Georgia and California candidates meet this weekend: where’s the birth certificate?

Gubernatorial candidates were working the bleechers this weekend which is not unusal. What was unusual — Nathan Deal in Georgia and Chelene Nightingale in California really had the citizens going when they attacked Obama’s administration over critical issues and get this, eligibility!
Chelene of course is very much against Illegal Immigration and Amnesty. She reminds me a little of Sarah Palin in her conservative and aggessive nature. American Grand Jury has talked to Chelene a number of times. She is defintely onboard with American Grand Jury in demanding that Obama prove his eligibility, ie: where’s the birth certificate.. are you sir a “natural born” citizen? The Patriots all know the answer to that. We all know Obama is guilty as sin and has violated the Constitution many times over.
Now Representative Nathan Deal in Georgia is really stoked up over the birth certificate issue. Deal has publically announced he is going to press Obama for the truth. The fans at the Tea Party in Georgia on Saturday were ready to elect him on the spot I feel as he added emphasis to the eligibility question.
As reported by Jim Seigfreid, one of our Jury members, who was at the Tea Party in Georgia:
Rep. Nathan Deal, Rep. of the 9th Congressional District in Georgia, is relinquishing his seat to run for Governor of Georgia. He made it to the meet at the last moment, but what he said was monumental, and had the crowd cheering.
He spoke at great length about the eligibility issue we are focused on. Now Bob, this to me, was earth-shaking, to have a gubernatorial candidate speak at length about that which concerns us, so adamantly.
Earlier this month Nathan Deal was asked on an instant message blog about the issue:
Do you believe that Barack Obama is a native-born American citizen who is eligible to serve as president? I am asking because your comments on this issue have been a little ambiguous. I would appreciate your clearing this up.
Deal replied:
I am joining several of my colleagues in the House in writing a letter to the President asking that he release a copy of his birth certificate so we can have an answer to this question.
Jim asked Rep. Nathan Deal if we could send the Grand Jury Presentments to him and he seemed quite receptive. Wait till this guy sees the criminal TREASON charges against Obama. That should really light his fire!

Usurper BO was sure bowing pretty low to the Japanese leader. He is a total disgrace and embarrassment to our country. BO is still having the prosecutors (DOJ) defending him against Orly’s reconsideration motion. I hope something will give one of these days to get that embarrassment of a usurper out of office. He is making our country look really bad. Then the terrorists being treated like citizens and being tried in NYC. People in NYC are not very happy about that. One of the D congress people said on Fox news that people would be happy to have the terrorists tried in their courts. He is a liar. He is covering up for BO’s stupid decisions.

I just saw some fool on fox news saying something like BO and EH were saying that it’s our values to have the terrorists tried in criminal court. They are trying to make themselves better than what Bush did. Bush was going according to the laws and he was going to have them tried in military court since they are war criminals. Those talking heads for BO are full of crap. They are trying to make BO sound so good and his choices are so good. I see it as comforting the enemy. Then he was saying that it could be possible that these criminals walk free on some technicality. These criminals have more rights that the American citizens and they aren’t even citizens of our country. This is a bunch of crap. I think BO is committing more and more treason every day and so is EH his criminal US atty.

hey are tried in New York, bet you one or two will escape and there will be a huge manhunt and they will try or will kill somebody and Obama will say Sorry, his fault, not mine. Bush did all the bad things, he was not too good, but we had 5 milllion more jobs when he was president, Obama is doing all to take down the jobs, so he has watered down the CIA, FBI and all the investigative units, just do with the ursuper wants and let the Americans howl and hell, I Won, remember, with the help of Acorn and the illegals. Now he wants all illegals given amnesty and then they will do as he says, vote democratic, the word even puzzles me, no democracy left in our country with the Armtwister Pelosi, how can she look in the mirror in the morning with how traitorous she has become, doctoring the document that verified his so called candidacy. To correct a comment in the question posed to Rep. Deal, native born is not natural born, big difference. Native born is a non-starter in seeking the office of POTUS! We have neither in the White House. we have a Muslim usurper supported by a mob of traitors blatantly ripping our nation to shreds in the light of day.
Where is the military who swore to support and defend the Constitution against all enemies both foreign and DOMESTIC? The lawsuits, the incessant stream of complaining and demanding must stop and action must take it’s place. At what moment in time is it realized that Congress, the Judiciary or all government agencies are committing treason on a scale never before contemplated. That we the people re-present the Declaration of Independence, is imperative post haste. That we the people honor the second amendment and act, not endlessly have our demands ignored and casually set aside or denied standing by Communist courts. When are we going to realize that we are preaching to the criminals to arrest themselves, to try themselves for massive treason. How exactly is this going to work. What has happened to America, where is the patriotism, the concern for future generations, the backbone.
There are literally tens of millions of battle tested patriots that can do what has to be done, force the hand of the military who are fed up with the declining morale, the total disrespect shown them by the White House criminal. This usurper disrespects the military after the Ft. Hood terrorist attack and then orders the mastermind of 911 be tried in a civilian court just like a citizen and we have not risen up in revolution? The rest of the world is looking at America in total shock at what a bunch of mindless anti-American cowards inhabit this once proud and strong nation. We bow to no one, does the bowing by the spineless coward usurper not just make your blood boil.

Dr. Al….it would be like the patriots coming to the fight against Obama’s army with a pea shooter. We’ve also contacted the FBI who say they can’t do anything, and done every peaceful protest imaginable. The only blood to be spilled in a 2nd Revolution will be patriots. Obama is waiting for Civil unrest and doing his best to promote it so that he can call martial law. It’s his ultimate goal and I believe it’s going to be soon.

The release of Obama’s birth certificate cannot prove that he is a natural born citizen - it can only disprove it, should it show a birth outside of the US.
Obama, even if born in Hawaii, is not a natural born citizen due to his non-US citizen father, for a natural born citizen is someone born on US soil to citizen parents (plural). This definition comes to us from the Supreme Court in the 1875 case of Minor v. Happersett.
There is no document that can show Obama’s legal father (Obama Senior) to be a US citizen, for he was not - he was a British/Kenyan citizen.

French Canadian…..the “IF” is a big one. Our military goes through the chain of command, and many still believe that the sitting president is the commander in chief. Others know better, but I’m thinking it’s going to take high ranking officers to believe it and lead. I haven’t seen any step up for that action yet. All who question are still trying to fight it in courts with judges who are either corrupt themselves or are afraid to go against the administration. I’m very fearful for our country, and if the truth be known, I’m fearful for our military even more. It’s more than obvious to anyone with an ounce of common sense that Obama has no respect or caring for our men and women in uniform. I’ve seen 2 photos of Obama being disrespectful of our pledge and our flag and just recently saw a photo where he is placing his right hand over his heart on Russian soil while the Russian pledge is said or their anthem is being played. I hope EVERY person in our military & all other Americans see that photo!!!!! I cannot think of a more fitting way to show that Obama’s allegiance is NOT to this country and it’s citizens.

David Stewart pretty well nailed it, however he failed to mention that the filing of Quo Warranto would put the burden of proof on O Bama and not the complainants.
Meanwhile, O Bama is hiding his treasonous activities behind the guise of “policy”. Although it is readily apparent to “us” that he is committing Treason against the United States, Treason remains in the eyes of the beholder. This has become an obstacle in finding a judge who will accept our charges as “policy” becomes the defense.
We should not abandon the charges of Fraud and Treason but should add Quo Warranto to our tools of engagement. Quo Warranto would need to be filed in Judge Lamberth’s DC Court. Every American has standing in this action as long as they can convince the judge that they are not filing QW as part of a political/partisan vendetta.

Although a few are realizing that it is more than our being “disgruntled” because “our” candidate lost, I’m afraid that most Americans still look upon our efforts as if we were 2-year-olds screaming “NO!”. It is too bad that we can’t find a major newspaper that would be open to printing a full-page report with lots of pictures of some of the evidence contained in our Presentments (the Pelosi Papers come instantly to mind!) If people could just SEE what there is SO FAR (I’m sure that there will be more to come) there would be such a public outcry that our “representatives” would have no choice but to look into the eligibility issue. But I guess that is just a “pipe dream”, the MSM would rather go down into oblivion than question The One for whom they have lied, omitted, and spun the truth for so long. Look at all of the trouble that World Net Daily has had just finding billboard companies to put up its “Where’s The Birth Certificate?” signs. Oh America, it was a sweet ride while it lasted. I wonder if anyone will even remember her name in a hundred years? Or will she be like Atlantis, the “mythical” land of peace, prosperity, and equality which disappeared beneath the waves?

Does anyone doubt that the most powerful man on the planet won’t be able to produce a piece of paper showing a Hawaiian birth?

And I have been advocating for sometime that only by physical force of the people will this be resolved. Also, I believed then as i believe now that the military or most of the military would be on the side of the People. The unchosen one cannot count on the military to stop the People.
