History in the making - Obama indicted by Grand Jury
March 30th, 2009
Carl Swensson, foreman of the Citizen’s Georgia Grand Jury has just announed that a formal indictment of Barrack Hussein Obama has been returned. Upon having the indictment certified by a Notory Public, registered in the State of Georgia, copies of same have been served on various Federal and State officers:
U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Georgia
Georgia A.J.
Georgia Asst A. J.
Georgia Senate President
Georgia Speaker of the House
The most notable receipt is the one served on the US Attorney in Atlanta, GA.

Way to go, Carl. Anxious to see what will happen next. I read on a blogger comment on another site that Texas is the next State who will be having a Grant Jury. You need them in all 50 States.

and the Federal and State Statutes (Laws) on Grand Juries before you blindly jump into forming a Grand Jury.
Your first step should be to go to your County DA, Sheriff and/or Police Chief to see if you can get their cooperation in making a PRESENTMENT to an already convened Grand Jury. If you live in one of the many conservative counties in the US, you probably do not need to and SHOULD NOT bypass your local elected officials.
They are probably as fed up with BO as we all are.
Yes, as a form of protest, you can form your own Grand Jury but do not expect it to produce any results within the legal system.
It would also be helpful to support the already pending Lawsuits to remove BO from office:

That’s amazing! It’s only a matter of time now before the rest of the states have the courage to follow suit. Praise God for the people in Georgia that were brave enough to step out in faith, thanks to Dr. Orly’s encouragement. We need to keep up our prayers and donations so that we can see this thing through to the very end. We have to remove that USURPER, once and for all. Thank you, Dr. Orly and the rest of you that have worked so hard to bring this in to fruition. God bless you and God Bless America!

Congratulations, you are a real Patriot. I hope this new site here will help people in all States to get started on other Grand Juries. The Fifth Amendement was written for you the people and you are the Fourth Branch of Government. Take your POWER!
When Grand Juries will spread thru the 50 States, something will come out of it… it has to and IT WILL. Never surrender!
