Commander Fitzpatrick attacks Obama at Monroe County Courthouse

Yesterday was a historic day.. and it all happened in the small Tennessee town of Madisonville located in Monroe County
Commander Fitzpatrick arrived at the Monroe County Court with documents and evidence in hand..

Lt. Commander Walter Fitzpatrick has been at the forefront of the Obama “treason” charges since before the election. American Grand Jury has been involved convening Grand Juries that include among other things, the Fitzpatrick “Criminal Complaint” that was filed back in March, 2009 with US Attorney Russell Dedrick and Assistant US Attorney Edward Schmutzer for the Eastern District Tennessee.

Many are now aware of the “obstruction” of justice that has occurred over the past few months where District Attorney James H. Stutts and Grand Jury Foreman Gary Pettway have refused to let Commander Fitzpatrick appear and testify before the Monroe County Grand Jury. Fitzpatrick’s testimony involves the formal charges of “fraud and treason” against Barack Obama.
That refusal was recently recinded by Monroe County and the offer to now appear before the Grand Jury was extended to Commander Fitzpatrick. Of course, we are guessing that the pending charges of “obstruction” against Stutts and Pettway filed by Fitzpatrick had a lot to do with the Court changing its mind.
Tuesday December 1, 2009 was the big day for the Grand Jury hearing. There were a few surprises. Number one, the 13 person Grand Jury that Fitzpatrick was promised he would appear before was dismissed before things got rolling. It its place a panel of 4 Grand Jury representatives met with Fitzpatrick in the afternoon. The good news is this: Stutts and Pettway appear to be gone and the panel is now tasked with the responsiblity of deciding if and when Commander Fitzpatrick will appear before the full Grand Jury.
As Fitzparick so elegantly put it – “I made the argument before the panel that this Grand Jury MUST hear the testimony and review the evidence concerning Obama’s criminal charges. If they don’t agree to convene the Grand Jury, then I am guilty of perjury and would have to be arrested.” Either way, Fitzpatrick will have his day in Court and someone is going to get formally indicted — we are hoping that somebody will be none other than, Obama for “fraud and treason.”
Last night, at 9 PM, EST on American Grand Jury BlogTalk radio we interviewed Commander Fitzpatrick. The information you just read came out of that interview. More proof that bo was born in Kenya and he even admitted it himself. What the heck will it take for the courts to see that bo is not a natural born citizen and is ineligible to be there. He is a threat to our national security. He has to be removed ASAP! He is complicating things more and more the longer he usurps the office of president. We could have an American-born person doing that job, instead we have a Kenyan-born. This is really bad.

I forgot to say, that LtCdr Fitzpatrick is doing a great job. I am praying for him and all others who are working hard at trying to get the usurper removed from office. I read his web site last night, then an hour later all the info was wiped out, except for Marvin.

So hopeful to see this happening, after watching the news, I got so depressed, but watching this site and seeing somebody doing something that I can’t do, is so hopeful for me. He is really destroying all he touches. The so-called jobs summit and can’t invite the Chamber of Commerce who can have access to more jobs that the fool has ever had in his years of destroying America. LT Commander Fitzpatrick, I am in awe of what you have been able to accomplish. God Bless you and thank you again for your continued service to our country; because, in my opinion, you are still serving it even after you have retired from the Navy!

I vote for Phil to be the Official Historian and Archivist for AGJ! Great pictures, especially of Cmndr. Fitzpatrick. I noticed in the little video clip they had yesterday they chose to feature the 10 or 15-second moment when he found out that there was not going to be a full 13-member jury, and he was understandably upset. The clip made him look like the crazy professor in the “Back To The Future” movies! Too bad he couldn’t show up on Monday in full dress uniform. I’d like to see them try and make him look like a deranged “Birther” then!

When is enough going to be enough? Everything we do or attempt to do is met with oposition from the corrupt court system. The usurper in the White House has it all covered, he is intentionally trying to collapse the system, devalue our dollar and usher in the New World Order. All this administration will recognize is a show of force. It is high time for an intervention at the White House, in Congress and at the Senate. Time to take our new Continental Congress to Washington and set them up in the House. We can make citizen arrests of the fraudulent usurper and his corrupt cronies. I believe an intervention would be met by the D.C. Police, Secret Service and the Military as welcome, and they would all join in to assist. Lt.Cdr. Fitzpatrick would make a great leader for this movement. What say you?

I agree with the post that says enough is enough, I too am sick to death of this usurper, he is doing all he can to collapse the system, yes he is and think it is high time for all enemies of the Constitution to fight this damn fool. I am sick of him and his mean wife, dressing up in gold and good folks without jobs and then they are thinking of more taxes. Dear God, if you put him here to punish the nation, that is fine, but please take him out before the next Civil War, it is coming and I can say probably is needed with the abortions, killing the innocent and gay marriage, what do they think is going to help our contry. They say they hate capitalism, but why is it that is what they want, they want the money these hardworking folks have saved and created jobs with, I say we check the pockets of all these so-called socialists, they want what the capitalists have and now are stealing it instead of working for it. I have little, a little house, 3 dogs, a gmc van, but no money, I try to tithe and ever since Satan has been picking at me to stop, my daughter-in-law and my son nag me, to not tithe, I think I should but with all the little naggy problems, I do wonder if it is Satan or just my nerves.

The easiest way to end this fraud is for the people to just STOP! STOP participating in anything that becomes law that is signed by Obama! It is that simple!
Everyone needs to withhold all tax monies! Refuse to do anything signed into law by Obama! These laws are NOT binding on anyone because they were not signed into law by a valid President!
What are they going to do? Arrest and prosecute everyone? And if they dare try to prosecute anyone for refusing to acknowledge illegal laws signed into law by Obama, how can they prevent them from gaining standing to force the prosecution to PROVE Obama is eligible???
In order to find against anyone for refusing to take any part in their illegal laws, they have to show PROOF that Obama is eligible! Are the courts going to deny everyone justice and their rights to a fair trial by just ignoring whether Obama is eligible by refusing any proof to be given to prove we the people are wrong?
I think a certain date should be set. Then everyone write into Congress telling them that have until such and such date to resolve this eligibilty issue with Obama and if they refuse, we are no longer going to honor anything they pass into law since Obama took office until this issue is resolved!
Until they provide the facts and proof to show Obama is eligible everything they do is illegal and we refuse to take part in their crimes! Therefore we the people will no longer be held accountable for their treasonous illegal laws signed into law by Obama!

If all the people that believe or know Obama is not eligible would just STOP! Stop participating in their fraud by withholding your money from a corrupt government and refusing to obide by their illegal laws being passed, they would have to come to us and prove Obama is eligible!

Judge Carter denied Orly Taitz reconsideration today. I hope some of these other court cases fare better. This is getting very discouraging as one judge after another throws these cases out and basically tells “we the people” to go fly a kite, and that our constitution is nothing more than a worthless piece of paper now.
Orly is getting more blatant death threats too and the police & FBI do nothing.

How about misappropiations of tax dollars being used to nationalize banks, auto manufacturers, paying for abortions to murder babies, etc. All of these things are unconstutional.
By giving them any of my money as tax dollars that makes me guilty of being an accessory to murder of innocent babies! Where in the constitution does it give Congress the authority to do this?
Some could argue it is legal for abortion or that life doesn’t begin until after such and time after conception, but no law ot theory can trump God’s law or people’s religeous beliefs giving Congress unconstitutional authority to justify murder by declaring it isn’t or that it is legal.
