Clever Legislators in Arizona Hit on New Way to Find Obama’s Birth Truth

I can’t speak for all of you out there reading this, but I sure do get a lot of concurrence from the readers of CFP articles regarding the absolute necessity to establish the validity of one Barack Hussein Obama’s status as a “natural born citizen” of the United States in accordance with the requirements as set down in Article 2 of the U. S. Constitution; Glenn Beck and Bill O’Reilly notwithstanding.
It seems that with each passing day more news is presented of cases of challenges from every corner of this country. Many of these cases have met with Judicial intransigence from the lethargic or shady decisions of many judges at many levels of our society all the way up the chain of command. But even so, there always seems to be some still pending a full hearing of even an open discussion which gives me, at least, the feeling of ‘what’s going on with this birth business’?
But as in life in these ever surprising United States, every now and then a bright light suddenly shines on a brilliant new attempt to solve a riddle or stalemate.
In the area of “Why didn’t I think of that?”, the AP authored an article that appeared in the February 23, 2010 edition of the New York Times titled, “Ariz. Lawmakers: Verify Citizenship of Candidates” in which it reported that 40 of the state’s 90 legislators sponsored a measure that would require presidential candidates who want to appear on the ballot in Arizona to submit documents proving they meet the requirements to be president.
The article further stated that “a state House committee on Tuesday approved the measure that was proposed by Skull Valley Republican Rep. Judy Burges.” Though it was not reported, the new requirement presumably will now appear on the state ballot in the Fall 2010 election to be held in Arizona.
It is an apparent attempt by the Arizona Legislature to force President Barack Obama to show his birth certificate to state officials if he runs for re-election.
Just imagine the consternation that will be passing through the minds of the Obama campaign organization as early as probably today on how to counter this action after they have spent close to 2 million dollars in legal fees to prevent having to disclose the information from the public.
White House officials have passed the controversy off as “politics” in an effort to discredit efforts to have Obama prove he is actually Constitutionally eligible to serve in the office of president.
While many have blamed Congress for not performing their official duties of clearing applicants prior to certification and acceptance of applications, there are equally as many who discredit them for conducting hearings in official sessions to force John McCain to produce his birth certificate prior to the presidential primaries in 2008.
In that charges of misfeasance of duty could be considered if it were to be proven that Congress deliberately neglected to perform that part of their assigned duties, such a proposition as the Arizona requirement of ballot application requirements could be extremely contentious to say the least.
Arizona will undoubtedly be in the spotlight during the upcoming months leading to the 2010 Fall National Elections, with a factious battle for a U. S. Senator seat by incumbent John McCain and challenger J. D. Hayworth, a former Arizona Congressman. Such a contest will often refer to McCain’s similar position in the 2008 proof of citizenship Congressional hearings.
Wanna bet the Obama apologizers will find a way to declare it un-Constitutional? Wouldn’t that be a ‘hoot’? The man who has thumbed his nose at the U. S. Constitution getting to use it to keep on abusing it.

I read Jerry’s articles at CFP almost every time he writes one and consider him to be a Patriot and a friend.Having said that I believe his message is spot on once again.What the Arizona Legislators have done is a crucial first step in forcing Soetoros hand in 2012.I hope our Legislators here in Texas follow suit along with many others.If this would happen in a majority of States , Soetoro and his minions would be forced to come clean or withdraw in shame.The rub I see now is that the DNC is complicit in this fraud along with many others in Government and of course the Media.If this goes down like I hope , there will be Trials and Convictions in 2013 of many Government and Media players.Treason , Fraud and circumventing the Constitution to name just a few.Perhaps we are being a little too hasty to close Gitmo right now.LOL

All states should have such a law, and make it retroactive to Jan 20 2009…If the proof is not forthcoming the state should cancel its electoral votes and refuse to recognize the ‘undocumented’ president…

that California passed and still the politicians kept shoveling out the money ? I would be interested to find out how all these IOUs are working out for California now.People
seem to be blaming Swartzenator for this but I reckon it has boiled down to every American households understanding of “We can’t do that,because we don’t have the money” It appears to be concept that politicians just don’t understand.

Probably it will, I was just wishful thinking, but sometimes, once in a while, wishful thinking comes true…People in California blame Arnold because he ran on a platform of ‘fixing’ Calif economy, and we can see what a failure that was…

I sincerely hope that all of the above is true and that will hold. It is very encouraging to read some of the articles on this site and on othes but what bothers me is what is obo and his cohorts planning or better yet what is the Olagarchy planning. Are they just sitting around waiting for all of our plans to happen,
After one year of watching what he has done so far to destroy this Republic and our Constitution it just doesn’t seem plausible that he is sitting in the White House shaking in his shoes. I watched the Healthcare summit yesterday and paid very close attention to his demeanor or lack of thereof. The smirks, the bored countenance, the lashing out, the defiance none of that speaks of compliance in any way.
At one point when he was defending the charge that democraps had used up twice as much time as the repuglicans had, he pointed out that, “HE WAS THE PRESIDENT”! It reminded me of, “I won.” That coupled with the fact that he lied over and over again and stated facts that were not facts and was corrected twice during the session by the CBO office. He just corrected himself like it meant nothing and lied again and was again corrected and then lied again.
Brazen, arrogant and defiant in front of the cameras and he knew that America was watching. The disdain that he held for America as he looked squarely into the lenz showed malice and contempt for the American people and this Republic and it sent shivers up my spine.
I don’t know what he is thinking or planning but I am sure it isn’t going to be nice.

Anyone that thinks he’s above the law will not show any fear. I’m convinced he thinks his expensive lawyers will find a way to get him out of anything we can throw his way…or he doesn’t believe WE THE PEOPLE will do anything to him! Boy how wrong he is. I can’t wait to see fear and resignation on his face…then we will know what’s coming. Not sure it’ll happen but one can dream.

but being the crank that I can be,I wonder why it took them so long ? I get the feeling politicians are expecting a blood bath at the polls in Nov.and I hope they are right but this situation with Obama needs to be addressed now,not 2012.cheers

It makes him feel good to keep saying that as he really knows he is a fraud, He is just angry because he knows that there are a number of us out here that also know he is a fraud and that is what ticks him off.

Some of the clips the news shows had on showed how arrogant he is and how mean he was to Alexander and McCain, I won, he is like a 5 year old who got his way in the election. McCain has lot os baggage but at least I doubt he will run again, the illegal Muslim showed a lot of his stripes and arrogance and the news media, a leas some of them picked up on it. Righteous anger coming, when I feel this way would like to slap the fool and make him act like a man, doubt of that will ever happen. God Bless America

I pray that this bill in Arizona proves to be the start of a national trend. However, I also agree that 2012 is too late and we should do something about Barry while there is time. Our best option is likely to write and/or call the Attorney General and legislators of our representative states and do/say all we can to persuade them to look into what 2.1.5 of the US Constitution really means. Obama is a liar and fraud, his father not being a US citizen is proof enough of that. We should use this information and free our nation of this imposter in chief whilst we still have a nation.
