This will be the last day that we have the Lamberth Letter at the top of the Blog. We have around 2600 names right now. We would like to close the old year out with 3000 names.
Please say your prayers for our good friend and patriot, Rush Limbaugh. Rush suffered a heart attack yesterday and is now resting peacefully in a Hawaiian hospital. We wish him a speady recovery. All of us at American Grand Jury love Rush Limbaugh.
The new year 2010 is upon us. This will be the year that we stamp out Obamaism and take back our Country.

The sin of the people is to lose faith in their Constitution. The sin of our Judiciary is to procrastinate while enforcing the Constitution.American Grand Jury
Judge Lamberth, apparently procrastination is now in full force and effect in your Court. How serious does a Constitutional crisis have to become before the Judiciary will act? Is the workload of the Judiciary so overwhelming that the Constitution has to wait in line to receive recognition or service?
Barack Obama has committed serious crimes against our Nation. The evidence is well documented and published. Barack Obama has admitted in public and his writings that his father was not a US citizen. Clearly, Obama can never qualify as a “natural born” citizen. The Constitution states that only a “natural born” citizen shall be eligible for the Office of the Presidency. It is so simple a 10 year old child can grasp the truth. Yet power and corruption would seek to quash and deny the truth to the People of the United States. Does the Justice system in this country think that most citizens are so ignorant that they cannot understand a simple clause in the Constitution?
Your Honor, we would imagine these statements are not what you wanted to hear. Matter of fact, we understand that our statements probably make you angry or make you want to reprimand those that challenge your Court or authority. Well, your Honor, get in line. Many are now challenging your intentions. It is now estimated that 60% of Americans want to know the truth about Barack Obama. He has spent close to 2.0 million dollars fighting something like 15 civil lawsuits to hide the truth about his citizenship. Each time a Judge says this is a “jurisdictional” issue or a “standing” issue the People want to throw up. The day the Constitution or the People no longer have jurisdiction or standing in this Country is the day the Judiciary can no longer be trusted to defend or administrate the laws of our land.
Time is no longer a luxury the Judiciary can afford to waste. Before the Court is a 21-page document that charges Barack Obama with “Eligibility Fraud and Treason.” It further charges Barack Obama and Nancy Pelosi with “Conspiracy of Election Fraud.” These are extremely serious criminal charges that must be heard before the Court. If Obama can produce a valid Birth Certificate proving that he was born in the United States, and further prove his birth mother and father were citizens of the United States, then the man’s name will be exonerated and the case closed forever. But this proof has never been offered and the people have the right to know. Obama no longer has the right to conceal the truth, not when it concerns a blatant criminal violation of the Constitution. The charges have been levied against the man. The question is, what is this Court going to do about it?
Judge Lamberth, we fight evil by exposing it. Once the truth is known, evil has no power over you or your Court. The People of this country are a lot stronger than the government would lead us to believe. The talk that our Country could never survive an election scandal is simply an excuse. The truth of the matter is this Country cannot survive an attack on the Constitution by a public criminal when the Judiciary fails to do anything about it.
American Grand Jury and its members have gone to great lengths to study the evidence and hand down our Presentments. We have served your Court with these Presentments and responded to your Orders. It is now time to act. Talk is cheap and words become meaningless if Judges such as yourself are in a position to act but fail to do so.
Judge Lamberth, we wish you a Happy New Year. We know the decisions before you are not easy. Nothing in life is easy. Our Country was founded on courage, conviction and action. May the Lord guide you in your decisions, may He bless you with strength and courage.

I don’t want to discourage you, but I took a look at Judge Lambert picture on the signing page and he looks like someone who doesn’t have a back bone. I hope my first impression is wrong.

mail fraud, an Illinois Democrat, no less.
Why would Obama be exempt for conviction just because he was sworn in. Rostenkoski was sworn in and had served 36 years in Congress.

Hopefully Lamberth will have some backbone and not be afraid of the Obama Criminals. It is amazing that no one has prosecuted him for the fraud on the citizens, though many citizens have tried, only to be turned away by the courts. It is like Satan is destroying all court cases so this evil person cannot be prosecuted. His Crimanals in the administration lean on, buy out or threaten anyone who stands in his way. There is a preponderance of evidence for Fraud, Criminality, Treason, violation of the Constitution and if a judge did prosecute, Obama would be on his way out. We can only pray that Lamberth has the fortitude to adhere to the Constitution that he has sworn to uphold.

You can sign the letter.. as long as you are a United States citizens you qualify.. doesn’t matter where you live. Where the form asks for the State just list where you lived while you were in the USA.

In my mind a birth certificate would not completely exhonerate him of anything because of his fathers citizenship and because of his unconstitutional and un-American actions. But otherwise it’s a great letter and I’m signing. Bob, thanks for all your hard work.
We have come so far since last New Year in awakening the sleeping masses. Let this New Year bring us a legal conviction and a strenghtening and renewal of our Constitutional knowledge and rights to pass on to our children.

I signed the letter, but I think Judge Lambreth is one of the judges Eric Holder visited, not too sure, but if this fails also, what are we to do? I am not ready to be a servant to a f—–Muslim or any of their ilk. I thought I was a racist, but really don’t think I am. I have any black ministers I watch and really like these men, and in my humble 85 year old opinion, blacks are far more christ centered than some of the others I have noted on tv. I don’t watch after 7 pm, much too violent, and oversexed for me, so I turn off, go on this machine and state my opinion. God Bless All Caring Posts and God Bless America

Question: Can AGJ compile and present a list of “Legal Remedies” that are at the disposal of the Individual Citizen that are Called out in understandable language by the Constitution??, i.e. “Petition of Recall”, or does participation in Organizations such as yours as an Entity provide more “End-Game Power” that the Individual??

It is outrageous judges who are suppose to make sure the law is uphold are not doing their job. Hope Judge Lambert do wake up to reality and see the danger our great country is being force to take against its citizens.
It seems they have no backbone and integrity to protect our country from enemies abroad and inside of our country. They took an Oath of Office, who promised to do so, but it seems the Oath they took is meaningless or a joke when they swear it. The same thing is happening with Obama and the Congress both are really abusing their power and acts like are above the Rule of Law by ignoring our constitution. Their spending spree is out of control and just keep pandering to their special interest campaign donors and not doing the job they were elected to do. They deserved to be thrown in jail for a long time and all their benefits taken away for their abuse of power.
Lets pay and hope we can be successful with this judge to take his commitment and Oath of Office seriously in doing justice and get all the documents needed to know the truth about who really this man in the White House is, so we can have peace of mind.

Your cause would be better helped if your letter didn’t contain so many errors. First, over 60 lawsuits have been filed thus far, not 15, and of those 60+ suits, there are only 10 where lawyers have made an appearance on either the President’s or the Government’s behalf. In the majority of the cases, President Obama is not even listed as a defendant. The cases are filed, instead, against election officials, the secretaries of state in various states, or military officials. In those cases, the lawyers had only to draft a few fairly simple motions including a motion to dismiss, after which the cases were dismissed.
Neither President nor the taxpayers have spent anywhere NEAR $1,000,000 for his defence. I would honestly be surprised if the total costs have even gotten into the 10,000+ range, as Perkins Coie is representing the President pro bono (aka free) and the government lawyers are salaried, meaning they’d get paid the same whether they are working on the eligibility “issue” or sitting around twiddling their thumbs.

In addition, there is no reliable survey showing that 60% of the people “want to know the truth.” To be reliable, a survey must be conducted by a neutral agency, and must be clearly and carefully phrased to avoid the potential of confusion, misleading questions, or any bias in the way the questions are phrased that might result in leading the people being surveyed to be more likely to answer one way than another. None of the surveys I’ve seen (and I’ve seen a lot) being promoted by either conservative or liberal sources has been anything I would consider reliable.
Lastly, you should be aware that the FBI does a thorough background check of any incoming President, and given that President Obama has never hidden the fact that his father was not an American citizen, I imagine that would have come up during any such investigation. Also, prior to the Presidential campaign, Obama had been a member of the Senate, and all Senators are *required* to present their birth certificates (in whichever form the state they were born in provides them.) The certificate he presented was accepted by the Senate.
It’s important, also, to note that there was a truly ineligible candidate running for the Presidency this year for the Socialist Workers Party. In some states his name did appear on the ballot, but in many more states his name DID NOT. This means that the election officials in those states did, in fact, check candidates for ineligibility, and did, in fact, refuse to list ineligible candidates on their ballots. Yet these same states DID allow Obama on their ballots, because he did meet the qualification criteria.
I don’t know if this will make it past moderation or not, but I at least wanted to try.

Yep! The FBI did do a background check and claimed Obama could not pass to be his own security guard! LOL
Obama was NEVER vetted! But I do believe they did investigate and they do know exactly who he is and they are all a part of this cover up.
Obama did admit to the fact he is not a natural born citizen and if the FBI or anyone else for that matter cared, then he would have never been allowed to run. Our own government knows he is not eligible and always did know and they ignore it while flaunting the fact in front of every American while hiding behind their controlled media to cover it up for them.
There is no Judge in the country that will ever hear the case because they are instructed to not hear it and just dismiss it on the frivolous grounds of standing and jurisdiction. These Judges know they can be easily removed if they dare go against what they are told to do. This is exactly what happened to Carter. Before he was told anything by the government he agreed the case needed to move forward and heard on the merits. Once he announced that was his intention the government stepped in and told him to make it go away.
The ONLY way this matter will ever be resolved is for a huge rising of the people to march into DC and refuse to leave until they resolve this fraud! Other than that it will NEVER be heard! The only other way is if Obama was to ever cross them where they decide they have no more use for him and allow him to be exposed. Then you would see the media turn on him as instructed by their puppet masters.
These courts now only exist to protect these criminals. They are not there to protect the People. It is long past time for the people to rise up and take their country back and that is the ONLY way they will ever get it back. And time is running out fast! If the people don’t do this very soon they will never get the chance in the near future as government is taking measures to prevent it from ever happening.

FEC records show the following payments made to the law firm from Oct. 16, 2008, to June 30, 2009 (So imagine by now how much more he spent)
- President Obama has been named in dozens of civil lawsuits alleging he is not eligible to be president, with one man even filing a criminal complaint alleging the commander-in-chief is a fraud.

Some time ago I offered forth a proposal to get recall campaigns started in at least a few states to get rid of politicians that wont do the job they were elected to do. I think that such a program wouldnt even have to have a huge degree of success. If just a few states could get rid of these idiots it would put the fear of God into them. Worked in California, although the replacement isnt much better.

I really wish Judge Andrew Napolitano was still on the bench in New Jersey, I am sure he would hear the case, he has said so much while on the Glenn Beck show. He hosted for Beck and I am sure his feelings are just who Obama is and what he would do, but he resigned and now is a political advisor or consultant. But I am a bit discourged, our weather here is 100% miserable, hoar frost and snow flurries, i wish I lived in a warm country, but wishes would bring it about. Take care and God Bless America

Follow, you hit the nail on the head, I have been saying that but for some reason prople do not beleive that we are slowly losing our freedoms. the biggest disappointment is the
SCOTUS and Roberts, I never believed in a million years what a scank he really is a Bush appointee to booth. He knew Obummer was a usurper POTUS Elect and he botched the oath at the swearing, how convienent that he left out a phrase and did it over in a closed room.
I don’t believe that there is a judge with enough balls to stand up to those criminals and as follow said we the people have to take over DC by storm. We have to amass millions without warning and just go to DC and storm Congress and drag them out and make citizen arrest on all of them. That as I see it is the only way we will get our Republic back.

Dominick…(one of my favorite guy names by the way, even if it is French! lol) we used to love Newt and thought he was the conservative’s conservative, a real smart guy. This year we’ve found, from his actions, that he isn’t, and is just another Rhino or moderate. We no longer trust him. Unfortunately, this is what the Republican party thinks will be what gets the votes. They haven’t learned their lessons since the other Rhino….McCain, lost the election on the same cross the isle, moderate platform. McCain wouldn’t have gotten half the votes he got if it hadn’t been for the true conservative, God and Country loving, Palin. No doubt I will catch a lot of flack for this statement, but I don’t think women should be President (Vice President? Yes). But I do admire and respect Palin with all my heart, and wish all of her qualities were in a male leader. Still, if that conservative Constitution, God and Country loving male leader doesn’t emerge, I WILL vote for Palin if she runs.

Thistle, I agree with you about Newt Gingrich. I have been told by a high-ranking military friend, who worked in the Pentagon, that Newt has something in his background that would prevent him from running for President. He couldn’t tell me what it is, of course; but, evidently, it must be big. That is probably why he droped out of running for POTUS during the last campaign. He’s just another RHINO. That is so sad, because, I believe, he could have been a great President if he was a true Conservative plus exposed BHO. Anyway, none of them are bringing up the eligibility issue about BHO and, in my book, if they don’t defend America and our Consititution by exposing BHO, then they are out of here.

BO signed an Executive Order giving INTERPOL diplomatic immunity from search and seizure. Could it be that BO is going to hide all of his past records there to circumvent discovery if Judge Lamberth decides to hear the case????? Just asking.

Smart thinking! Of course this is killing America. When people think the President is the boss, they feel helpless. All government officials are your employees but people don’t seem to remember or to know that. Maybe it is because they do not study or read the Constitution, the Bill of Rights and the Declaration of Independence in schools anymore. The leftist communist Marxist teachers have to get out of your schools. You really need a revolution in that area. The next government, and I hope it is neither Democrats or Republicans, should fire all those idiots and send them to China, Russia or North Korea… lol.

I feel all the Muslims who want to destroy America feel good as Obama will do all he can to protect them. He just will not admit he too is a Muslim and all these people will want him to succeed because of being the first black president, so they fight us and He defends them, not the taxpayers who are paying for all the goodies and perks this black couple are enjoying, is it a mean country now Michelle, you and you phony husband are eating well when we have 7 million without jobs. In case you’ll haven’t heard yet there is a movie coming out about The Fraud in the white house. The title of it is simply “Fraud”. You can see the trailer for it at http://www.youtube.com. Simply type in the search bar (theatrical trailer fraud) and it will take you right there. This movie will come out despite what ‘bama does to prevent it. We are still a free country and we know that because the stars and stripes still wave across the land minus ‘bama’s mug. The importer at this point looks mystified that [he] doesn’t have a hundred percent of us fooled into going along with his shenanigans of making him president for life.

I think everyone has asked and stated all, except for one major “ITEM”.
Where did it go and who got the $ 2 Trillion that the Treasury Dept. hasn’t made Public and has Not Divulged to anyone ??? This came out in a story by a Renouned Author that has been Researching this “ITEM” for years.

Has justice Lamberth been reminded what U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice John Marshall when he wrote in Cohens v. Virginia 19 US 264 (1821):
“It is most true that this Court will not take jurisdiction if it should not: but it is equally true, that it must take jurisdiction if it should. The judiciary cannot, as the legislature may, avoid a measure because it approaches the confines of the constitution. We cannot pass it by because it is doubtful. With whatever doubts, with whatever difficulties, a case may be attended, we must decide it, if it be brought before us. We have no more right to decline the exercise of jurisdiction which is given, than to usurp that which is not given. The one or the other would be treason to the constitution. Questions may occur which we would gladly avoid; but we cannot avoid them. All we can do is, to exercise our best judgment, and conscientiously to perform our duty. In doing this, on the present occasion, we find this tribunal invested with appellate jurisdiction in all cases arising under the constitution and laws of the United States. We find no exception to this grant, and we cannot insert one.”
