My, my, but you are a busy beaver! I recognized your name from the Patriotic Resistance site.

I am glad you finally got to meet Dr. Orly Taitz and that things are proceeding quickly with the Citizens’ Grand Jury in Illinois. I hope other states like my home state of MI and current home state of CA get their acts together and join suit soon, literally.

I thought I would share a couple things that happened today that I believe you and others may find interesting regarding TAKING AMERICA BACK.

1st, I called both of my CA Senators offices in Sacramento, Feinstein and Boxer, as well as my CA Assemblyman, Cameron Smyth, to find out what they know about the “eligibility” issue surrounding B.S./B.O.

NONE of the staffers in their offices acted like anything wrong was going on & NONE of the elected officials had instructed their staffers with a position paper or opinion regarding the “eligibility” 2 B POTUS issue. Sad, but true.

I e-mailed Cameron Smyth with Dr. Taitz’ website and asked him to join other state rep’s (like the ones from TN and OK) as a co-plaintiff in her suit.
We’ll see what happens.

I also called Debra Bowen’s office, CA Secretary of State, to find out if they knew about the DEAD person that showed up on the AFFIDAVIT both CA Secretary of State & Gov. Schwarzenegger signed. The first person transferred me to someone else who said that was a matter for their “legal division” and someone would have to get back to me, which they did, but she was very condescending, rude, and rushed me & finally kept telling me just to SUE if I had a case and HUNG UP on me. Then, I got a call back from another person from the S.O.S. office in the “election division” and he said that that DEAD person was indeed dead, but from Humboldt County and NOT a CA Elector. Her name was “Huber,” but the CA Elector’s name is “Haber” and she is from Sherman Oaks and doing just fine. He said it was a TYPO from the list they got of electors from the DNC or “democrat office.”

I found it very ODD that he went out of his way to point out that it was the DemocRATs office that was at fault in placing a DEAD person’s name inadvertently (yeah right) on the affidavit that both CA S.O.S. Bowen and CA Gov. Schwarzenegger signed attesting to having witnessed all electors sign said affidavit!

He said there is a “clarifying footnote” about the mistaken identity TYPO on the CA S.O.S.’s website, but although I was there earlier today, I did NOT notice.

Finally, there is the video from FREEDOM WATCH I’ve linked below about the young man, Steve Bierfeldt with Ron Paul’s Campaign, that was DETAINED for about an 1/2 hour in St. Louis by the TSA and threatened with being taken to the police station and with being interrogated by the FBI and DEA just because he had over $4,500.00 on him. Suddenly everyone is a “domestic terrorist” or “enemy combatant” or “dissident” because they LOOK SUSPICIOUS to the TSA or Homeland Security? What’s next? We the People need to act NOW and in UNISON!

I read in defendourfreedoms that the better way to describe these grand juries instead of citizen is people’s because it is more powerful than govt, whereas citizen is below the govt.
