Investigators declare, “Obama never attended Columbia University”

American Grand Jury has archived extensive records over the past year which we used in our jury hearings. We now believe beyond a reasonable doubt that Obama is not a “natural born” citizen and it is even possible that he may be an illegal alien.
We also have records showing the Democratic National Convention fraudulently declared Obama constitutionally eligible while never vetting the “natural born” requirement with the electorate.
Now, new evidence has come to light whereby Dr. James Manning has declared that Obama never attended Columbia University [New York].
Dr. Manning has hired a team of investigators to comb over every bit of available evidence to validate his declaration.
Manning’s investigators conclusively state that:
1) Columbia University will not divulge whether the “alleged” diploma issued was in the name of Barry Soetoro or Barack Hussein Obama. No public record exists regarding the diploma.
2) Obama alleges he attended Columbia in 1982, 1983. But, the investigators have been UNABLE to turn up a single shred of written documentation for the years 1981, 1982, 1983, 1984 that show where Obama appeared on a school roster, register, faculty memo, bulletin board, school awards, dean’s list; where Obama’s name appeared in a yearbook, club record, fraternity record, extra curricular activity member roster, student newspaper, student radio or tv activity; where Obama appeared in any records as a worker, employee, laborer in or about Columbia University; where Obama enrolled in any sports activity or program.
3) As a graduating senior in 1983 he does not appear in any Political Science (his major) or Granduating Class yearbook or invitation records.
4) There is absolutely no documentation of any kind to show Obama attended, lived, worked or played at Columbia University during the investigated 4 years.
5) Interviewed professors, college employees, students (who were at Columbia during the years in question) have failed to turn up a single person that can remember Obama. This is irrefutable evidence. Think about your own situation if Obama had attended your college? A “now-famous” person went to your school? Many would be able to say, “of course I remember.” At Columbia, not a single person has been able to say he or she remembers Obama.

I certainly wish ever success to ANYONE who can shed any light at ALL on who Barack Obama is and who he works for ? but apparently it is NOT the American people or the Constitution our Great country was founded on.Yes,there may be things in this country that should be addressed but the
application of secrecy and deceit doesn’t strike me as being
the way to go about it.I especially commend ALL the Patriots
who have come to realize,that bottom line,This can and must be addressed by We the People at a grass roots level in our home States.The incumbent non representing representatives must be replaced by statesmen/stateswomen who are up to the task.May God decide that We are worthy.

Judicial Watch Announces List of Washington’s “Ten Most Wanted Corrupt Politicians” for 2009

Judicial Watch, the public interest group that investigates and prosecutes government corruption, today released its 2009 list of Washington’s “Ten Most Wanted Corrupt Politicians.” The list, in alphabetical order, includes:
1. Senator Christopher Dodd (D-CT): This marks two years in a row for Senator Dodd, who made the 2008 “Ten Most Corrupt” list for his corrupt relationship with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac and for accepting preferential treatment and loan terms from Countrywide Financial, a scandal which still dogs him. In 2009, the scandals kept coming for the Connecticut Democrat. In 2009, Judicial Watch filed a Senate ethics complaint against Dodd for undervaluing a property he owns in Ireland on his Senate Financial Disclosure forms. Judicial Watch’s complaint forced Dodd to amend the forms. However, press reports suggest the property to this day remains undervalued. Judicial Watch also alleges in the complaint that Dodd obtained a sweetheart deal for the property in exchange for his assistance in obtaining a presidential pardon (during the Clinton administration) and other favors for a long-time friend and business associate. The false financial disclosure forms were part of the cover-up. Dodd remains the head the Senate Banking Committee.
2. Senator John Ensign (R-NV): A number of scandals popped up in 2009 involving public officials who conducted illicit affairs, and then attempted to cover them up with hush payments and favors, an obvious abuse of power. The year’s worst offender might just be Nevada Republican Senator John Ensign. Ensign admitted in June to an extramarital affair with the wife of one of his staff members, who then allegedly obtained special favors from the Nevada Republican in exchange for his silence. According to The New York Times: “The Justice Department and the Senate Ethics Committee are expected to conduct preliminary inquiries into whether Senator John Ensign violated federal law or ethics rules as part of an effort to conceal an affair with the wife of an aide…” The former staffer, Douglas Hampton, began to lobby Mr. Ensign’s office immediately upon leaving his congressional job, despite the fact that he was subject to a one-year lobbying ban. Ensign seems to have ignored the law and allowed Hampton lobbying access to his office as a payment for his silence about the affair. (These are potentially criminal offenses.) It looks as if Ensign misused his public office (and taxpayer resources) to cover up his sexual shenanigans.
3. Rep. Barney Frank (D-MA): Judicial Watch is investigating a $12 million TARP cash injection provided to the Boston-based OneUnited Bank at the urging of Massachusetts Rep. Barney Frank. As reported in the January 22, 2009, edition of the Wall Street Journal, the Treasury Department indicated it would only provide funds to healthy banks to jump-start lending. Not only was OneUnited Bank in massive financial turmoil, but it was also “under attack from its regulators for allegations of poor lending practices and executive-pay abuses, including owning a Porsche for its executives’ use.” Rep. Frank admitted he spoke to a “federal regulator,” and Treasury granted the funds. (The bank continues to flounder despite Frank’s intervention for federal dollars.) Moreover, Judicial Watch uncovered documents in 2009 that showed that members of Congress for years were aware that Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac were playing fast and loose with accounting issues, risk assessment issues and executive compensation issues, even as liberals led by Rep. Frank continued to block attempts to rein in the two Government Sponsored Enterprises (GSEs). For example, during a hearing on September 10, 2003, before the House Committee on Financial Services considering a Bush administration proposal to further regulate Fannie and Freddie, Rep. Frank stated: “I want to begin by saying that I am glad to consider the legislation, but I do not think we are facing any kind of a crisis. That is, in my view, the two Government Sponsored Enterprises we are talking about here, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, are not in a crisis. We have recently had an accounting problem with Freddie Mac that has led to people being dismissed, as appears to be appropriate. I do not think at this point there is a problem with a threat to the Treasury.” Frank received $42,350 in campaign contributions from Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac between 1989 and 2008. Frank also engaged in a relationship with a Fannie Mae Executive while serving on the House Banking Committee, which has jurisdiction over Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
4. Secretary of Treasury Timothy Geithner: In 2009, Obama Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner admitted that he failed to pay $34,000 in Social Security and Medicare taxes from 2001-2004 on his lucrative salary at the International Monetary Fund (IMF), an organization with 185 member countries that oversees the global financial system. (Did we mention Geithner now runs the IRS?) It wasn’t until President Obama tapped Geithner to head the Treasury Department that he paid back most of the money, although the IRS kindly waived the hefty penalties. In March 2009, Geithner also came under fire for his handling of the AIG bonus scandal, where the company used $165 million of its bailout funds to pay out executive bonuses, resulting in a massive public backlash. Of course as head of the New York Federal Reserve, Geithner helped craft the AIG deal in September 2008. However, when the AIG scandal broke, Geithner claimed he knew nothing of the bonuses until March 10, 2009. The timing is important. According to CNN: “Although Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner told congressional leaders on Tuesday that he learned of AIG’s impending $160 million bonus payments to members of its troubled financial-products unit on March 10, sources tell TIME that the New York Federal Reserve informed Treasury staff that the payments were imminent on Feb. 28. That is ten days before Treasury staffers say they first learned ‘full details’ of the bonus plan, and three days before the [Obama] Administration launched a new $30 billion infusion of cash for AIG.” Throw in another embarrassing disclosure in 2009 that Geithner employed “household help” ineligible to work in the United States, and it becomes clear why the Treasury Secretary has earned a spot on the “Ten Most Corrupt Politicians in Washington” list.
5. Attorney General Eric Holder: Tim Geithner can be sure he won’t be hounded about his tax-dodging by his colleague Eric Holder, US Attorney General. Judicial Watch strongly opposed Holder because of his terrible ethics record, which includes: obstructing an FBI investigation of the theft of nuclear secrets from Los Alamos Nuclear Laboratory; rejecting multiple requests for an independent counsel to investigate alleged fundraising abuses by then-Vice President Al Gore in the Clinton White House; undermining the criminal investigation of President Clinton by Kenneth Starr in the midst of the Lewinsky investigation; and planning the violent raid to seize then-six-year-old Elian Gonzalez at gunpoint in order to return him to Castro’s Cuba. Moreover, there is his soft record on terrorism. Holder bypassed Justice Department procedures to push through Bill Clinton’s scandalous presidential pardons and commutations, including for 16 members of FALN, a violent Puerto Rican terrorist group that orchestrated approximately 120 bombings in the United States, killing at least six people and permanently maiming dozens of others, including law enforcement officers. His record in the current administration is no better. As he did during the Clinton administration, Holder continues to ignore serious incidents of corruption that could impact his political bosses at the White House. For example, Holder has refused to investigate charges that the Obama political machine traded VIP access to the White House in exchange for campaign contributions – a scheme eerily similar to one hatched by Holder’s former boss, Bill Clinton in the 1990s. The Holder Justice Department also came under fire for dropping a voter intimidation case against the New Black Panther Party. On Election Day 2008, Black Panthers dressed in paramilitary garb threatened voters as they approached polling stations. Holder has also failed to initiate a comprehensive Justice investigation of the notorious organization ACORN (Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now), which is closely tied to President Obama. There were allegedly more than 400,000 fraudulent ACORN voter registrations in the 2008 campaign. And then there were the journalist videos catching ACORN Housing workers advising undercover reporters on how to evade tax, immigration, and child prostitution laws. Holder’s controversial decisions on new rights for terrorists and his attacks on previous efforts to combat terrorism remind many of the fact that his former law firm has provided and continues to provide pro bono representation to terrorists at Guantanamo Bay. Holder’s politicization of the Justice Department makes one long for the days of Alberto Gonzales.
6. Rep. Jesse Jackson, Jr. (D-IL)/ Senator Roland Burris (D-IL): One of the most serious scandals of 2009 involved a scheme by former Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich to sell President Obama’s then-vacant Senate seat to the highest bidder. Two men caught smack dab in the middle of the scandal: Senator Roland Burris, who ultimately got the job, and Rep. Jesse Jackson, Jr. According to the Chicago Sun-Times, emissaries for Jesse Jackson Jr., named “Senate Candidate A” in the Blagojevich indictment, reportedly offered $1.5 million to Blagojevich during a fundraiser if he named Jackson Jr. to Obama’s seat. Three days later federal authorities arrested Blagojevich. Burris, for his part, apparently lied about his contacts with Blagojevich, who was arrested in December 2008 for trying to sell Obama’s Senate seat. According to Reuters: “Roland Burris came under fresh scrutiny…after disclosing he tried to raise money for the disgraced former Illinois governor who named him to the U.S. Senate seat once held by President Barack Obama…In the latest of those admissions, Burris said he looked into mounting a fundraiser for Rod Blagojevich — later charged with trying to sell Obama’s Senate seat — at the same time he was expressing interest to the then-governor’s aides about his desire to be appointed.” Burris changed his story five times regarding his contacts with Blagojevich prior to the Illinois governor appointing him to the U.S. Senate. Three of those changing explanations came under oath.
7. President Barack Obama: During his presidential campaign, President Obama promised to run an ethical and transparent administration. However, in his first year in office, the President has delivered corruption and secrecy, bringing Chicago-style political corruption to the White House. Consider just a few Obama administration “lowlights” from year one: Even before President Obama was sworn into office, he was interviewed by the FBI for a criminal investigation of former Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich’s scheme to sell the President’s former Senate seat to the highest bidder. (Obama’s Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel and slumlord Valerie Jarrett, both from Chicago, are also tangled up in the Blagojevich scandal.) Moreover, the Obama administration made the startling claim that the Privacy Act does not apply to the White House. The Obama White House believes it can violate the privacy rights of American citizens without any legal consequences or accountability. President Obama boldly proclaimed that “transparency and the rule of law will be the touchstones of this presidency,” but his administration is addicted to secrecy, stonewalling far too many of Judicial Watch’s Freedom of Information Act requests and is refusing to make public White House visitor logs as federal law requires. The Obama administration turned the National Endowment of the Arts (as well as the agency that runs the AmeriCorps program) into propaganda machines, using tax dollars to persuade “artists” to promote the Obama agenda. According to documents uncovered by Judicial Watch, the idea emerged as a direct result of the Obama campaign and enjoyed White House approval and participation. President Obama has installed a record number of “czars” in positions of power. Too many of these individuals are leftist radicals who answer to no one but the president. And too many of the czars are not subject to Senate confirmation (which raises serious constitutional questions). Under the President’s bailout schemes, the federal government continues to appropriate or control — through fiat and threats — large sectors of the private economy, prompting conservative columnist George Will to write: “The administration’s central activity — the political allocation of wealth and opportunity — is not merely susceptible to corruption, it is corruption.” Government-run healthcare and car companies, White House coercion, uninvestigated ACORN corruption, debasing his office to help Chicago cronies, attacks on conservative media and the private sector, unprecedented and dangerous new rights for terrorists, perks for campaign donors – this is Obama’s “ethics” record — and we haven’t even gotten through the first year of his presidency.
8. Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA): At the heart of the corruption problem in Washington is a sense of entitlement. Politicians believe laws and rules (even the U.S. Constitution) apply to the rest of us but not to them. Case in point: House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and her excessive and boorish demands for military travel. Judicial Watch obtained documents from the Pentagon in 2008 that suggest Pelosi has been treating the Air Force like her own personal airline. These documents, obtained through the Freedom of Information Act, include internal Pentagon email correspondence detailing attempts by Pentagon staff to accommodate Pelosi’s numerous requests for military escorts and military aircraft as well as the speaker’s 11th hour cancellations and changes. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi also came under fire in April 2009, when she claimed she was never briefed about the CIA’s use of the waterboarding technique during terrorism investigations. The CIA produced a report documenting a briefing with Pelosi on September 4, 2002, that suggests otherwise. Judicial Watch also obtained documents, including a CIA Inspector General report, which further confirmed that Congress was fully briefed on the enhanced interrogation techniques. Aside from her own personal transgressions, Nancy Pelosi has ignored serious incidents of corruption within her own party, including many of the individuals on this list. (See Rangel, Murtha, Jesse Jackson, Jr., etc.)
9. Rep. John Murtha (D-PA) and the rest of the PMA Seven: Rep. John Murtha made headlines in 2009 for all the wrong reasons. The Pennsylvania congressman is under federal investigation for his corrupt relationship with the now-defunct defense lobbyist PMA Group. PMA, founded by a former Murtha associate, has been the congressman’s largest campaign contributor. Since 2002, Murtha has raised $1.7 million from PMA and its clients. And what did PMA and its clients receive from Murtha in return for their generosity? Earmarks — tens of millions of dollars in earmarks. In fact, even with all of the attention surrounding his alleged influence peddling, Murtha kept at it. Following an FBI raid of PMA’s offices earlier in 2009, Murtha continued to seek congressional earmarks for PMA clients, while also hitting them up for campaign contributions. According to The Hill, in April, “Murtha reported receiving contributions from three former PMA clients for whom he requested earmarks in the pending appropriations bills.” When it comes to the PMA scandal, Murtha is not alone. As many as six other Members of Congress are currently under scrutiny according to The Washington Post. They include: Peter J. Visclosky (D-IN.), James P. Moran Jr. (D-VA), Norm Dicks (D-WA.), Marcy Kaptur (D-OH), C.W. Bill Young (R-FL.) and Todd Tiahrt (R-KS.). Of course rather than investigate this serious scandal, according to Roll Call House Democrats circled the wagons, “cobbling together a defense to offer political cover to their rank and file.” The Washington Post also reported in 2009 that Murtha’s nephew received $4 million in Defense Department no-bid contracts: “Newly obtained documents…show Robert Murtha mentioning his influential family connection as leverage in his business dealings and holding unusual power with the military.”
10. Rep. Charles Rangel (D-NY): Rangel, the man in charge of writing tax policy for the entire country, has yet to adequately explain how he could possibly “forget” to pay taxes on $75,000 in rental income he earned from his off-shore rental property. He also faces allegations that he improperly used his influence to maintain ownership of highly coveted rent-controlled apartments in Harlem, and misused his congressional office to fundraise for his private Rangel Center by preserving a tax loophole for an oil drilling company in exchange for funding. On top of all that, Rangel recently amended his financial disclosure reports, which doubled his reported wealth. (He somehow “forgot” about $1 million in assets.) And what did he do when the House Ethics Committee started looking into all of this? He apparently resorted to making “campaign contributions” to dig his way out of trouble. According to WCBS TV, a New York CBS affiliate: “The reigning member of Congress’ top tax committee is apparently ‘wrangling’ other politicos to get him out of his own financial and tax troubles…Since ethics probes began last year the 79-year-old congressman has given campaign donations to 119 members of Congress, including three of the five Democrats on the House Ethics Committee who are charged with investigating him.” Charlie Rangel should not be allowed to remain in Congress, let alone serve as Chairman of the powerful House Ways and Means Committee, and he knows it. That’s why he felt the need to disburse campaign contributions to Ethics Committee members and other congressional colleagues.

I seriously hope that Dr. Manning and his team of investigators have top notch security. Who knows what desperate measures BHussein’s thugs will pursue if this story continues to gain momentum.
I find it quite intriguing that BHO’s first official act (less than 24 hours after his inauguration) was to sign a document sealing all his records until 2059.

May be Columbia College did not sell and/or issue him any diploma. Has ANYBODY seen his “alleged” diploma? Dr. Manning said he was not sure what name, Barry Soetoro or BHO, was used in the “alleged” diploma and Columbia will not divulge it. Did Columbia confirm they have issued him a diploma to begin with? Well, he could have claimed he went to Columbia and may or may not have a “fake” diploma on hand. Who knows? Do you?

I am just wondering if they will be able to get a permit to use the steps of the Supreme Court or the area in front of Columbia.
Just a coupld of weeks ago I read several articles that obo was moving towards outlawing the use of any federal buildings or area’s around them. I think he was moving towards keeping the tea party movement from having another march on Washington.
I don’t trust those creeps at all.

I was posting over at RED STATE today in response to a slamming article against birfers and Farah and i titled my response birfers=national security and mentioned the importance of following the Constitution,etc and the five SCOTUS cases,etc..nothing real over-the-top.The responders were rude and told me to get lost Hawaii had already provided the facts.It was very highhanded superiority attitude over there..like hey ths is the RED STATE blog. I never repnded more than two times. Went to work. Tried to get other bloggers to go over there and rebut this Aaron Gardner guy.
Anyway…now I cannot even get onto this site just for a read!

James, I made this same mistake. Isn’t it odd that only 1 or 2 people on a whole campus can come forward and say they remember Obama? I wonder if they were Obots, or how much they were bribed to attest to his attending there??? If Obots, they were probably very happy to do their part for the marxist, and didn’t need to be bribed.

Amazingly, when Fox News investigated that in 2008, they never came across these articles… but on the site the guy says: “Jeez, I wonder why James David Manning and his top-notch investigative team weren’t able to find what I found in less than 10 minutes?”

I seen that article before. It was posted on the net somewhere. I don’t remember what site, but after just seeing that again I do remember seeing it during the election. I “think” at the time that was the only thing anyone could find linking him to Columbia.
BTW, I wonder if his friend on the couch was his boyfriend? They are really sitting close together on big couch with lots of room. They are snugged up together on one cushion! LOL

Dr. Manning went to great extent with private investigators to find any type of proof that Obama ever went to Columbia U…And nothing has been found. Also, Dr. Manning has an eyewitness that is stating for sure, Obama was never a student at CU…

I want to believe that all of this is on the up and up and so badly want to believe that Mr. Manning is truly one of us and not one who’s bought and paid for like Obama. You know their evil philosophy is, “You never want a good crisis to go to waste.” I can’t help but think, that perhaps this is want the “destroyers” of our country want to happen, to create a crisis, thus use that crisis to bring forth some new order.
Does anyone have good information on Mr. Manning and his character? I truly want to praise the Lord for this brave truth-speaker (although I don’t agree with some of his name calling), but I cannot help but to be skeptical.

There was a article a few years ago about a NY newspaper reporter that was attempting to question obama about Columbia because of conflicts that he had discovered.
The reporter went to a high school reunion at Columbia that would have been obama’s class reunion, the problem was that no one could remember or recall obama in any way shape or form.
The reporter attempted to have obama set the record straight on the years he attended Columbia and other information, the reporter never got a response of any kind from obama.
I wish that I could remember more about it, I’m sure it could be found on the net somewhere.

There is more information that people need to know also. The Hawaii DOH has been engaging in unethical and illegal activity to cover for Obama.
I haven’t posted it there on my blog yet, but the Hawaii Dept of Health’s responses have also shown that Obama amended his birth certificate sometime within the 6 months before he announced he was running for president.

He sounds like he is, but without knowing him personally…I mean, all of us are corruptable, and I’ve seen so many preachers/teachers in the Church, the Body of Christ, fall to the temptation. It is hard to trust and the ole’ “to good to be true,” kind of thought is trying to take control.
With that said, he does sound like a true American patriot willing to boldly speak the truth and stand up for what is right. I want to see him as a man with great courage and backbone which is what I’ve been praying for for this country, men in governmental positions who will do what is right and good for the states.
I’m not for political correctness, either. I’m for the truth spoken with plain speech. I’m for calling them what they are just as Christ did to the religious leaders in His day (things like hypocrites, vipers, liars, sons of the devil). I’m just thinking more people might take him seriously if not for the slang name calling. Yes, call a spade a spade, but things like “long-legged mack daddy” will turn some of the more “religious” or “pious” off from his truthful message. I would love to send his links about the mock trial to some friends and family, but I can’t, because I know they won’t listen to him (I can’t get them to listen to me about all the corruption going on). Oh, well; For those who have ears to hear the truth, they’ll hear, regardless.
We need more like him in the congress who stand with conviction and not give in to political correctness; this is what I pray for, men with conviction, courage to withstand evil.

Actually, it isn’t about whether Obama is an American citizen or not. The issue is whether he is a NATURAL born citizen or not, which he clearly is not!
Now he may not even be a citizen if he was actually born in Kenya, but that is secondary to the Natural born citizen issue.

Tearing the presidential election apart is what one judge said as he refused to turn Obama over to the public. Glenn Beck is probably in denial about Barry’s origin of birth or that he is constitutionally unqualified to be president of the United States. Barry is NOT a naturally born citizen. His father was Kenyan. Period.
I think Glenn is fearful of “opening a can of worms,” and that it could possibly cause so much controversy and public unrest that it would lead to martial law.
Remember… the Obama administration is waiting for a crisis that can set the military machine in motion. So far he hasn’t been able to do that. The level of deceitfulness coming out of this administration is intentional.
We all need to be very careful as to not provoke civil unrest. The lame stream media would love to report that we are all radicals and want to see this administration destroyed. They are “in bed” with the Obama administration! Many of them are progressives just like Obama, Pelosi, Reed, Clinton, et al. They are backing an agenda that includes bringing conservatives and patriots to their knees.
Let’s not give them what they want. We need to proceed carefully but with esprit de corp and bravery. We can do this and we must!
We cannot let them destroy this beautiful nation. Our Founding Fathers fought for freedom which did not come easily. They framed the Constitution as a gift for future generations. We are that “future generation.”
As far as Glenn Beck goes… he is a very brave man. I don’t agree with everything he has to say but I won’t “throw the baby out with the bathwater.” He has taught us a lot. I would not have investigated the history of progressivism if it were not for him. And yes… he aggravates me from time to time. I want to shake him and tell him to “wake up!”
I love his sarcasm directed toward the “Saul Alinsky” gang. He is not talking down to us but using “over the top” drama to get his point across. I don’t take it personally. He has been very effective. He is making the Obama administration very nervous while pulling their covers. They are really uncomfortable with the truth being made known. Poor babies… (of which I am convinced that they all are… tantrums and all!)
Now with Dr. Manning’s collaboration things may really get hot for them. So hang on. We are about to go through a roller coaster ride. Just respond peacefully so that they won’t have an excuse to bring in the military. Actually… they could even if we demonstrate peacefully.

Has anyone seen the picture of Barak Hussein Mohammed Obama where he is supposedly at Columbia being visited by gramps and grandma siting with them on a park bench in 1983. He is wearing a wedding band on his left ring finger. Who was he married to at that time ? Is that girl still alive ? Also are there any class mates from the other Uni who remember him attending ?
Another lie to the public was the time of his grandmothers death. Acoording to Larry Sinclare who says he called Hawaii and spoke with the funeral director where Madeline was taken after her death and was informed she actually died October 22, and was cremated on the 23. Lie upon lie.

Are any of you on “classmates dot com?” I went to a highschool in Albuquerque in 1963 for only 3 months, and a dozen or more people put notes on my page. Almost fifty years later, and people still remember me. I remember the girl in U.S. History class who later starred on the “Lawrence Welk Show”.
But nobody remembers that guy who became president?
How about checking for people from that time (in his classes, etc.) on classmates, myspace, facebook and see if they say anything.
Also, his 30-year reunion is coming up.

If the people only knew the half of what these crooks have done! There would be uprising like you never seen before!
This stuff dates back before the constitution was written. You have been made slaves and you don’t even know it. I talking truely slaves! You have no rights at all. You have no real courts. You have been made into fictious persons ruled by a corrupt corporation that you have unknowingly submitted yourselves to under fraud by elite bankers and corrupt government. This has been an on going process from day one.
If you don’t wake up to this and if you don’t make a stand against this tyranny it is only going to get worse and the day will come when the people finally realize it and it will be too late to do anything about it! So you can remain silent, behave like a good little sheeple and go along with the flow while trying to live your life in slavery as they rob you blind, create their corrupt unconstitutional laws to rape your money from you through their corrupt corporate court systems and just hope you are able to live your life through this before you lose all of the little freedom to move around in chains you are under and let your children and their children try to deal with it, or you can say ENOUGH! French, same here. Just like most people I always knew things were wrong, something isn’t right and knew our government was corrupt, only like most I didn’t know exactly what it was. Like how do they get away with the corruption, where it came from, how we became like slaves through all the BS taxation, how we are liable for all their BS statutes, codes and ordinances they create. Well now I know and how they frauded us all into tricking us to submit ourselves into their scheme without our knowledge nor approval.
This is a huge part of what is happening because of this past election. It is waking people up and more are figuring it out as people are now doing more research on things and discovering the fraud!

Why don’t you all think about this highly complex issue regarding Natural Birth!
1. Our country was founded on Natural Law. Not Man’s Law! (Admiralty/Commerce Law).

It’s really sad That 300,000,000 Americans don’t seem to know anything about the law our country was founded on! (Natures Law) Given to us by Natures God! The Constitution doesn’t say (Native birth) It says Natural Born to invoke natural law! and for Stupid Americans!!!!

When asked to define natural born citizen, John Bingham, the author of the 14th ammendment which extended the bill of rights to former slaves, stated, “Any human born to parents who are US citizens and are under no other jurisdiction or authority.” The Naturalization Act of 1790, also passed by this congress, declared “And the children of citizens of the US shall be considered as natural born, provided that the right of citizenship shall not descend to persons whose fathers have never been a resident of the US.” Neither of these definitions, one from US law, mentions birthplace, only the parents’ citizenship. But by the statement “under no other jurisdiction or authority they must be born in or on U.S Soil or Jurisdiction to have no that statement apply, So again infact both forms that are generally discused are in fact required by our constitution and the 14th ammendment.
Look up the meaning of “AT THE TIME OF ADOPTION”
For example, when you go adopt a dog from an animal shelter, the contract you sign will say somewhere, that “AT THE TIME OF ADOPTION” this shelter relinquishes all care of the animal to the ADOPTER. It means WHEN YOU ADOPT SOMETHING, or in other words, the shelter IS NOT responsible for the care of the animal AT THE TIME WHEN YOU ADOPT IT. When you adopt a child, it will say somewhere in the contract that AT THE TIME OF ADOPTION the adoption agency relinquishes certain things or care to the adopter, or meetings will be set up with the parents AT THE TIME OF ADOPTION. Again, it means AFTER SOMETHING IS ADOPTED, something else does or does not apply, and the Constitution CLEARLY states: No person EXCEPT a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, AT THE TIME OF ADOPTION of this Constitution. IF IT DID apply to a person born of one NON-Citizen and one American citizen AFTER THE TIME OF ADOPTION, it would clearly say AFTER THE ADOPTION of this Constitution…Obama is NOT NATURAL BORN, no matter HOW you try to argue it. It’s VERY SIMPLE and easy to understand. Unless you are a complete idiot, Try studying the Constitution. It’s not that hard.

Whats also puzzling is columbia’s donation of $528,302.00 to the Kenyan’s campaign. Granted it pales in comparison to the $1,591,395.00 that the University of California gave him. Whats in it for Columbia you should ask!
Columbia will be raising their tuition and passing off the increase to student loans. Guess what the Kenyan is doing? Making sure that students only pay back student loans according to their needs, just like Karl Marx taught. Which means guess who is going to pay the student loans and thus Columbia? YOU, the taxpayer.
Columbia is one of the most unscrupulous schools of higher learning. They hired a convicted cop killer as an adjunct faculty in the social work program. Kathy Boudin, an unrepentent member of the radical weather underground now receives her paycheck from Columbia. Further the school has hired an anti-semite to their faculty Massad.
As an alumnus of sister school Dartmouth, I persoanlly asked Dartmouth President Kim to intervene with Columbia. In spite of giving an inauguration talk on leadership for social change, he wasn’t at all interested in being a leader.

I also remember some info about how his roomate was tracked down and refused to comment on their days together. There is one other friend who knew them both and set Obarry up with the man in the photo. This same man later helped the roomate when he hit the skids and was living on the streets. Kenyan-born Obama all set for US Senate
Kenyan-born US Senate hopeful, Barrack Obama, appeared set to take over the Illinois Senate seat after his main rival, Jack Ryan, dropped out of the race on Friday night amid a furor over lurid sex club allegations.
The allegations that horrified fellow Republicans and caused his once-promising candidacy to implode in four short days have given Obama a clear lead as Republicans struggled to fetch an alternative.
Ryan’s campaign began to crumble on Monday following the release of embarrassing records from his divorce. In the records, his ex-wife, Boston Public actress Jeri Ryan, said her former husband took her to kinky sex clubs in Paris, New York and New Orleans.
“It’s clear to me that a vigorous debate on the issues most likely could not take place if I remain in the race,” Ryan, 44, said in a statement. “What would take place, rather, is a brutal, scorched-earth campaign – the kind of campaign that has turned off so many voters, the kind of politics I refuse to play.”
Although Ryan disputed the allegations, saying he and his wife went to one ‘avant-garde’ club in Paris and left because they felt uncomfortable, lashed out at the media and said it was “truly outrageous” that the Chicago Tribune got a judge to unseal the records.
The Republican choice will become an instant underdog in the campaign for the seat of retiring Republican Senator Peter Fitzgerald, since Obama held a wide lead even before the scandal broke.
“I feel for him actually,” Obama told a Chicago TV station. “What he’s gone through over the last three days I think is something you wouldn’t wish on anybody.”
The Republican state committee must now choose a replacement for Ryan, who had won in the primaries against seven contenders. Its task is complicated by the fact that Obama holds a comfortable lead in the polls and is widely regarded as a rising Democratic star.
The chairwoman of the Illinois Republican Party, Judy Topinka, said at a news conference, after Ryan withdrew, that Republicans would probably take several weeks to settle on a new candidate.
“Obviously, this is a bad week for our party and our state,” she said.
As recently as Thursday, spokesmen for the Ryan campaign still insisted that Ryan would remain in the race. Ryan had defended himself saying, “There’s no breaking of any laws. There’s no breaking of any marriage laws. There’s no breaking of the Ten Commandments anywhere.”

The more you wake up, the more you will find that our government
has been pulling the wool over our eyes for over a hundred years…Their
first objective was to raise taxes to get the moms working, having our
children put in daycare. While both were to busy with jobs and family,
they didn’t have time to see what was going on around them. Slowly
we have been conditioned…first we got credit cards, then we got direct
deposit, then we saw the UPC codes come in to play. Then we got a
debit card to replace our checkbooks. Now you need a debit/credit card
to pay at the pump to get gasoline. So they condition us and brainwash
us through the tv. Subliminal messages teaching the young kids that it
is okey to shoot guns, or showing a movie of a stewardess replacing a
pilot and told how to fly a plane. We also have our rights and liberties
taken away. Look at how smokers have been treated…like they have
some deadly disease or something. Oh yeah and the government
trying to force teenagers to get the gardisil drug which supposedly is
to keep one from getting cervical cancer. IT IS KILLING THE GIRLS
instead.

was used in the 1920’s to kill rats) in all our diet food and sodas. Not
only that Monsanto has bought up all the seed companies and pesticide

to regrow crops. Irradiating our food kills all the nutrients.

vitamins, minerals, and some herbs. Taking out the nationwide health
food stores.
Have you heard we are called ‘useless eaters” and the government would
like to eliminate 90% of us? It’s true. And, YES there are cures for cancer,
however, the big pharmaceutical companies don’t want us to know that
because it is big business for them…

I was a single mom, very strict and raised 2 very successful children. My son is a Blackhawk Helicopter Pilot who just left for his second tour in Afghanistan, and my daughter works 24/7 in commercial real estate.
I was left with a 2 year old, and a 3 month old to raise virtually alone. Most of my family had passed away, my then ex-husband would not pay child support, and other than God I had no one to help me.
I worked long hard hours, refused any help from our government since I do not agree with food stamps, welfare etc. They are “parasite” programs and I disdain this type of system.
Early on I decided my children would go to private Christian schools to avoid the indoctrination of our children. I kept in close contact with the teachers and had a good outcome each year. Both of my children excelled, and I taught them to be free thinkers.
This does not fit in to the Communist Manifesto that has been applied in our schools, colleges and as the liberals like to call it the arts.
I totally agree with you that many do not pay attention to what is being taught. This is part of the plan of infiltration.
Parents need to be awake, aware, and home school. As for colleges good luck. The “Ivy” League Colleges are an infestation of radical Communists. I have now come to the point if someone tells me their son or daugher goes to Yale, Harvard, etc., I just look at them and say “Oh I’m so sorry to hear that”? Of course they asked me in shock why I would say that, and I procede to tell them what they are really teaching. Complete Indoctrination.
Parents either home school you children, or put them in a private school that you trust. The government is indoctrinating our children. If you doubt this is true just remember the video’s of little children reciting Obama’s name like a messiah with umm umm umm at the end!!!!

Great job…I too was a single mom at 31. Having been told I would never have kids. She was a miracle and so is my grand daughter!
God DOES answer prayer and I actually did use welfare for 4 years, but it took me 3 jobs to get off of it and having to pay daycare.
People…time to wakie wakie….quit being “conditioned” little by little…look around you while driving, all the new foreign businesses and banks even.
Wake up and LISTEN to people running for office and look at their voting records…anyone who voted for bailouts MUST GO…give them a pink slip at the polls.
And know this, if we were to find Obummer illegal of holding office, we’d see a version of the LA riots across the country. Perhaps Beck won’t report on it to subdue the situation to avoid civil war…

Seems the state’s senate forgot to ratify the state’s legislature passed agreement to become a state within the United States. Without Ohio’s senate giving their approval, Ohio couldn’t become a state and has remained a “territory” ever since. To correct that, the Ohio senate quietly passed the legislators’ bill and back dated it to the time of confederation. Unfortunately, the constitution strictly forbids any back dating so Ohio didn’t become a state until 1957. President Taft…the 27th President was born in Ohio and consequently he shouldn’t have become a US president because he wasn’t a natural born US citizen. That’s the same issue affecting Obama. That would make all his decisions unlawful and all the people he appointed unlawful and all their decisions unlawful. What a constitutional mess that would make. Even though I like the man, you must start using the constitution that every US politician swears to uphold…. and let the chips fall where they may!
You got to fix the engine first before you can expect the car to work. The engine is the government and you need to first fix that part of the car before you can fix the rest of the system so that the people can get back to work. This seems simple enough to me.

Wether Barak Hussein Muhammed Obama attendet Columbia or not is not as important a issue as the fact his mother had not reached the age of 19 when he was born. This qualification for him to be eligible to be President in and of our country was not met.
He does not qualify.

I spend some time puting his mother’s name in the search box and reading every entry there. By the time I got to entry # 75 I had a much better picture about what type of person we are dealing with. One does need to look at who the parent, who the grandparents and what the environment of his upbringing was. For that is what formed his thinking, his character and ultimately behavior and practices.
In 1983 in his pic with the grandparents visiting him, sitting with them on a bench in central park he is wearing a wedding band. Who was the lucky or not so lucky girl ? Was she removed from his life by those who paid for his way and groomed him for the position he is holding now?
Pray for the poor dude, because if he does not do what his controllers expect of him, it is curtains for him just the way Donald Youg was dealt with since he was in the way for a sanitized Obama to be accepted by the general poblic.

Bob..to be a citizen of the United States, one must be born within one of those states. When Ohio tried to become one of those states, their senators didn’t give their approval for whatever reason. Legally and technically then, Ohio failed to satisfy the legal requirements to become a state until their senate ratified statehood in 1957. Before confederation, areas were divided into territories and no United States existed…..just a bunch of areas mapped off to signify a geographical location with various countries laying claim to those territories. Confederation brought most of those mapped areas together to form the United States and it was decided that only those born within the United States could eventually become president of the United States. Territories such as Texas could not produce a president of the United States until it became a part of the United States…so Ohio failed to satisfy the requirements until it officially became a part of the United States. Then it could produce a president of the United States…which technically could only be after 1957. This is how I understand how it goes.

Obama’s constitutionality can only be challenged via the Supreme Court; and that has to be done in the form of a law suit. Eric Holder will stop any federal court from hearing such a case. However, if a Four or Five Star General openly disobeys the Commander in Chief, a military trial is set in which the military attorneys are agents of the court. They can refuse the orders of the Commander in Chief if the Chief does not constitutionally qualify for that position as well as force the executive branch of government to respond to treasonist actions outside the legislative branch of government. Such military contempt trials would be held in military court (Just think, that would allow Obama a trial at Gitmo’s military court). While this is far fetched, the investigation and enforcement of the constitutionality of an elected president can only be done through the legislature or by top military officials defying presidential orders due to the questioning of the constitutional requirements to hold that office. So, military can be judged by the high court; otherwise, low-level legal suits and action can be blocked by the Justice Department or Legislature. As we all know, these types of constitutional challenges need to be made before elections are completed otherwise the bureaucracy protects officials from legal action. WE THE PEOPLE LOST. This is why ENFORCEMENT by public uprise has its place in constitutional in order of amendment rights .

It really amazes me how we Americans really believe we are “free.” We are educated (brainwashed) to believe that We The People (citizens) are the Sovereigns, i.e. Kings and Queens and our congress and legislature critters are our “public servants.” Question: Can a servant tell a master what he or she can or cannot do? Obviously the answer is NO, but under our constitutional system of government the answer is YES! We are told that we are a nation of laws and not of men, which robs us of our freedoms and worst of all this daily perpetual robbery is perpertrated by our so-called congressional and legislative public servants.
If one has the power to enact laws that others must obey he/she cannot possibly be a “servant,” but rather a Sovereign and those doing the obeying are the servants or more properly the slaves. Now does this seem to you like we the people are really free? I don’t think so.
My solution: Two things need to be done.
(1) Abolish congress and state legislatures. Abolish the present American legal system, and in their place amend our Constitution by replacing congress and state legislatures with one short sentence - “DO NO MAN OR WOMAN HARM IN THEIR PERSON OR PROPERTY.” Note that this one short sentence entails “personal responsibility” for all one says and does in his/hers interactions with others.
(2)Institute “common law” where randomly picked citizens will be called upon to sit, hear, question litigants and render a verdict in ALL civil and criminal cases. No high priced lawyers, and no judges to contend with. Jurors would be compensated a just wage for their service and the litigants would enjoy the full benefit of their constitutional rights without bias or hinderance for the exercise thereof.
This folks is is real and true freedom and a system of govt. to be proud of. We would truly be the envy of the whole world and the phrase GOD Bless the USA would once again have meaning. Long live REAL FREEDOM!!!

I am neither a republican nor democrat. I am a conservative. I say this to lay all my cards on the proverbial table. I have no particular political affiliation to speak of. Note: all CAPS are for emphasis.
Now then, Our nation is in trouble. Neither of the major parties, nor most of the minor parties for that matter, really seem to understand the complexity of this. Obama is doing all he can to hide his ineligibility and inexperience to be president. Arguing the birth certificate isn’t going to help matters. Nor is arguing his school records. If we truthfully want to get him out of office, there is only one way. He must be impeached for violation of 2.1.5 of the US Constitution. His FATHER is Kenyan by birth. Likewise, his FATHER is a Kenyen national/citizen. His FATHER has never been a citizen of the United States. 2.1.5 of the US Constitution defines a Natural Born Citizen as being a citizen with two parents who are BOTH United States Citizens. Such being the case, it doesn’t matter where Obama was born or where he went to school. All that matters is that his FATHER isn’t and never was a United States Citizen, which is a matter of public record. Since his FATHER was never a United States citizen, Obama is not and will never be eligible to LEGALLY hold the office of the presidency, no matter what he claims. Bury the senate, the house, and your local representatives with this information, requesting them to look into it, perhaps we can avert Obama from causing too much more damage.

As a lot of damage has been done, Calif. on the verge of bankruptcy, if she goes then USA is in bad danger, Greece and Japan also in bad trouble financially. Obama maybe didn’t cause all this, but he seems to be the contributing factor that brought all of this together, Soros, Buffett now complaining about him, Looks like to me we are on the verge of becoming the Muslim nation he wants us to be.
