The corrupted and cowardly Judge Carter wrote: “In order for Plaintiffs’ alleged injury to be fully addressed, Plaintiffs would have the Court intervene, upheave the results of a national election, declare the President illegitimate, shut down the functioning of the government of the United States, and leave this country defenseless.” He is not denying that OBama is not eligible; he is saying that without OBama, America would be “defenseless”. This judge belongs either in prison or an insane ward.

Defenseless? We are already defenseless with BO in office. What the heck is this judge talking about? He is a poor excuse for a judge.

While following Dr.Taitz and seeing her work as “The perils of Pauline” where they keep tieing
“Sweet Orly” to the railroad tracks,I happened to read a small comment from Judge Carter:

Now since I am a legally challenged person,not being an officer of the court and not even playing one
on TV I thought,WOW! I didn’t realize Judges had this type of responsibility to single handedly do all
the things Judge Carter would have to do.So I got busy to find out “what is a Judge ?”

After reading this,I thought “Gee whiz,your honor,isn’t there someone to help you with ALL of this as
I faintly remember some organizations called Congress and a whole lot of represenatives and law enforcement,military etc.According to Wikipedia,your job was to was to issue a ruling.I guess I will just
have to remain confused,Mr Ex-Marine.

Judge Carter was definitely painting a scenario in which his court would overreach its boundaries and supposedly plunge the nation into chaos. I’m going to write him a letter stating that now we really ARE in chaos. He is a mealy-mouthed, two-faced federal employee who has forgotten his oath to the Constitution.
The lawsuit did not ask the judge to remove Obama from office. It requested that discovery be allowed so that we would know whether or not Obama is qualified to hold the office. Judge Carter pranced around that, making up all kinds of allegations against Orly. He took hearsay and wrote it into his opinion, just as Judge Land in Georgia did. I personally think that Velamoor or Perkins & Coie wrote the dismissal, although that doesn’t excuse the cowardly performance of Judge Carter.
When Nixon resigned after Agnew and Ford became president, there was no national emergency. There is one now, however, because we don’t seem to have one honest judicial servant in the entire country. It is obvious that Carter was bought and paid for by Obama. That makes Carter just as corrupt as BO.
And you’re right; he never said Obama is eligible, only that removing him from office would cause problems.

After reading what Justice Roberts did while giving the O, the oath of office and had to go into a private room, I do think the upheavel of the government entered into the conversation. Justice Roberts seems like a fair person, but with Obama’s ability to mermexize(sp) people I do not listen to him talk, as Hilter had the eyes that the Germans did not look into, maybe Obama is a bit that way, when he talks, folks get convinced for no other reason than his voice is compelling. This sounds stupid, but this year has been the must hurtful year I have ever put in, to see the destruction of our Great Nation, to see the injuries being done to the folks without jobs, I never in my 85 years on this earth thought I would see such devastation as he has brought forth, my son said he not to blame for all, I say it is the domino effect, put one down and the others automatically fall, creating chaos. God Bless all who post and who care about our Great Nation.

I am an Army vet with many Marine friends who after hearing about this spineless coward’s decision, consider it an indelible stain on the corp. The consensus is that he must be punished for his abandonment of his oath and the disgrace he cast upon the name Marine and the motto, Semper Fi. This sellout traitor will be dealt with by his own!

I am also a Army Vet of many years (Pharmacy Officer)
Most of my military friends are Marines because of my support of them in VN 67/68. From what I hear the word is out on this “Wannabe Marine”. What a sad situation. He had the opportunity to bring this country back into the light of day, but instead sold out for a measly 1.6M.
Remember what happened to the Judge Carter of 1930’s fame. He dissapeared after crossing his masters and hasn’t been seen since.

I think it’s a little “fishy” (actually, it stinks to High Heaven!) that someone from the same law firm which has received nearly 2 million (taxpayer?) dollars from the phony POTUS to safeguard his documents from the public suddenly shows up all the way across the country working for this Judge. Maybe he was “placed” there to keep an eye on the Judge and whisper a few “suggestions” into his ear concerning his future and the safety of his family? Just wondering.
