It’s Official, American Grand Jury will not drop the “birther” label

The Tea Parties are embarrassed to talk about it. Glenn Beck and Bill O’Reilly do their level best to discount it. John McCain hopes to the cross the isle one more time with voters by denying it. Ninety percent of the Congress all quote FactCheck.org to get around it. The State of Hawaii builds websites to mask it. Barack Obama continues to spent a fortune to make the legal system bury it.
So what is so controversial about the BIRTHER movement that makes everyone get so defensive? Controversy never stopped our society before. The liberals have openly spent years hating Bush, Iraq and the military. The socialists in this country have spent decades pushing racism and bashing capitalism. Nothing is sacred ground in America. Abortion, amnesty, God, terrorism, corporate greed, gun control, gay rights, pornography and drugs are all big-time events today. Yet God forbid, someone mentions the birther issue and the gears completely grind to a halt.
Could it just be that decades of liberal progressive hatred, corruption and evil are totally at risk if someone spills the beans about Barack Obama? We aren’t just talking about a simple citizenship issue here, we are talking about an entire 45 year history of deception, coverup and conspiracy. How many countless names and reputations are at risk? How many institutions and powerful money brokers helped fabricate the lies that turned a ghost into a real life image? Are people prepared for the fact that Barack Obama could literally be an honest to goodness Manchurian candidate?
Based on the what has transpired in the last 12 months it is more than obvious that something is desperately wrong. Everything stinks from the bottom up. Judge after judge continue to deny standing to credible lawsuits. One person we know of has been killed trying to uncover passport records for Obama. Individuals that openly challenge Obama are violently attacked in the press and Internet media as right-wing crazies. Any public official that questions Obama’s credentials is mocked and laughed at.
Now those that think this issue is going to go away are sadly mistaken. America loves a mystery and the facts surrounding Barack Obama just don’t add up. As more and more people begin to question the truth, the fire gets hotter and the flames continue to spread. So far only arrogance and denial have saved Obama. Such conduct has its limitations however. The truth is almost impossible to hide if people really want to get at it. We believe the writing is on the wall. Obama cannot withstand the onslaught that is heading right for him. People are sick and damn tired of putting up with his world of corruption. We are at the point in time where Obama is going to come clean or the American patriot will hand him his head on the proverbial silver platter. I believe Obama knows it too. You can actually see the stress and uneasiness in his demeanor and walk these days.
So where does that leave organizations like American Grand Jury who have sounded the “birther” alarm since day one? It makes us stronger and more determined than ever. Say what you want about American Grand Jury but we have never backed off from our mission. That mission is to see Barack Obama legally removed from office for the fraud and treason he has committed against the people of the United States. For those of you that believe Obama is innocent all you have to do is convince your Messiah to come forward and prove us wrong. At this point in time any refusal by you to demand the truth only adds to the turmoil and furthers the presumption of guilt on the part of Barack Obama.
If you are an American Grand Jury member you will receive a letter on March 1st explaining our next Prosecute-Obama campaign. It involves a serious roadtrip. Please stay tuned!

Just because Beck and O’Reilly have jumped ship and called anyone who questions Soetoros qualifications Birth er Nuts doesn’t make us go away.I have personally quit expressing my opinion on Fox because I feel like they have sold out to the Globalist. I have followed American Grand Jury since its beginning and am proud to be on board. AGJ and CFP are emerging as the voice of reason to the regular American that simply wants to see proof. I used to think the birthers were nuts, but then I decided to do a little research of my own. I went digging in law libraries all over the California Bay Area. What I discovered caused me to track down the owner of the parked domain birther.com, make him an offer he couldn’t refuse, and then use it to publish my findings and arguments.
Now, if you are still one of those people out there who thinks that the birthers are nuts, then let’s consider something that is not nuts — which one of the three burdens of proof applies to any candidate for President regarding his Article II eligibility? Is it by a preponderance of evidence? By clear and convincing evidence? How about by beyond a reasonable doubt?
Once you decide which one applies, and you must pick one if your argument is to be credible, you can use it to decide if Obama has met his burden of proof by posting his 2007 Certification of Live Birth on the Internet. You might, however, want to consider this fact before drawing a conclusion — Although Hawaii calls the posted 2007 Certification of Live Birth an “official” birth certificate, it is nothing more than a digital copy of a scant summary of a 1961 vital record that derives from one of the six birth records procedures in place at the time of Obama’s birth, five of which arguably lacked adequate indicia of reliability and trustworthiness because they were fraught with the potential for fraud. You can read the actual Hawaii Revised Laws in effect in 1961 at http://birther.com. Look for the links in red.
Does anyone really know which one of these procedures was used to generate a 1961 birth record for Barack? Barack won’t tell. Was it the one with a doctor’s signature and hospital documentation, or was it from one of the other five, one of which allowed a family member to mail in a form attesting to an at-home birth and receive a Hawaiian BC? Consider this hypo — state A issues a birth certificate to a person who supplies a hand-written note that claims baby B was born somewhere on so and so date. No independent witnesses are required. Later, the state issues an “official” scant summary (Certification of Live Birth) of the “original” birth certificate.” The issue is, do you trust that kind of a summary?
Apparently, all three branches of the government, as well as the media and the Left, do. To date, not one single solitary person in the three branches of government, or anyone else for that matter, has bothered to look at Obama’s 1961 vital record. They have instead just chosen to accept his posted 2007 Certification of Live Birth, a scant summary of that 1961 vital record, as conclusive evidence of his alleged birthplace simply because it reads -”Born in Hawaii.” It reminds me of someone who tells another, “Because I say so.”
What other kind of because-I-say-so evidence is out there? How about that 1961 Hawaii newspaper birth announcement? For those who dare to scrutinize it, the Left claims that the birthers believe that the announcement was planted so Obama could run for president 47 years later. This is their way of discrediting them. Let’s be honest here. Nobody on either side of the fence really believes that scenario. It is nothing but a ridiculous distraction from an alternative, plausible motive — the announcement could have been placed so Ann Dunham would have had documented evidence for immigration purposes should Barack’s birthplace ever be called into question by the INS when he was younger. Even if you are not willing to accept this scenario, in 1961 a family member could attest to an at-home birth and receive a Hawaiian BC. The state registrar would then send that information to the papers. So the Hawaii newspaper announcement is not reliable or trustworthy evidence either. So there you have it, Obama’s evidence – a 2007 scant summary (Certification of Live Birth) of an unreliable and untrustworthy 1961 record, and an old newspaper announcement generated from that same unreliable and untrustworthy 1961 record. Has Obama satisfied his burden of proof? You decide.
On a closing note, FYI, the state does indeed have Obama’s original 1961 vital record. Although the state now issues Certifications of Live Birth,“ nothing in Hawaii’s laws prohibit Obama from receiving and producing his original 1961 birth certificate. Read on - “I am not aware of any birth certificate records that have been destroyed by the department,” Janice Okubo, public information officer for the Hawaii DOH, told WND. “When the department went electronic in 2001, vital records, whether in paper form or any other form, [were] maintained. We don’t destroy records.” “Any records that we had in paper or any other form before 2001 are still in file within the department,” she insisted. “We have not destroyed any vital statistics records that we have.” That said, Obama could produce his 1961 vital record if he really wanted to.

When the lady organizing the event contacted the Pentagon to ask why this was not allowed, as it had occurred every year for 42 years, she was told it was because of the event’s “Christian nature.”
The video also mentions that when Obama made a recent speech, a cross and a Christian symbol for Jesus had to be covered first.

Thank you, duh_swami. Also I just wanted to pass along to everybody this little tidbit of information regarding the birth notification in the hawaiian newspaper. It is really quite simple to tear that argument apart and leave it by the raodside. The birth notification says that so and so was born to Mr. and Mrs. so and so, who reside at such and such address. At no point does it mention the hospital or even if the birth occurred inside the country. I guess what I am saying is that the birth notification is not good enough to present to the state department for a passport. In essence the birth notification holds no weight to the government and they know it.

Time of birth on the COLB is 7:24pm in Hawaii, so where did they get this time, I am assuming from the Kenyan birth certificate, its the same time, so they would have had the Kenyan document in order to get that information.
Something is not smelling right here.

You’ve hit the nail on the head! If the time of birth on the Hawaiin document is the same as on the Kenyan birth certificate, this needs to be seriously pushed for legal investigation. Another ’smoking gun’ to add to the plethora already in evidence. The man is not an American by birth, actions, sentiments, etc, etc, etc…

I have read your article on the birthers at AGJ which concerns Obama’s birth certificate. Is his natural born Citizenship issue settled for you or AGI if Obama is born in Hawaii? Being born in the United States, by itself, does not make a person natural born Citizen. A natural born person must have two citizen parents at the time of his birth.
The founders only required that Representatives and Senators only be Citizens and not natural born Citizens to qualify for there positions.
I can only conclude that the birther position does not totally agree with the Constitution.

Where did you get that impression? Obama could have been born on a train traveling between 2 States.. it doesn’t matter! He is NOT a “natural born” citizen so he can NEVER qualify to hold the office of the Presidency.
American Grand Jury follows the Constitution to the letter of the law..

If some of the judges would uphold the Constitution, this person would have been gone long ago, are they scared or just anti-american? So manyknow he is illegal Muslim and now even the Mormons know, a friend of mine, old lady Mormon visited me yesterday, and we were talking about how far he has gone to ruin our country, so many havn’t felt yet as taxes will come later, but the 8 million unemployed are feeling and more. Why can’t we drill, drill and more drill, the ads say over 9 million jobs will be created by drilling, Calif.Gov and Pelosi are dumb,dumb as they are not trying to help America, only trying to help themselves. We do need to have some nuetral webite where these videos can be reposted without fear that they will be removed. Also, regarding the BC issue. I was born in the state of Indiana in 1957 in a hospital in Greene County. My BC was issued by the hospital and was always good enough to get my driver’s license and to admit me to the military. However, in 2006 i needed to get a passport to travel abroad and all of a sudden my HOSPITAL issued BC inst good enough!!! I had to get a sealed official BC issued by the state of Indiana with specific detail before the State Dept. would accept it.

I think one thing real citizens must do is be more careful about voting, as we vote by mail, it can be easier for me as disabled, but I can mail at any box, the only problem I can see is who gets these ballots and how they are handled?
