Members of a Grand Jury have convened in Stockbridge, GA today (March 28, 2009) to review evidence against Barrack Obama, aka: Barry Sortero. The jury will determine if the evidence submitted shows that Mr. Obama is not legally eligible to hold office as President of the United States. Once the evidence has been examined by all 25 jurors it is expected they will likely return an indictment against Obama.

There have been numbers lawsuits filed in the past 6 months by various legal attorneys, groups and organizations attacking Obama’s credentials. Many of these are still active and pending before courts throughout the country. The most notable case is the one currently waiting review by the Supreme Court:
