whole fraudulent election should be overturned.
But, this is what I think will happen:
If the Courts ask for subpoena for all of Obama’s records, he will become a Usurper. I have been blogging on Americans sites since a more than a year now, I am starting to understand the American mentality. I know that America likes to be “politically correct”… lol… so I think that the Courts will discreetly ask for Obama’s resignation… they might give him a delay of a day or two. If he complies, no problem. He will call a Press conference and announce his resignation. Of course, the reason he will give will be just another lie and the MSM will go along with it. That will be the end of the story.
But, if Obama resist and do not obey, they will then have to arrest him with force so he doesn’t continue his usurpation. I am sure that this is not what they want. So they will put a lot of pressure on him to resign.
Now, I might be wrong on this… but this is how I think it will be played.

The Speaker of The House Attested to the Usurper (claiming he was qualified and then changing the form too no reference to Article 2 Section 1 Clause 5 of the Constitution).
The President Pro Tempore of the Senate Robert Byrd of WV supported the Usurper.
The Cabinet was Appointed by the Usurper.

He claims they sent the certifications without the constitutional text to all 50 States. I’m not so sure about that. I have a copy that was supposedly sent to the State of HI and the copy they supposedly have is the one with the Constitutional text in it. It matches exactly to the one JB post in his article.
This was copy sent to a Justin Riggs in CO. from the State of HI. He posted it on the net I downloaded it.
There is the one from the DNC, RNC and Democratic Party from HI. None of these show any time date stamp though, but it includes a letter from the State of HI’s office of elections.
We need to obtain actually copies sent to each State to verify this.

This one was signed the 28th as well. It is an exact copy of the one JB posted.
But this is getting REAL interesting. I just found another blog where this same guy Justin claims HI is the ONLY State that this copy was sent to, because he thinks of a specific State statue HI has requiring this.
So it appears the other States were sent the copy without the constitional clause. Perhaps this is why there are two different copies?

From reading some of his responses and if I am understanding it correctly, what he is saying is the only one responsible for verifying eligibilty for the candidate in their party running for POTUS solely lies with the DNC. Only that nothing in any law states who within the party is responsible for this.
And if I’m further understanding him correctly he states the DNC is subject to State laws. He also mentioned some people tried to get information from the DNC through the freedom of information act, but were denied by the DNC claiming they are a “private club” and not subject to that law.
So if this is the case and since certain people from the DNC did sign the certification certifying Obama for the democratic candidate for POTUS, then why couldn’t citizens just flood the State courts with civil suits against the parties that signed the certifications for failure to verify eligibility and alleging fraud???

Pick your poison, Biden for a while or someone else chosen by Congress.
Either way, according to the Constitution, it will only be temporary until a new election is set. Further rules, which I will not go get at this time say that the new election shall be held no later than 4 mths and the newly elected ticket will take the office within 60 days of the election.

Here’s a simple idea to get more people aware of the fraud:
Copy and paste the Kenyan certificate onto a Word Document, print out as many copies as you can, and stick them everywhere, including in the most Obama-loving neighborhoods, on sign posts, telephone poles, and over Obama bumper stickers that aren’t on bumpers.
Small things like this help, and it makes you feel good, too!

Nope! If Obama is not eligible then he was never eligible to pick a VP. That puts Biden out as well. That would leave us with Pelosi, but if Pelosi is guilty of fraud she will need to be impeached and prosecuted. Hilary wouldn’t qualify because Obama was not eligible to choose a SOS. Anything pertaining to Obama all has to be removed because Obama had no authority to do anything nor choose anyone as POTUS.
Congress would have to select a sitting POTUS while we have a special election to vote for a new POTUS.
I’m just waiting to see how these politicians and courts are going to attempt to discard all this and continue with the cover up as if one never happened. This is so big it would bring a lot of high ranking officials down because of the knowledge and/or involvement in this cover up.

The march on DC was an awesome sight! I watched the full 2 hour and 50 taping on C-SPAN. I appreciate all of everyone’s speaches, all the signs, and mostly all the trouble and expense the 2 million Patriots spent to be there. It baffles me though that not one seems to realize that we don’t have to wait till 2010 to “fix” our problems. One birth certificate would take care of all of it. No more Obama or any one he appointed, or any bill he’s signed.

I was there in Washington DC on 9/12. It was awe inspiring. Believe me when I tell you there were A LOT of people talking about the infamous birth certificate. Thank you for the link to the talk show. Wow! More people need to listen to that, it was long but soooo informative. Passing it on to everyone I know and going to listen again (I didn’t catch Rod or Joyce’s last name and I have several questions for them), although I did go to the Supreme Court site, took three tries to grab Rod’s case, but then when it brought it up and I tried to read it I got an access denial msg. did I do something wrong or are slaves denied access to information that would enlighten them on their real situation. I’ve opened other court cases there and read them and never had a problem. If someone has an answer please let me know. Thank you for the information and education. More people need to know about this site (I just stumbled on it 3 days ago).

Given the Birth Certificate is legitimate, a Constitutional Crisis is at hand since Hussein would not meet the US Constitutional mandate in Article II, Section 1., that the candidate for President shall be a “Natural Born Citizen” of the United States”. i,e., if Hussein, Barry or whoever he is was born in Mombassa or wherever outside the USA, was a citizen of Indonesia as attested to on his Islami School documents or a citizens of Mombassa/Kenya, he cannot be President. Period.
To this point in time “we the people” do not know to what extent the corrupt organization, “ACORN” or its subsideraries corrupted the vote counting tombstones, senile resthome occupants,homeless, dogs and cats to push the vote, although the facts are still accumulating to require a full investigation of ACORN by an independent Govt agency.
With no Constitutional guidance as to how to deal with such a situation, the choice would seem to be:
1. New election immediately with the Hussein Rogue Government removed in total including all appointees at all levels of government.
2. Removal as in 1. above with a Caretaker Govt put in place while a new election takes place.
3. An investigation by both houses to ascertain how an individual who couldn’t even pass a National Agency Check for “unclassified” would have crept into the Senate or could have been considered for President based on his professed Collectivist beliefs and the criminals he “ran with” with impeachment of any who were knowledgeble of his background and failed to notify the FBI or otherwise call for investigation.
4. An Investigation to determine just how much Middle East Money was filtered into the Hussein Campaign fund would tell us where the funds came from to buy the election for close to or more than one billion dollars US.
5. An investigation as to where and when Hussein complied with the Federal Requirement to re-affirm citizenship (if he ever had any) in a US Court?
6. An investigation to determine how Hussein earned a FOREIGN STUDENT SCHOLARSHIP to attend a University if he was a US Citizen.
7. An investigation to determine on what date his mother flew back to the USA from Mombaasa, on what airline, what passport, whether passport included a child?
There are at least another 50 questons that need asking, however, these should get investigators off to a good start. i.e, I believe we have an Islamic/Chnristian Narcisistic Community Organizing Jr. Lawyer, Collectivist Sleeper wanabe Dictator illegally in the Oval Office who hates the good for being good, is a consumate racist and Anti-American in every cell of his body.

When you go to the US District Court of Columbia, go to online cases (civil) search the case by name and enter Dale Rodney (they used his first and middle name)it will pull up only one case, click on the case number and it should open up.

I tried to access the case again from a different IP address, twice I got access denied now I am flat out blocked from accessing the web site. The first time I went I got the blue page (just like the Supreme Court) this time I got a white page with very little information, when I searched the District Court of Columbia, Civil Cases I was directed to the blue screen again but have met with opisition so it seems (I can’t even get a screen except for the one that says access denied). Is it possible that the case was closed or thrown out because the District Court of Columbia entered his name wrong? They used his first and middle name instead of first and last name (by the way when I did get in I used Dale Rodney on the first search line, I could not get anywhere seperating the names). I am not an attorney nor law student so I (unfortunately) am ignorant about such things, though I am learning quickly (yes I am patting myself on the back as should any one who learns to educate themselves through the resources avaible to them). Let me know if you or anyone else has any luck….I am very curious to know what happened to this angle in searching for away to return the rights to the people of this great nation.

I haven’t been to Lucas Smith’s YouTube channel, but I have been hearing that he now has posted statements to the effect that he was asked to perjure himself before Judge Carter by Orly Taitz. I find this very difficult to believe. Even though he has a criminal past, I believed that he really did obtain the Kenyan birth certificate by bribing someone at the hospital.
If he now is saying that Orly asked him to lie, then either someone HAS threatened his life or he has perjured himself to the court. Even if a crooked attorney asked someone to lie, the person doesn’t have to follow through with it. You simply say “no” and report it to the authorities. It sounds fishy to me.

The 9/18/2009 filing by one of the Plaintiff Lawyers in opposition to the Defendants motions to dismiss is excellent reading on the Electoral Process and that of Congress. It clearly shows that the United States has no existing process to verify eligbility of Presidents where they are required to show a certified copy of their birth certificate with all information showing on the document in order to conduct detailed verifications.
This can only work if these documents were required to be made Public without any strikeouts!
Personally, I’d like to see what is claimed to be a Hawaii Birth Certificate (not registration) without any strikeouts to conceal.

Too convenient for Obama to refuse Public release of his Hawaii Birth Certificate (NOT REGISTRATION OF). There can’t be anything on the certification of birth that is embarassing except for indicators of where the birth took place!
Kenya: ineligible because the Mother was 18 years old, and that means Obama was a British subject at time of birth.

There is comment he posted 5 days ago on his youtube channel stating he can not work with Orly any longer because she is asking him to lie under oath. Lie about what??? What is there to lie about??? He already said everything he would need to say, before he was involved in this case and in his affidavit he signed. So what else is there that Orly could possibly want him to lie about? Sounds to me like either he has been threatened and is now afraid for his life and/or his family members lives, or he was offered a lot of money to lie for the defense.
Think about it. Lets just say for argument Orly did ask him to lie about something? All he would need to do is say no, I won’t lie and if you don’t drop it I will not continue in this case. What would Orly do? Let him walk away? Doubtful! He is either afraid for his life or has been offered something he not willing to pass up!
But since he already signed an affidavit and presented it to the court, isn’t he on the hook now to testify to that whether he wants to or not? Can’t the court order him to at this point? At least to any part pertaining to his affidavit he signed?

Well, some of you don’t know the laws. If both parents aren’t even citizens and you are born here you still are considered an American if you were born on this soil-trust me, I am from AZ, and that’s how we end up with all these illegals. They run over here and have a baby, and then the mother gets to stay here even being illegal because her child is American. It’s all bogus.
Anyways, I hope this goes into a real investigation, but unless they find the person who stamped it or the person who signed it, nothing will come of it, and this poor kid will probably end up in jail. Government always has a way to shut people up and cover things up..just remember that.

I know people think having a child on U. S. soil grants citizenship but I thought the parents could not owe allegiance to any other country in order to be considered citizens. Did something change? The border crossers still owe allegiance to Mexico unless they legally become citizens through naturalization. Their children are Mexican Nationals because their parents are Mexican Nationals. One American parent would grant citizenship, but it takes both parents being American citizens to grant “natural born citizen” status. The founding fathers were very clear on this.

According to Article XIV, Section 1:

Even if Obama was born in Hawaii he is not a “natural born” citizen since his father was not a U.S. citizen and was subject to the jurisdiction of Kenya.

There was a time and for a LONG time when people came in droves to the US because it was freedom…freedom to express themselves, to acquire a future, to have religion choices without disdain, and a love of God, in any religion. Schools were to form comraderie and education, growth and equal rights (after some years of change from slavery and repression)…nevertheless, the US made mistakes but grew.
Now with OB, it all comes to destroy hundreds of years of what our forefathers wanted to see our nation be. Not about control, but a nation that lived free and set an example for other nations. It was a mix of every nationality, income level, and religion that would make every person oppressed want to come to AMERICA!
We are American no more with OB! He knows with his “cohorts” how to destroy the US in only a short time….to dwindle our faith and values and how to teach the youth that “anything goes”. This is SO WRONG!
I cannot wait for the day he is banished from the USA for FOREVER! And we should wake up and revise our political system.

It still puzzles me how on earth can any true Congressmen and Judges knowing the law of the land can still deny that this fraud isn’t a NBC and possibly an alien yet we the people are going through great lengths to convince them that he’s a usurper. We may have evidence that we need, if we can get a judge to admit that this appears to be an authentic document that establishes that Obama was born in Kenya. My concern is whether the judges will do their job such that if the document is truly his birth certificate, will the judge declare this and put Obama on notice that he is not qualified to be the President and must step down.

I have read your post several times now. You state that you are a Christian, Baptist, Conservative, and Republican. I’m afraid I am going to have to take your word for it because from your post I see no evidence of any of those.
As a Conservative Republican, you should know that there is no such thing as separation of church and state. That is a phrase coined by the radical left to hang as a noose around the church’s neck. And the meaning of that phase is a complete reversal of what the Constitution actually says. Our Founding Fathers gave the church protection from the state, they did not give the state protection from the church.
As a Christian, Baptist or otherwise, you should never be disgusted when other Christians thank and praise Almighty God for any reason. God may not elect officials to office but I can assure you He does care! Perhaps you should re-acquaint yourself with 2 Chronicles 7:14

Before BO and his gang are ousted a national emergency will be fabricated. This emergency will cause BO to declare martial law until the emergency has been resolved. The emergency can last as long as they want it to last, including up to the next Presidential election. Just prior to the election the emergency takes a turn for the worse and BO suspends all elections. At that point the USA will have a dictatorship. Has anyone else had this bad dream?

Jim, it has been my fear since the very first mention of the flu (in my opinion, manmade) case in Mexico. While all other countries were discouraging their people from visiting Mexico, Napolitano and Homeland Security was encouraging open borders and travel back and forth. To me, it looked as if they were hoping for a pandemic to happen here. When it didn’t, they drummed up fear that the flu would mutate to worse flu conditions (the spread being helped through vaccines giving flu-like symptoms to people, again my opinion) and again, it isn’t happening like planned.
Watch out for banks closing….or rather extended Bank Holidays. When people can’t get to their money to buy food, etc., there will be civil unrest. I believe that’s what Obama’s adm. is aiming for. The perfect scenario to call Martial Law and also to disarm the American people quickly, Obama’s longtime desire. This was his goal from the very beginning when one of the 1st things he wanted to do was put in really strict gun laws and bans. Pelosi advised him at the time, “Not Yet.” Those 2 words say volumes.
Anyway, I encourage everyone to stock up on freeze dried and canned foods with long expiration dates & plenty of water. You might also stock up on some items that can be traded or given away. The main thing is to keep yourself and family safe. In the meantime, this website (among others) and group of people working to remove this fraudulent president from our White House is the best place to visit and help out, if possible. It’s helped me to keep my sanity and feet on the ground, as well as focused on a goal for all of our freedoms. I’m not part of the grand juries because I have no understanding of legalese, etc. For me, phone calls, signing petitions, attending tea parties, sending faxes, spreading information around, supporting those who know what they are doing….well, that’s what I do best.
Hang in there Jim. I honestly believe there is much going on in the background to get rid of this “evil in our gvmt” than most of us know about.

It bothers me still that Bush started Homeland Security/Patriot Act and set in place things that a wanna be dictator will find convenient to use, in devious ways, when the time is right. We need people in the mainstream media to start looking into this and taking it seriously. I’m not talking about the major networks, CNN and MS-”LSD” (as Mark Levin likes to call them), these have always and will always be in the tank for Obama. I’m talking about the CONSERVATIVE TALK SHOW media. Where’s Rush Limbaugh? Sean Hannity? Mark Levin (as much as I like him) and others? These people have been dismissing the illegitimacy of Obama’s presidency based on a blatant violation of the United States Constitution long enough. The charge that he was not born in the United States is serious and not to be taken lightly. Either the constitution means what it says it does or doesn’t count at all. We can’t just cherry-pick what we want to follow in it and ignore the rest. If Obama is not Constitutionally eligible to be our president then he should go out ON HIS REAR END!

Every one is wanting to see Obama’s long-from Birth Certificate. Would be interesting to see him squirm because every one also knows he is hiding something. But personally I could care less about his birth certificate. His father Obama Sr. was a subject of the United Kingdom. Obama says on his web site that he was a British subject and a citizen of Kenya.
So there is no way he could be a “natural born citizen”.
Done deal as far as I am concerned.
Funny he says I did not renounce my U.S citizenship at age 21 so I lost my Kenyan citizenship. Looks to me like he did not renounce his British citizenship.

I think after the rough ride we have all been on, I would suggest a Special Presidential Election ASAP that can take over temporarily til 2012 due to the corruption of this government. This would remove the Obama administration completely. I would love to see Obama, Pelosi, Reid being escorted in handcuffs to jail.
