Commander Kerchner’s Statement on the Opposition Brief filed today in the Kerchner v Obama & Congress lawsuit in the U.S. 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals in Philadelphia PA:
What a lame and empty defense. Basically they’re saying Obama and Congress can totally ignore the U.S. Constitution and there is nothing We the People can legally do about it. No one has standing to right the wrong when Obama & Congress illegally violate Article II of the Constitution and seat illegally an ineligible person as President and Commander in Chief of our vast military power. We the People created the federal government and We the People are going to fix this totally broken and runaway federal government. These Progressive/Socialist/Marxists have gone a bridge too far in the disgraceful and unconstitutional 2008 election. This will not stand. We the People will not permit it.

The corruption is every where, BO is simply a front man for the power elite who have drunk so much of their own kool-aid they are living in a fantasy world of make believe. We the People in general won’t do a damn thing, most are too dumbed down by the Zero Tolerance policy to individualism and republicanism that forms the center of the nation’s school system indoctrination agenda that they don’t have a clue what is going on. Some sense the problem and want to do something to fix it but have no real understanding of just what, ala the March on Washington DC. last year. A few others have a better understanding and invest their time and energy in trying to educate We the People on what they perceive are important issues, e.g. this blog right here. A handful of others, such as Commander Kerchner and Orly Taitz, are actively pushing not only to educate We the People but to resolve specific issues through the court system. Unfortunately their efforts will not prevail because those responsible for the ills have controlled the political process for generations and therefore all the judges are theirs. We the People have the fundamental Right to correct such flagrant and wide spread government corruption by resort to arms - that is what the Constitutional Militia was all about.
However, just how many are going to step forward and DO what is required? Not so many. But enough and it will get done. Just don’t expect those who put their lives on the line to save everyone else, to be so open minded this time about live and let live. There needs to be a reckoning with a lot of criminals and traitors and their lap-dogs who enjoyed getting theirs along with them. France after WW II will look like a Sunday school picnic before this is over.

That is what I am afraid of, armed conflict might happen, hopefully some peaceful way might occur to some and take place. I try to witness about this, as you say most just say, oh politics, so frustrating, so I say try and hang in there and so what you can, I can do little, as old, poor, disabled veteran of WW2 and so full of righteous anger, take this diseased Muslim out of the White House and his co-conspirator wife and put them where they won’t cause any more harm, they have done more harm to this Great country of our in a short time and anybody else has. This joker may as well be king if he can stand above the rule of law and flip the people off. I can see absolutely no reason to deny us the right to KNOW after all that has happened with madoff et.al. who also operated in plain sight.
