I really hope they decide to indict usurper bo because all the crap that bo is doing is really getting on my nerves. I am tired of him getting away with all the evil crimes he has committed and is committing. What he is doing is all wrong and totally contrary to how the majority of our country believes. Nothing worse than having a total criminal usurping the presidency and acting as the leader. He is a disgrace to the world and totally does not represent America. One of the things historic about him is he is the worst ever to hold that office. I don’t think there has been any president in our history that is as bad as him, not even Carter. Bush was many times better than bo. At least with Bush we felt a sense of American pride. BO makes America look really bad. He has all the wrong policies and ideas. I think he has more scandals and felonies than anyone else in history as well.

The big question here is if they hand down indictments then what excuse will prosecutors have for not following through on this???

Can the prosecutor be charged for failing to prosecute when a grand jury issues an indictment or can they choose not to prosecute for whatever reason they come up with?

Fitzpatrick appears a bit irritated with those folks. A 3 person panel is absurd. I guess this is a petit (not-so-grand) jury? There are too many leftists/socialists/commies in place now. They have the roadblocks all in place.

One good thing — Fitzpatrick made the CBS affiliate.

I don’t doubt one minute that Eric Holder had something to do with what happened when there were only 3 members present. What is the normal number of grand jury members in Monroe County in past hearings? That needs to be investigated. How can only 3 Grand Jury members be representative of the general public and therefore bring down an unbiased decision?

That news station was very misleading in what they said. Apparently, LtCdr Fitzpatrick was supposed to see the four panel first. They had a spin on it to make this case look foolish. The media is lousy. BO is guilty of treason and fraud and should be removed ASAP! These media people are all covering up for bo’s crimes. I hope that this will be successful in getting the evil usurper out. Bo said he wants to hold himself accountable for any wrong doing, so then he should hold himself accountable. He did commit treason by having those army people being deployed in Alabama.
