This Grand Jury Hearing will start as soon as possible. We are accepting pre-registrations now from people that want to be part of this history making event. This ONLINE Grand Jury will be examining evidence from any and all sources as it applies to the BIRTH CERTIFICATE “eligibility issue” for President Barrack Obama. Our job will be to painstakingly look at the evidence (written, verbal, online media, videos, images, news reports, testimony, witnesses and any other applicable evidence) to determine, if in fact, Barrack Hussein Obama, aka: Barry Soetoro should be indicted for violating Article 2, Section 1, of the Constitution of the United States which SPECIFICALLY STATES:

No person except a natural born citizen of the United States, at the time of adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the office of President…

American Grand Jury will be registering Grand Jury members to participate in an actual ONLINE proceeding. This Grand Jury will follow every Constitutional detail in spirit and formality that our Founding Fathers provided for us under the Bill of Rights, Amendment 5.

This is going to be a legitmate and honorable undertaking. We are not going to stack the deck in favor of any person or entity. We are not going to make a mockery out of the Constitution.

The American Grand Jury will be conducted under a secret ONLINE format. All preliminary meetings and formal hearings will be conducted behind closed doors in a PASSWORD PROTECTED website. You MUST be a registered jurist to participate. You must voluntarily sign-up to become a jurist. The first 25 jurists to volunteer will be registered and will participate on an absolutely FREE basis. American Grand Jury is going to sponsor the first Grand Jury with funds completely from their own pocket.

You should be aware there are legal restrictions that apply to people who volunteer for Grand Jury duty:

1 ) You must be a citizen of the United States.
2 ) You must be eighteen (18) years or older.
3 ) You must have a legal residence and be living in the United States at the time of Grand Jury service.
4 ) You must be in possession of natural faculties and be of sound mind, judgement and character.
5 ) You must possess a sufficient knowlege of the English language and you must be able to use a computer and keyboard and be able to type in a moderate fashion.
6 ) You cannot be currently serving as a trial jurist in any Court while serving on the American Grand Jury.
7 ) You have not been a convicted of a felony or other high crime.
8 ) You cannot be currently serving as an elected public officer.

The first 25 jurists will be registered on a preliminary basis. We expect it will take a couple of weeks to complete all the website programming required to host the Grand Jury hearing. We will be using such technology as password protection, encryption, instant messaging, AJAX Php, MySQL and other programmng techniques to ensure quality, security and accuracy. The entire hearing will be conducted on a first class basis. You can rest assured we will be doing our best to deliver to the Grand Jury an easy to use, safe and secure system to conduct the hearing.

American Grand Jury will be originating all documents, forms, electronic images, online videos or recordings that will be necessary to present the evidence to the Grand Jury. Fair and impartial rules will be established to conduct the hearing in a proper and legal manner. Secrecy will be key in every detail. Jurors that are sworn in will be restricted from discussing the matters before the hearing with any outside person or family member.

All Grand Jury registrants will be protected in name, identity and democraphics. In other words, you will be registered in secrecy and your vital information will be locked behind secure webserver doors. We will NOT require any financial information from you. We will NOT ask for identification numbers or social security numbers. However, you will be sworn under OATH that you meet the legal requirements to serve on the Grand Jury.

Secrecy is very important. It is necessary to protect the indentification of the Jury members and the integrity of the presentments or indictment, if in fact an indictment is handed down by the Grand Jury.

The Jury will comprise members from many different States. This will be a NATIONAL hearing in nature. One of the ideas behind the National hearing is that members of the jury (if they so choose to do so and if an indictment is handed down) can take the indictment and file it within the jurisdiction which they live in. A National Grand Jury can have “multiple” filings of the same indictment. However, a Grand Jury participant will NOT be required to file an indictment if they so choose. Filing an indictment (if any) will be strictly voluntary.

There will be lots more we can discuss and plan for. Right now I wanted to get the word out so we can start registering jury members. Remember, the first 25 registrations are Free. You don’t pay one penny to join as a jury member. You simply must meet the legal requirements.
