The buzz on Capitol Hill is that the Democrats are now considering what is being called the “Slaughter Solution” that will allow ObamaCare to be signed into law WITHOUT HOUSE MEMBERS EVEN HAVING TO VOTE.
According to Congress Daily, House Rules Chairwoman Louise Slaughter…
“…is weighing preparing a rule that would consider the Senate bill passed once the House approves a corrections bill that would make changes to the Senate version.”
The Washington Examiner explains that this will allow Democrats to approve ObamaCare without actually voting on the bill:
“In the Slaughter Solution, the rule would declare that the House “deems” the Senate version of Obamacare to have been passed by the House. House members would still have to vote on whether to accept the rule, but they would then be able to say they only voted for a rule, not for the bill itself.”
+ + Dems escaping the “Catch 22″
The Slaughter Solution would allow Democrats to escape their
“Catch 22.” Simply put, the House must pass the Senate bill
BEFORE the “reconciliation” tactic can be employed —
trusting that the Senate will actually do what is promised.
The “Slaughter Solution” solves that — and gives House members an “out” because they never actually had to vote on the Senate ObamaCare bill.
+ + Pelosi says backroom deals “pretty close” to final
Whether by the “Slaughter Solution” or another means, it is clear that Democrats are rapidly pushing ObamaCare to a final vote. After yesterday’s backroom deals, Speaker Pelosi said they were “pretty close” and Majority Leader Reid added:
“[H]ealth reform is going to be done. We don’t have it all worked out, but we made a lot of progress.”
As I noted a few days ago, grassroots pressure from the Left has increased in recent days, not-so-coincidentally timed with this final push to pass ObamaCare.

If these communists pass Obamacare the GLOVES MUST COME OFF. We would need to stop paying taxes. We would need to heavily petition the State Legislatures to STOP Obamacase from being enforced in each State. We would need to file hundreds of lawsuits against the Constitutionality of Obamacare.
WE WOULD NEED TO TAKE BARACK OBAMA DOWN BY CRIMINAL PROSECTION IN COURT. WE COULD DO THIS. ALL LEGISLATION THAT OBAMA SIGNED WOULD BECOME NULL AND VOID. I have been fol owing closely these last few days the maneuvering by these Criminals to force this Bill through.It is my humble opinion that they have no intention of listening to the overwhelming voice of the Governed.You are right to assume that we must file numerous Law Suits to combat this atrocity ,as well as contacting the Representatives and letting them know how we feel.However,it is also my humble opinion that they don’t care how we feel and if we don’t take firm action to prevent its passing,we will fall as a Nation.The passing of this bill will insure the enslavement of the American People. They know it and I hope they realise that we know it. We stand at this time at the very precipice of either Freedom or Tyranny.Will we as a Free Nation allow a small band of Criminals dictate to us what we must do, or will we stand together as Freemen and Women and warn them of the outcome of their deeds?I prefer the later.After all, We should not fear them, They should fear us!Godspeed.

100% correct Bob and after we take him down then we need to go after the other crooks in the Capitol starting with Pelosi and Reid.If we ever get to elections in NOV we need to vote EVERY ONE of those currently in office OUT! There are a few that actually seem to be wanting to do their job however; they have ALL turned their heads on the greatest FRAUD ever to hit this great United States and that was the election of a NON Natural Born Citizen!

If this bill is passed,it will be done just as criminally as Obams election. This is when I believe our military will be forced to take action. Far too many laws have been casually broken already.
The peoples will has been very obvious.

I don’t know if AGJ is the “AXE” but I do believe AGJ under
the leadership of Bob Campbell is most definitely the “Vehicle of Education” to inform elected officials of fraud and treason.Just lately I am pleasantly hearing of “citizens arrest” of criminals.I do not know if it is the presentments of “Citizen grand juries” that will be used as warrants by citizen groups but I would suspect so.Time will tell.

If this is shoved down our throats we need to do as the people of the soviets satellites did and rush the house and senate and president and throw them our by force if need be then hold elections (fair not present fixed elections) and put honest people in.
No electronic voting machines, also will need to remove all federal and supreme judges from office.
Then prosecute all office holders for treason.

There are MILLIONS OF US and only a few of them in Washington!
ANYTHING WE DO will over run them! If one of us says that is enough, it doesn’t mean anything. But if MILLIONS say we ARE NOT paying anymore Federal Taxes, there would be NOTHING Washington could do. It is that simple. Then the only way they could get tax revenue would be via a consumption tax.
Then we would be taking back America from the TRAITORS IN WASHINGTON!

America has to stand-up, against those who will do everything to destroy our freedom. More than 30 years ago, I fled the country I was born, because I want to be FREE. No other country was greater to give me and my family this great feeling than the United Satates of America. I’m scared to death just thinking that after more than 30 years, I could live again in a country, where the government will tell me, how to live my life. I pray, it will never happen.

The action that is about to be under taken by the Democrats is unconstitutional!
See the following of Article Seven of the US Constitution.
All bills for raising revenue shall originate in the House of Representatives; but the Senate may propose or concur with amendments as on other Bills.
Every bill which shall have passed the House of Representatives and the Senate, shall, before it become a law, be presented to the President of the United States; if he approve he shall sign it, but if not he shall return it, with his objections to that House in which it shall have originated, who shall enter the objections at large on their journal, and proceed to reconsider it. If after such reconsideration two thirds of that House shall agree to pass the bill, it shall be sent, together with the objections, to the other House, by which it shall likewise be reconsidered, and if approved by two thirds of that House, it shall become a law. But in all such cases the votes of both Houses shall be determined by yeas and nays, and the names of the persons voting for and against the bill shall be entered on the journal of each House respectively. If any bill shall not be returned by the President within ten days (Sundays excepted) after it shall have been presented to him, the same shall be a law, in like manner as if he had signed it, unless the Congress by their adjournment prevent its return, in which case it shall not be a law.
Every order, resolution, or vote to which the concurrence of the Senate and House of Representatives may be necessary (except on a question of adjournment) shall be presented to the President of the United States; and before the same shall take effect, shall be approved by him, or being disapproved by him, shall be repassed by two thirds of the Senate and House of Representatives, according to the rules and limitations prescribed in the case of a bill.
Section 8.
The Democrats are posing as the bill has passed this is FALSE. They are voting on amendments to a bill that does not EXIST, and thereby is unconstitutional per Article Seven of the US Constitution!
If they do this the American Grand Jury should move immediately to indict ALL members who vote for the illegal legislation for federal fraud and malfeasance! Pelosi and Reid should be arrested for conspiracy and treason.

If Obama , Pelosi ,Reid and the rest of the communists in Washington are no longer going to use the US Constitution as basis for what they can and cannot do.
I guess the US military can deem it unnecessary and unlawful to follow any orders from a Commander-In-Chief, and Congress who no longer believe that the US Constitution is the law that is meant to be followed.
And dismiss it at their whim!
Perhaps, it is time for Americans to do what needs to be done when tyrants try to impose their will on a FREE and INDEPENDENT people!

We all need to quit paying taxes and take our children out of the public schools for one year. That would take care of all our problems. All you have to do is turn a new W-4 into your payroll department and claim 10 dependents. If you claim more, they have to send IRS a copy of your W-4. It want hurt to keep your children home for one year. Hey, it may not even take a year, but if “we the people do this, they would have to change their ways in DC. It will work if the majority of people will do it. Oh, put your extra money from your taxes into a savings, so you will have the money to pay when you file your taxes. This may put a burden of some of you, but isn’t it worth it for our country.

nOT PAYING TAXES Is a good idea, if all would come forth and not,but there are always some who get scared and cave and the others would be holding the bag and the IRS would be delighted to bust them. I told my daughter-in-law and she liked the idea, but said the above. There is nothing that works 100%, but the military, you do realize Def.Sec.Gates is a Bilderberger and wants the disease to win and take our country down. I should think some of these cases, legal would work, but there again activists judges, if something works be sure to take Michelle as a co-conspirator. God Bless America Semper Fi

I have recently been forced to physically go to my representative’s office due to lack of response from all other mediums.
I have insisted that I want answers from my representative. They keep giving me double speak and runarounds with out answers.
I therefore promised that i would come in every week and insure they knew I am waiting.
I got a call today from the District Director for Kay Granger; She said there was a letter in the mail for me signed by Congresswoman Granger that I am no longer welcome in her offices in Fort Worth.
I am now obligated to submit concerns in writing to the DC office from now on.
Can anyone say; Have you heard of the 1st Amendment?
What this proposes is clearly unconstitutional.
I will keep you posted, or you can read it in the papers (assuming they print it) with Granger up for re-election this fall, it just might make a difference.
