“Fraud, Treason and Conspiracy” charges served by American Grand Jury in 2 more Courts this past week

PRESS RELEASE: November 21st, 2009 by American Grand Jury
STATE Kansas Court 18th District, Wichita, KS and the UNITED STATES District Court, Austin, Texas served
American Grand Jury has incorporated the Fitzpatrick criminal complaint and the Nancy Pelosi criminal conspiracy complaint within its Presentments.
On November 19th, 2009 the American Grand Jury Criminal Presentments were served upon the Clerk of the United States District Court, William G. Putnicki, Austin, Texas and the Clerk of the State Kansas Court, 18th Judicial District, Bernie Lumbreras, Wichita, Kansas.

The criminal charges of Eligibility Fraud and Treason (Barack Obama) and Conspiracy of Election Fraud (Nancy Pelosi and Barack Obama) are now pending before these and numerous other Courts.
If acted upon, the Grand Jury Presentments would require that both Obama and Pelosi be criminally prosecuted.
American Grand Jury is actively pursuing decisions in a number of UNITED STATES District Courts in different States: District for Columbia, Western District of New York and Middle District of Tennessee.

which proves that the taxpayers were billed for the attorneys fees and paralegal research
costs and secretarial fees and all costs for advising the President to conceal his
personal records from the public.
The text of the document includes,
Section 1.
(g) A “substantial question of executive privilege” exists if NARA’s disclosure of
Presidential records might impair national security (including the conduct of foreign
Relations), law enforcement, or the deliberative processes of the executive branch.
Well, of course national security would be impaired if we knew that President Obama is
Not a natural born citizen and if he was born in Kenya or in Indonesia, then other
countries would be jealous of those countries because they would expect they were
receiving special treatment.
Law enforcement would be impaired from stopping illegal aliens from entering our
Country if President Obama is not a natural born citizen, and in fact, may not be
legally a citizen, so illegal aliens would go wild crashing our borders.
Of course the “deliberative processes of the executive branch” would be impaired
because President Obama would be having none, he’d be on trial for fraud in a fiduciary
capacity.

I feel like we have no way out of this evil mess that bo is doing to our nation. He is a criminal and I believe he needs to be prosecuted for all the criminal activity he is doing. He is bribing senators and paying them a million dollars or so to vote for the death care bill. He is trying to destroy the people in our country. It saddens me that this has to be this way. I don’t know what is wrong with our justice system and why they don’t act faster to get this usurper out of office before we have no country left. Bo is a thief and has done so many crimes that are all felonies and is getting away with it.

Yes, the senator from Louisana, paid 100 million dollars in Medicare funds to vote, isn’t that bribery? No, politicians have their own rules and decency isn’t one of them. If one of the ordinary citizens did that we would be jailed, but she will not as she is a Senator. Crap, I heard that the reason the judiciary was not processing this is they were afraid the blacks would overthrow the government and kill so many whites. In my humble opinion, Civil War 2 is on the way. prayer for obama psalm 109:8, I have used this so often, hope it works. I will pray for America, God Bless our beleagured country.

I am so sick of our elected officials and our banks robbing us blind. I got a letter from my Chase Bank Credit Card telling me since I was l day late paying my bill in October (my husband was in the hospital for two weeks) my credit limit has been lowered to my balance and my guaranteed interest rate of 6.99% rate for the duration of my loan was going to 29.9%. I called them to tell them to cancel my card and was told to pay the entire balance. With what our congress is getting away with I am overwhelmed with all of this. I think I am going to just quit paying my credit card or else file bankruptcy. In the past I never would have dreamed of such a thing, but now I feel no guilt in doing this. Is something wrong with me.

Geri, you can just discharge all credit card debt, car loans, and your mortgage without affecting your credit rating. All legal! People have been made to believe they are the debtor, when in reality we are the creditor and they are the debtor!

Geri, visit Dave Ramsey or Clark Howard sites for guidance on getting out of debt. More and more Americans are getting out of debt and throwing away those “slaved” credit cards, loans of all kinds, etc. We are slaves to the Fed Reserve, Banks, Credit Card Co, Govt, etc. and they want to keep it that way; its called CONTROL! But there is hope as we are slowly awakening one by one. . . . .

Follow the Constitution how does one discharge credit debt, car loans and mortgage without affecting our credit ratings? You say this is legal? I would like to know what one has to do.
