Eligibility bombshell: HI Department of Health conspires to withhold public information

Based on emails exchanged between State employees it has been proven that those making requests under the Freedom of Information act are being denied service requests if they are preceived to be anti-Obama. This is a criminal offense. State employees cannot discriminate against any US citizen seeking public information.
The Post and Email recently did a major story on this:
The incriminating evidence was found in an inadvertent disclosure of emails between Ms. Janice S. Okubo, Communications Director for the Department, and Kenneth David, Supervisor of the Vital Statistics Office.
It appears that David took it upon himself to do background checks on those making UIPA requests and on that basis suggested to Okubo to deny responding to their lawful requests for the release of government documents, requests which they made on the basis of the grants of rights of access accorded them by the Hawaii Uniform Information Practices Act (UIPA).
Following this email exchange, the Department of Health discriminated against citizens whom it perceived to have “a hidden agenda.” The term “hidden agenda” was coined by David to refer to citizens who questioned Obama’s legitimacy to hold the office of president: a clearly political view, on which basis they could not be lawfully denied access.

I checked online for a “Kathleen Gotto” and I came across this letter that I presume she wrote http://blogtalkradio.com/MenifeeValleyRadio/blog/2008/11/15/Letter-to-the-US-Supreme-from-Kathleen-Gotto-This-is-a-vital-issue-to-us-all who accused Obama of “…who almost got away with stealing the Presidency…” I doubt that any answer I might send her would satisfy her since she has the same agenda as Rob Lamb (who accused me of lying and that I should be fired). Although Rob Lamb did not mention Obama’s name, he can be found online as another person who has a hidden agenda. It is interesting that in all of Rob Lamb’s emails he did not mention Obama’s name even once.

What kind of favors/threats did HI get to keep the secrets? Everyone has a price, right? And with George Soros, et al, with unlimited funds, well, I guess even HI doesn’t worry about selling this country down the tubes for keeping the secrets for the big Zero. What a crying shame. Treason is all around us. I almost hope they get their wish so that they can experience just what they are advocating for, but I love the rest of us in this country, who know better, and don’t deserve to go down with them.

Apparently there are some in Hawaiian government posts that would like for Hawaii to have “bragging rights” on a favorite son president. Hawaiians are no more Americans than Cubans. Screw Steve McGarrett, Chin Ho and the whole lot. BOYCOTT PINEAPPLE!

Keep an eye on Neal Abercrombie. This aging hippie has been leading protests against hotels and businesses and trying to run off tourism for years. He’s been a nuisance as far back as I can remember and an embarrassment to local people like me that worked for a living. Tourism is Hawaii’s Number one enterprise replacing agriculture many years ago. Abercrombie claims he hung out with BO Sr and Stanley Dunham. Is this true? I think he claims this to give cover and some legitimacy to BO’s parentage. Let’s look into this and see if his claims are true. How does Abercrombie think he has any chance to win the governorship when he is anti-business. I bet he got the “tap” from BO and that’s why he was “allowed” to leave his seat in congress to go home to campaign when his vote is so needed for BO to pass his radical bills. He certainly has a lot in common, drug use, toking, community organizing. Let’s keep an eye on him and the DOH in HI too.

Just read on Oil of Immigration Obama is asking Merkel of Germany for 18,000 troops to come to USA to help put down the Civil War America will have in April, May. How true, not sure, some comments say not true, some say it is. Merkel said she is going to visit herself to see what is happening. who really knows just what to believe anymore. My son sayd Glenn Beck is just trying to scare seniors saying they won’t be able to get Soc.Sec. until they are 80 years. Any information? God Bless America

Goldie Wilbur, Do you mean that Obana will have the votes needed and it will be signed by Easter? Sound like he is expecting/planning for a revolution when
it passes. If that’s correct, then that is exactly what he planned on doing in the first place. He was trained on Rules For Radicals after all.
