Did Judge O. Carter of the US District court just wimp out?

Of course it remains to be seen if Judge Carter is acting like a former marine or just another federal employee bowing to the Usurper? No one but the Judge will know for sure. There comes a time in every man’s life when a major decision will define the man. Let’s hope for Judge Carter’s sake he makes the right decisions regarding this case!
I talked to Neil Turner about Orly’s reaction. Her feelings were expressed something like the photo you see to the left.
Here is a recap of what went on today in the courtroom.. my comments are included in red:
The hearing lasted from 8:30 to 11:45 AM PT. So give the court credit here. The judge was asking a lot of questions. Over 100 people were in attendence with standing room only left.
Judge David O. Carter issued no ruling on the Motion to Dismiss. He did not grant discovery. He cited his need to sort out the complex legal issues, consider all the arguments carefully. Give the Usurper and the defense a plus ONE on this argument. However, there is nothing complex about the judge’s reaction here. The judge is probably fearful for his job. After all, he is a government employee living in one of the most “liberal” and “government controlled” states in the nation.
Judge Carter denied Attorney Gary Kreep’s Motion for Severance, which would have created a parallel case, for his clients. In my opinion [which of course doesn't mean much] I think Gary Kreep is only concerned about money and fame. What else can I say. I am not impressed. Somebody please fill me in here: Is Gary Kreep really doing an admirable job?
Judge Carter questioned the Defense’s counsel, regarding the method of “impeachment” and how that would address this controversy. The defense council stated, “the power to impeach lies totally with the Congress.” Holy crap! Did the judge just use the word “impeachment.” Wrong, wrong and wrong again. The Usurper needs to be removed, not impeached. He is an illegal President. We cannot have a group of criminals in Congress going through the motions of trying to remove ANOTHER criminal! Orly’s reply was priceless: Your honor, “impeachment is for a legitimate President which Obama is NOT.. impeachment should not even be part of our discussion here.”
Judge Carter questioned on what basis his court could issue a quo warrento proceeding, when the D.C. court had jurisdiction over this kind of proceeding. Dr. Orly Taitz responded by citing precedents in the 9th Circuit, that allowed quo warrento proceedings to be held in California, rather than in Washington, D.C., in account of the great distance to the other side of the continent. Good response by Orly!
Regarding military plaintiffs, Judge Carter mentioned that there was a ruling in the 9th circuit which denied “standing” to oath takers on the basis that this was not a particularized injury. The judge was concerned about standing claims and wanted to know what the actual injuries were, and how standing was being justified. This has now become the “famous” cop-out being used by judges around the Country. My God, you would think they could find something a little more convincing. Standing my ass.. EVERY PERSON that voted in the last United States election has standing. Every US Citizen that has had to put up with his rights being usurped by this foreign-born national living in the White House has standing. The Constitution has had standing from the day it was signed into law 220 years ago. Judge Carter.. this is total BS, trying to use the excuse of “standing” is without merit.
The Defense argued that the Court had no authority to hear the case, and that claims were political in nature and therefore not for the Judiciary to adjudicate.
Judge Carter pointed out that the case was unique and that there were no precedents to guide him thoroughly.
I will leave you with this final thought. The judge really wimped out in the courtroom when he made this statement:

I am sick up to here with all this run-around. There is a line in the movie “All the President’s Men” that fits the situation we find ourselves in with this “lack-of-standing-president: “When is somebody going to go on the record in this case?!”

Its easy to conclude that the judges wimp out when making the decision in favor of the plaintiffs, which includes all of us in a sense. Yes, I believe we all have standing and as the judge said, there is no precedent to guide him, so I would hope he will make precedent in this instance. But this is a very difficult case for any judge, for or against, either way he may lose. I don’t think any of us would want to be in his position. However, we know we’re right, and we want only a chance to prove it. How do we get that chance if not for a judge to over come his fears and rule, for the plaintiffs at long last? I don’t think we’re asking too much, for the opportunity to set our country straight and remove a usurper from the oval office. We need to pray that this judge finds the strength to do the right thing.

So disappointed I am in my fellow Marine veteran, but it is not finished yet, it is? Orly I do not know, but she is really trying so hard, must give her my vote, strong young lady. I just read on Fox that Obama wants the FCC to start to regulate blogging in Dec. this year, so more will be denied Americans. We can’t give up, but I must say, gtting so difficult, more daily. No wonder I dislike humans so much.

I totally agree that Judge Carter wimped out. Sounds as if Mr. Eric Holder got to him just like he did to Judge Land. He probably told Judge Carter to use the ole “lack standing” cop-out. I sure thought a decorated Marine could stand up to little ole Eric Holder, but guess not. Did Holder order those Federal Marshalls who were there today to intimidate Judge Carter?

Yes, we’re going to have to take matters into our own hands, literally. My impression of the hearing is the same as Bob’s. Originally Judge Carter said that he wanted to hear the case on the merits. I think he has gone out of his way to accommodate both sides; however, now is the time to really back up what he said before and hear the case on the merits.
He apparently made the comment that the Soviet Union, where Orly grew up, is not like this country. I read the entire transcript and was amazed when he said that most people in the government are honest. During the September hearing, he said he reads the papers…which papers? I was sent an email over the weekend listing all kinds of crimes that current members of Congress have been accused of, from assault to DWI to money laundering and accepting bribes. And he thinks “most people are honest”????
If he didn’t think that Orly’s or Kreep’s plaintiffs had standing, he should have said so a long time ago, I would think.
I also am not impressed with Gary Kreep. He stood up Chalice last night on her radio show, and in my opinion, it was very embarrassing for her. He was also late to court this morning and apparently offered no explanation for it.
We the people are going to have to deal with this. Congress won’t, the Electoral College didn’t, our state legislatures won’t do anything, and Obama is jetting around the world on our dime apologizing to the terrorists and disarming us in the face of a nuclear Iran and North Korea. He is also ignoring his generals who are asking for more troops. That alone is treason.
I think we should put together a plan following the next grand jury and carry it out until Obama is out.

I totally agree with Bob. You can bet that this subject is going to be discussed during tomorrow night’s Grand Jury Blog! Wonder if the Judge got a “midnight visit” from O’s thugs? My thoughts on “putting together a plan”: we need to be very careful about staying peaceful and legal. Maybe they are just waiting for someone to take matters into their own hands - it would be totally disastrous for our entire Grand Jury family (although I’d be lying if I said the thought hadn’t crossed my mind too!).

It looks like the deck has been stacked against us. It looks like once again, Obama and his lawyers hold the winning hand. But I truly believe that they do not. Can Judge Carter be forced to do the right thing and allow the case against Obama to go forward such that the evidence that Obama currently hides would be exposed for all to see? I do not know. However, I do know that the facts that I have read that establish Obama as nothing more than a foreign national seem solid, and incontrovertible. The fight for justice to expose Obama as a usurper must not end. Perhaps somewhere, somehow, a judge is out there who will do his job no matter what. May God help us prevail.

I agree with NewEnglandPatriot! We have got to come up with a plan that is fool proof.Tell me something! Why are we not hearing about this on Fox News? Glenn Beck would be the best person to make Americans listen to this hogwash from Judge Carter. It is terrible when one man can control the outcome in almost everything, that is why it is imperative that we get him out of office. Every day I hear more and more about Obama and his stupidity. America is becoming the laughing stock to other countries. Obama reminds me of Bill Marr, a socialist non christian idiot. If Regan or Bush were still in office, the US would have gone to Afganistan and taken care of business, we are going to dilly dally around until Iran takes care of us, or Isreal will go into the battle against Iran on its own, to protect the Holy Land. Bob, I know you are disappointed, but don’t let this set back get to you. If Carter does not want to stand up for this country, someone, somewhere will. We just have to keep trying. While we still can, all of this information needs to be sent all over this country, by email or whatever it takes for the average American to see. Can we contact Fox News about this, Bob?

When Judge Carter talked about us former military not having standing (or not being harmed by an illegal CINC) - due to the chance of us being recalled would be ‘Hypothetical’ and ‘Speculative’, he asked Ms. Taitz what is new and different for the military to object that the President’s (CINC)orders would be ‘illegal’?
Orly’s answer was priceless: “Something new has happend, your Honor - the entire military has been forced to accept an illigitimate President (and CINC) AFTER they took their oath (to not obey illegal orders)!”

I agree with what everyone has posted. I like all of you waited and prayed that we would have a good outcome. As Bob said “standing my ass” it is a cop out. This can not go on to much longer or else we will reach the point of no return. Our men and woman are being left out in the cold in Afganistan with no support from this usurper (I believe he is doing this on purpose). Everyday our country is coming apart at the seems just the way the usurper planned. We MUST stop him and stop him NOW. If Judge Carter does no go forward with this I am afraid that the legal way will be the highway. Just my fear talking. How about all of you?

The gates, Soros, Rockifellar, and Bloomburgs all are seeing the plan is well seated and the little people (Isurfs) will not be able to muster the masses. I think that secret 45min. meeting that Obama had with the 5 Supreme Court Judges right after his illegal “election” was the precursor to what is happening now. It’s obvious at this point that word was put out and sent down the judicial chain that hush was the word at any cost and the judges are complying. Orly’s demands for case file submission dates also confirms hanky panky at the top. Everything everywhere is being smoothly blown off or out and it’s business as usual. They featured a documentary on the supreme court judges, office, rules ,procedures,etc. and history of the office itself the other day on satellite dish. You aren’t going to get near those people with a dozen tanks and four Seal Teams without their permission and no one is allowed to enter their chamber without a special pass or government permission. It’s also obvious that Obama’s “Team” had all this planned out well before they got near our White House. 33 Czars and trillions of dollars later the story unfolds like the old movie “Oceans Eleven”. I realize that many people are trying very hard in many areas to get this group of criminals out but we have to keep trying every avenue and not give up. The media isn’t touching any of this until the discovery stage may see beginning but what judge has the guts and dedication to move it forward and see that the country has been overthrown by criminals and an illegal alien and an army of criminal “Democrats” (whatever they are supposed to be). If this were anyone else, they would have been crucified and burned at the stake. We are seeing the dismantling of America, our Military, our way of life and liberty in only a few months of direct criminal activity since his power grab not to mention years of Acorn. Lets not be so hard on Carter just yet. What he has to do will require a lot of courage. He cannot make a mistake, if he does, we will all lose anyway. I don’t know enough about court jurisdiction but it looks to me as if he is afraid he will put his job on the line and not accomplish what he wants to accomplish anyway.
It is the Supreme Court that should be stepping up and it doesn’t look like there is any courage there. Lets give Judge Carter the benefit of the doubt for now, and encourage him instead of calling him a sell-out before we know if he actually is.

There will not be anything done. One judge is not going to hear this case. The power that be will not alllow it be heard. They have too much control over individuals. Carter will dismiss in a follow-up letter. It is his only way of saving himself and/or his family from harm.
They have shut up the media and congress already. The judges are being shut up one at a time.
I predict that here will be no court date in January.

Title 42 U.S.C., 242: “Acts under ‘color of law’ include acts not only done by federal, state, or local officials within their lawful authority, but also acts done beyond the bounds of that official’s lawful authority if the acts are done while the official is purporting to or pretending to act in the performance of his/her official duties. Persons acting under color of law within the meaning of this statute include police officers, prison guards, and other law enforcement officials, as well as judges. . ..” Sounds as though the judge and Kreep were acting under color of law.

Obviously he FORGOT what his oath of office was and I’ll bet Holder was someplace close by or at least a call on the phone that told him to “Make this go away or it is your job”. I pray that he thinks long and hard of the men and women who have fought and died or at least served in the military ranks to defend this country. Judge Carter is not going to rule in our favor. He would have done that today. He is wimping out. What a shame. It is left up to the patriots and military. We will not have an election in 2010. The military personnel coming to harm should nullify any discussion of “lack of standing”. See our best and brightest being destroyed in military conflicts around the world. They did take a stand - and lost. Those who are still living are being treated like lab rats with experimental injections, enhanced drugs to keep them alert, etc.
It is time to take off the kid gloves and start using the brass knuckles.

You all fail to realize that Judge Carter has no authority. The Constitution has failed and is no more. No law that Congress signs is legal because ALL LAWS requires the signature of a PRESIDENT. Therefore, no taxes are legal, no expenditures for Federal expense are legal (e.i. the salary of a federal judge) so any ruling Carter makes is null and void.
No Federal money can be paid to the Supreme court…no president is in office to sign such an authorization of payment.
The Constitution is only in force when we have a President to sign the bills and legislation for taxes and payments.
Currently, you are only a citizen of your state.
Nothing Carter (he’s no longer a Federal judge) means a tiddle. He is merely a common citizen expressing a personal opinion. Why do you even care what he has to say?

Maybe we need to let these judges know that we are looking to replace the 9 Supreme Court justices that are not doing their job right now. They would not have to worry about loosing their job but look for a promotion or be charged with dereliction of duty.

I agree with everything stated here, but please remember that per executive order per Obumma Holder is the only that can release the records and he isn’t going to that. Todays events say we haven’t lost yet. I read Orlys documents and she did state alot of case law, but I am surprised that Judge Cater did not order dismissal of the MTD and grant Discovery to begin. Yes I think Holder was somewhere in the wings or just a phone call away. I think the Marshals were present to protect Judge Carter if he did dismiss the MTD and grant Discovery.There is going to be another Revolution and it is coming soon, if you aren’t prepared now best in gear.

Strange , why the military who have been INJURED in battle cannot have standing for “injuries” !??!
Of course there has been no precedent. Who would have thought this whole thing possible in the first place ? It just goes to show that there was a lot of complicity at various stages to have succeeded in parachuting an ineligible person into a position of the highest level.
This is indeed a very serious situation as we are seeing the consequences of BHO’s actions on our economy, our freedoms, our security etc. after such a short time. We cannot afford to delay action much longer. One of these judges is going to have to take the bull by the horns and be courageous.
And rest assured, the whole world is not watching us. Most of the world has no idea of what is going on in the USA thanks to their own muzzled media.

My first reaction when I heard the outcome of yesterday’s hearing was anger and disappointment and an uncontrollable action to throw up. I pray my Rosary every morning and offer it up so that Judge Carter and Dr. Taitz can prevail.
After I calmed down and thought things out a bit, I agree with Marlys that it would be wise to allow Judge
Carter the latitude to review very closely, the job he has before him…. I’m sure he, as in the case of other judges, wants every “T” crossed and every “I” dotted to preclude a review by some future Appeals court to “overturn” his decisions based on some obscure “loophole” which most certainly exists somewhere in the “netherworld of the legal profession”.
Having said that,my only other comment is “latitude” does have it’s limitations… Every hour these Judges allow to pass without a decision, means more of our Troops will die in combat, under the “orders” of an unconstitutional and usurping individual. Don’t forget, last week, when this usurper was frittering his time away, trying to manipulate the Olympics authorities, no less than 8 American and 2 foreign soldiers lost their lives… in part because he refused to honor his top General’s request for additional troops…
Give the Judge some time but he has got to know TIME IS GROWING SHORT… people are dying for no good reason….

There are many around the internet especially on the resistnet group that cite the case of Bennedict Arnold and how the matter of treason was handled by our fore fathers. Maybe we the people would have standing in precidence in using our fore fathers’ example here. 2 million or so people bent on justice could be hard to stop.

I don’t agree that Judge Carter needs more time. He has had all the time in the world. He is being directed by Obama and his team. Again, I say this is very simple. We have been fighting this for over a year. Even before the election. There are higher powers outside and inside our country dictating what is happening in our precious country while we sit by and let it happen. If we don’t do something while we still have the majority of people on our side, then it will be too late. Why did George Bush have to show his military records? Why did the congress act on the legality of John McCain, and so exempt Barack Hussien Obama? Why is it he is spending madly to fight these law suits? Why my young grandchildren can see what is happening. They want to know if our fore fathers wrote a constitution to protect them, why are the military not doing their job? It comes down to them. The Supreme Court and Congress have all become a part of the corruption. There are only approx. 600 people that we have to get rid of. Why can’t we do it? It is not going to be able to handle this peacefully. Let’s take some lessons from Honduras and “LET’S ROLL! I keep thinking about what those courageous guy did on that plane in PA on 09/11/01. They did that to protect the White House. Now we need to join together and do something like that to protect more important, OUR COUNTRY from this dictator. God can do everything but He has to have the vessels He can use. Are we going to be one of His vessels? How much more are we going to take. How much more can we afford to take? It just like Glenn Beck said. We have become a frog in water. The fire has been turned on, and we are slowly going to be killed because we have been allowed to be put in that water. I am thinking this might be, as Justice Carter alluded to yesterday, proceeding in unknown territory. When one thinks of judicial activism, one thinks of left-wingers using liberal judges to ram through liberal agendas. Yet, when good people like us want to proceed in uncharted waters like challenging Barack Obama’s constituional eligibility, the liberals do a 180 and start quoting established procedures why not to proceed.
Yet, if the roles were reversed, and the right had a conservative President that had eligibility questions, the weeny left wing kooks would insist on proceeding into an examination of that person’s qualifications. Bed-wetting liberals have never let the law get in their way. So tell me why freedom-loving people like ourselves can’t play by the rules that the snot-eating liberals play so well just this once.

I will be willing to give him a month if he needs that long. I would be calling everyone I know within the military, trusted members of the federal government, state government, and fellow judges. Notice I said, trusted. I am going to hope for the best, but be prepared for the worse. I view this situation, the same way I view a serial killer. They will keep killing, until someone stops them. They are sociopaths, just like Obama(not all sociopaths murder.) He will continue to do what he does, until someone stops him. Unfortunately, I think something catastrophic will have to happen before he is stopped. Just like 9/11. The FBI agent from Minnesota tried to warn the FBI in DC that several Middle Eastern Men were taking flying lessons, but only wanted to know how to take off and land. They ignored her, and we all know the outcome. This is the way the people in authority become. If it doesn’t come from them, they don’t take it personally. I just wish they would realize, that their children, and grandchildren, will suffer the same consequences of a destroyed country, and currency as we will. You would think just eight short years after 9/11, they would be open to the possibility that someone could have usurped the Presidency to do damage to the country from within. I guess they’ve forgotten, maybe.

Do we not have one just one honest person left in our judiciary system? How has it that we have got to this point? Were did we go wrong? I am sure there are a lot of people that are asking themselves the same question, I fear of what is to come in this country, for my kids and fellow countrymen. Who will rise up and lead this great mass of people on the edge of revolt in this country i believe that it is close closer than I care to imagine.

The question is, would it be better for Judge Carter to dismiss so Orly can appeal to the proper court, or not dismiss where the DOJ can appeal and get a stay on everything and get the higher court to dismiss the case???
I suspect Judge Carter will dismiss. What I hope for is that Judge Carter includes some revealing language in his dismissal on facts how this case has merit and should be heard, but because of jurisidiction he has no choice but to dismiss. Hopefully his ruling will include some strong language that would help with exposing this fraud that would in some way help with getting the higher court to hear the case on appeal?
Think about it. If Carter ruled to hear the case the DOJ will just appeal and get a stay on everything preventing Orly from getting any discovery. So just maybe it might be better to dismiss where perhaps Carter can make a ruling in such a way that could help Orly with her appeal to the proper court? At least we would have a Federal Judge on the record stating the case does have merit and reccommends the appeal court needs to hear the case, if it is possible for him to rule in such a way?
I think the key here is going to be based on what his ruling actually says.
Since the DOJ would be able to appeal anyway and get a stay on everything until the appeals case decides what to do….is it better if Carter could put some strong favorable statements in his ruling to dismiss OR rule to hear the case and have it appealed anyway by the DOJ???
In the end…which would work out to a better advantage to get this case heard in the appeals court?

I feel that Judge Carter is trying to cover his ass as he knows if he rules agiant Obama, which he should do, that the wrath of Satan will come down on him. If he moves to Pre Trial which he should, then it will be up to the Obama people to present a defense and that will rally screw them up. I feel that Carter is wrestling with his consious on this one and is probably afraid of the repercussion, however the American Citizens with any brains will be on his side and his name will go down in History as an Honest Judge in a corrupt government. Hopefully he will make a decision to the evidence presented and move this on to a pre-trial.

It seems just when there is any ray of hope, then all of a sudden hopes are dashed for getting this usurper out of office. The DOJ was assuming it was about the judge removing BO, but this is about whether or not he is eligible and BO should prove whether or not he is. It seems that the DOJ must know that BO is ineligible as well, but they are covering up to save their bogus and illegally apointed jobs by a usurper. Actually, their defending him is a conflict of interest. Also, as Orly said something to the effect (not actually quoted)that the DOJ is supposed to defend anything that questions a president for wrong-doing while in office. This is actually a question of what he did before he took office. Really, the DOJ is wrong in what they say. They continue to use the same tired, old and lame excuse like standing and jurisdiction just so BO doesn’t have to show his bona fides. Unfortunately, the judges use that all the time to weasle their way out of this important constitutional matter. Why are the DOJ covering for this fraud? They are just as guilty of fraud and treason as he is because they are complicit. As is congress and senate. They are all complicit. They haven’t done a darn thing to look into the matter of BO’s ineligibility or act upon the presentments handed to them back in the summer.
There has to be really a fool-proof way to get this usurper out of office. There has to be a way to take back our country and get back to the constitution and our freedoms and unalienable rights.

If we are to uphold the Constitution we must protect those who are in the position to help us most. At this time we have Judge Carter as our ally - wimp or patriot to be established. We must protect him and his family from the Obamathuugs, who have undoubtedly made threats upon his job at the least and veiled threats upon him and his family. We must let him know that we support his patriotic views and loyalty to the Constitution. We must let him know that greater things are ahead for him in the future as a true Patriot in the Conservative-Constitutional, 9-12, Tea Party if he does set precedent in this case to defend our Constituion.
We must pray for him, we must send letters to him of support and we must offer protection to him.
WE-THE-PEOPLE must stand together if we are to take back this Country and return it to its true Constitutional roots. If anyone knows the address of his office we can send him letters of support. We can send him more letters of support than he has time to open.

I have read Judge Carter is hedging a bit, too bad, I for one thought we had a courageous judge, but guess are all like Justice Roberts who swore him in without a Bible. The United States government is nothing but a private corporation. These politicians are all nothing but corporate employees. They have absolutely no power or authority over the people what so ever! Since when did a CORPORATION get the power to make laws, collect taxes from the people, and set up a corporate court system to extort money from the people? They are a foreign corporation doing business as a foreign corporation based out of the District of Columbia. Everything they have done since only applies to them anmd their federal, state and city employees. Once they take their oath to office they give up their US citizenship. This is a fact! It is right their in their own laws!
Now explain how a foreign person, employed by a foreign corporation, has any power or authority over any US citizen? The lawyers wrote up a bunch of bogus laws by stating a person is a corporation and when any person volunteers themselves to comply they give up their free rights that allow they to have their foreign power over you.
The whole entire thing is nothing but a big fraud against the people. We now have all the documents available to prove everything with and expose their fraud!
Their is a landmark case that is now sitting in the Superior Court of the District of Columbia that is suing the United State of America, INC., in its corporate capacity which incliudes every single elected official, every appointed official, including all the courts and Judges. This case can not ever be appealed to another court. And guess what else? The United States, INC is currently in default on this land mark civil suit!!! The motion for default is now pending in the hands of the Judge handling this case!
There are some true Americans out there across the country with a huge team of legal researchers that have spent decades of research digging up all the documents that prove the fraud committed by our elected officials! They are all going down soon! The fraud has been exposed!

The federal courts and judges are committing treason to the Constitution by not taking jurisdiction and getting to the merits in the various cases before them regarding the Article II eligibility clause question for Obama.
It is worth keeping in mind the words of U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice John Marshall when he wrote in Cohens v. Virginia 19 US 264 (1821):
“It is most true that this Court will not take jurisdiction if it should not: but it is equally true, that it must take jurisdiction if it should. The judiciary cannot, as the legislature may, avoid a measure because it approaches the confines of the constitution. We cannot pass it by because it is doubtful. With whatever doubts, with whatever difficulties, a case may be attended, we must decide it, if it be brought before us. I don’t know that talk radio sounds to good to be true. Why are we not just following the Constitution? Why are we even recognizing this title 28 when that alone seems to be against the Bill Of Rights? Why should American People have to pay a fee to bring redress of grievances to the courts.Doesn’t bending to a out of control court system just play into their hands? I understand what is being said about D.C. being a Corporation but no where in the CONSTITUTION does it mention that our government is suppose to be a corporation.
Doesn’t this just undermine what the American Grand Jury is all about? Using the laws in our ORIGINAL constitution to return us to how our fore fathers intended us to be governed. Someone please explain how this will help our cause? To me once a fee is paid to the court and we treat our government as a corporation then we will have fell right into their trap.
We need to press forward with Presentments and force to court to follow the Original Constitution. If they decide they want to act like a Corporation rather than our government. As far as I’m concerned they can put a damn fence around all of D.C. and have fun in their nice “Contained Corporation”!

Abe Lincoln was the last President to be elected everyone since has been appointed. I am for what the American Grand Jury is doing and I support What everyone is doing, on all levels, it serves a valid purpose. With the confidence and support of the entire citizenry of the United States at stake, why won’t our elected President produce his true birth certificate instead of the short form one which any FOREIGNER can get under Hawaii’s laws? And why would He so desperately fight it? It makes no sense from a man in such a sacred office. 63,000,000 of us voted for him. He owes us transparency and honesty. He should hide nothing. Fellow Frustrated Americans: The only way to get our opinion across is to bombard the media with our rightful feelings. FAX, letters, email - It doesn’t matter, just make yourself heard. Start with FOX. Although they, too, have been wimpy, they are most prone to cave and inform the masses. THEY KNOW WHAT IS HAPPENING. THEY ALL KNOW! But who will be the first to raise their hand in class! No need to submit comments to we who are already on your side. I have written the Supreme Court, the White House, several Congressman, etc. Everyone is afraid to make the first move. So we must go where the action is - FOX!!!! Don’t bother with the other stations - they have known since forever and are as guilty of treason than any terrorist involved in 9/11. their claim, as unpatriotic and even treasonous for refusing to grant their requests and for
adhering to the terms of the Constitution which set forth its jurisdiction. Respecting the
constitutional role and jurisdiction of this Court is not unpatriotic. Quite the contrary, this Court
considers commitment to that constitutional role to be the ultimate reflection of patriotism.

Judge Carter said that only a Quo Warranto in D.C. would be appropriated. Who is he kidding? Attorney Leo Donofrio did file a Quo Warranto in D.C. a few months back and it was completely ignored. Besides, the DOJ is now defending Usurper Obama, so there is a conflict of interest here. Boy the corruption in this government is breathtaking!

Maybe he sold his soul for safety, Glenn Beck had to buy 2 attack dogs and be trained with them. This so-call Judge should be removed from the the bench, Immediately and officially charged with “Obstruction of Justice”.
A decent Law abiding Judge is expected to uphold the full letter of the Law.
Why doesn’t this cowardly Judge resign, and go into private practice.

Jackie-AL, as I was in Marine Corps in WW@, being a Marine goes not in anyway mean you are more aggressive, or are lacking in manhood. I am old now, 85, disabled and thought Carter would be a decent judge, but obviously he demeaned the Corps. with his actions. Oh, I learned something today on TV, the Catholic Church in 1789 was abolished by Napoleon. But reinstated in 1929 as it is today. Just a note of history. Hope ok to put in. Carter was probably paid off by the idiot head of our Noble Country by lots of taxpayer money. I hear they are going to ask somebody to lend America 280 bilion dollars more to ad to debt. God Bless America, I don’t know just how and when these debts will be paid, Obama gave Clinton imiment domain to China several weeks ago, and she gave to head man in China, they can claim part of USA at any time.
