First let me say that I support the use of the legal system to remove Obama from office.

With so many lawsuits filed every day in America, one more might seem irrelevant. There is one however that should be watched, but will most likely escape notice. For a little while at any rate

There will be no question about whether or not the D.C. court has jusridiction of the quo warranto action. Furthermore, the car dealers definitely have suffered the kind of harm/damage that would make it extremely difficult for any court to claim as relators they don’t have standing to bring such action. [Too bad Judge Robert Bork is not still sitting on that court.]

If Obama was not legally eligible to be a valid candidate for president, then he is not legally in office, no matter how many votes he received. Quo warranto is the legal action that will be solely concerned with whether Obama was legally qualified under the Constitution’s mandatory language - specifically the “natural born citizen” requirement - to be a legitimate candidate or not in 2008. Obama can never escape the historical facts that will determine his actual legal status vis a vis the U.S. Constitution and laws.
