Some Stanley Ann Dunham passport file documents are released. Passport office implies in cover letter earliest passport application no longer exists. The earliest 1960/1961 passport application paper work information is missing from this released information. The record starts with a “RENEWAL” application filed in 1965 due her name change after marrying Lolo Soetoro at Molokai Hawaii on March 15, 1965 per page marked P3 of the released documents. The carefully worded cover letter implies earlier years records have been purged for some reason. Since passport records are filed in files by name and not in boxes or files by year, this does not make sense. It sounds to me like HI officials (or whoever controls them) are now instructing the U.S. Passport Office how to obfuscate and parse sentences in cover letters to allow them to not provide what one asks for and yet not be lying. There was obviously a passport issued to Stanley Ann (whatever name she used to get it) prior to 1965. I was under the impression that passport records kept and filed by name were kept virtually forever.

This file indicates via the 1965 renewal application that Stanley Ann (Dunham) Obama had a passport issued to her prior to 1965 and she was applying to RENEW it. Since a passport was good for 5 years that means she likely got her first passport in late 1960 of early 1961. Why did she need a passport at age 18? She would not need it to have a baby in Hawaii or to go to college in Seattle Washington. What was the real reason this pregnant teenager got a passport in late 1960 or early in 1961? I believe it was likely to be able to travel to Kenya to have the baby over there where it was her intent to leave the baby there to be raised the paternal family in Kenya. She was to then return to re-start her life as a young teenager going to college in Seattle Washington. And then when Stanley Ann did not follow the plan because maternal instincts kicked in and she returned to college in Seattle WITH the new baby, grandma Dunham had to take action and filed the fraudulent action in Hawaii to falsely register the baby as born at home there with no witnesses to get her newborn grandson U.S. Citizenship … because it was very easy to do this in Hawaii in 1961. Also in this passport applications file is revealed the exact date of her marriage (two different exact dates and locations?) to Lolo Soetoro. But as everything with this family, nothing is consistent. In 1965 she says she married Lolo Soetoro on March 15, 1965 in Molokai Hawaii. But in a later passport renewal application marked P5 filed in 1981 she states she married him on March 5, 1964 in Maui, Hawaii. Which is true? Either way, said marriage dates, could have allowed for Obama to have been legally adopted by Lolo Soetoro in Hawaii at age 5 or under given these marriage dates, and his falsified birth records in Hawaii, fraudulently created by grandma Dunham in 1961, and which could have been amended to show the new legal name of Barry Soetoro. And then Obama could have later re-amended them back to put his name back to Barack Hussein Obama II when in his life that suited him. Obama is a life narrative chameleon. He changes names and citizenship at will during his life to suit his current needs and plans.

Also on document P2, the second page of that document, she wrote in the block named “Amend to Include (Exclude) Children” the name of her son Barack Hussein Obama and then right below it a weird name or phrase spelled and in parenthesis as (Soebarkah). This entry then has 5 diagonal line strike-through lines across the entry. Another mysterious new tidbit to research.

When the original and complete birth records file for Obama going back to and including Aug 1961 and all subsequent amendments are released, it will likely be very damning to Obama’s self created nativity narrative and other stories of his early life. Children legally adopted at age 5 and under have their new citizenship governed by the international Hague Convention Treaty on adopting children of which the USA is a signatory. That is likely why Obama alludes to his being age 6 when those Indonesian records are discussed in regards to when his step-father “adopted” him and saying that the adoption occurred in Indonesia. I think that story is more false direction and misinformation type data put out by Obama to throw one off the true trail.

Officer who refused orders from Obama chain of command seeking birth records

A decorated Army officer who faces the possibility of years in jail because he refused orders from the military chain of command under Obama, citing the president’s refusal to prove his authority to issue orders, is asking to see evidence that Obama is eligible for the Oval Office.

The request comes from Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin, who earlier posted a video challenging the military to bring him to trial on charges he refused to deploy to the Middle East in an effort to force the revelation of Obama’s birth documentation.

The Army responded by filing charges against him and rewriting a performance evaluation to condemn him for his efforts.

But now Lakin, who is aided by the Safeguard our Constitution website, is asking for a deposition in Hawaii with the records-keeper of the Hawaii Department of Health – and the production of all of the state’s records concerning Obama.

The controversy stems from the Constitution, Article 2, Section 1, which states, “No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President.” .

A number of challenges and lawsuits have been based on the constitutional requirement, some alleging Obama does not qualify because he was not born in Hawaii in 1961 as he claims. Others say he fails to qualify because he was a dual citizen of the U.S. and the United Kingdom when he was born, and the framers of the Constitution specifically excluded dual citizens from eligibility.

Complicating the issue is the fact that besides Obama’s actual birth documentation, he has concealed documentation, including his kindergarten records, Punahou school records, Occidental College records, Columbia University records, Columbia thesis, Harvard Law School records, Harvard Law Review articles, scholarly articles from the University of Chicago, passport, medical records, files from his years as an Illinois state senator, Illinois State Bar Association records, baptism records and his adoption records.

Now Lakin is facing a court-martial and as part of his defense wants the information from the state of Hawaii. According to the American Patriot Foundation, Lakin’s request was submitted to his commanding general. He seeks approval for the Hawaii deposition – an on-the-record statement – regarding Obama’s birth records.

“The records Lakin seeks have been the subject of intense interest ever since the closing days of the 2008 presidential campaign when a document appeared on the Internet purporting to be a certification that Hawaii’s Dept. of Health had records showing he had been born in Honolulu,” the foundation confirmed.

Since then, Dr. Chiyome Fukino, the head of that agency, has made public statements on the subject, but has refused all requests for copies of the actual records in the department’s custody. Recently, a former Hawaii elections clerk has come forward saying that “he was told that the department’s records showed Obama was NOT born in Hawaii.”

“The United States Constitution requires that a person be a ‘natural born citizen’ to be elected to the presidency. If Mr. Obama was not born in Honolulu as he has claimed, then he is unlikely to be a ‘natural born citizen.’ An examination of the records kept by the Hawaii Dept. of Health are an essential first step in ascertaining Mr. Obama’s constitutional eligibility to hold the office to which he was elected in 2008,” the foundation said.

The issue of the Hawaii records has been a volatile point in the argument. The state of Hawaii has gone so far a to approve a law that allows the state to ignore repeated requests for documentation about Obama’s birth.

The state’s governor, Linda Lingle, just months ago told a New York talk-show host that it was an “odd situation…”

“This issue kept coming up so much in the campaign, and again I think it’s one of those issues that is simply a distraction from the more critical issues that are facing the country…”

The former Honolulu elections official who alleges Barack Obama was “definitely” not born in Hawaii and that no long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate even exists for the president in the Aloha State now says he’s the victim of a vicious smear campaign, threatening his position as an instructor at Western Kentucky University.

“There have been attempts by various parties, some bloggers and others to attempt to discredit [my] claims, but none of them has held up to any scrutiny or rebuttal,” Tim Adams, the former senior elections clerk in 2008 for the city and county of Honolulu, is now telling WND.

“My university was deluged with phone calls and e-mails, many of which were either supportive or neutral, but some folks took it upon themselves to actively try and smear or oust me.”

He also says he’s experienced “some minor inconveniences.”

“My computer, e-mails, financial records and school records have all be subjected to fishing expeditions by various authorities. Strange, I’m still here.”

Adams, 45, a Hillary Clinton supporter who now teaches English while he works on his master’s degree, burst onto the national scene in a WND story June 10 in which he asserted Obama was not born in Hawaii as the White House maintains.

“There is no birth certificate,” he said. “It’s like an open secret. There isn’t one. Everyone in the government there knows this.”

Yet Adams also believes Obama is a U.S. citizen who is eligible to be president.

Since WND’s original story, Adams has said he’s willing to testify in court about the matter, and he appeared on an ABC television affiliate to reiterate his claims.

He also says he’s been contacted by Fox News about a possible appearance.

His direct contradiction of the White House storyline that Obama was born in Hawaii has sparked detractors to attack him personally online and on the air.

Adams explains: “I was, among other claims made by these ‘concerned citizens,’ a Nazi, a skinhead, a racist, and a host of other epithets, yet they could point to nothing in my writing or statements that would give credence to their claims; and trust me, they tried their best to find something. In doing so, they overlooked any and all evidence that might not be useful to their desires – the very thing they love to accuse conservatives of doing constantly. I have never been a part of any racialist group, nor espoused any racist doctrines, not that that matters to them.”

Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) is asking supporters for contributions to help prevent the “subpoenas and investigations” that would result from a GOP majority.

In a fundraising letter for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee, Pelosi says if Republicans take back the House, they’ll initiate “endless investigations against President Obama” and “bring back the days of Ken Starr and the politics of personal destruction.”

“Remember a Republican-controlled Congress that devoted more time to subpoenas and investigations than to solving our country’s problems?” Pelosi asks. “There is far too much at stake for our country now to allow it to happen again.”

Rep. Darrell Issa (R-Calif.), the ranking member of the House Government Reform and Oversight Committee, has shown himself willing and eager to be a thorn in the side of the Obama administration on everything from the BP oil spill to the Joe Sestak job offer. Few doubt that he would use a chairmanship to ramp up those efforts.

Seizing on Pelosi’s letter, Issa said Pelosi was effectively seeking “immunity” for the Obama administration.

“Obviously, Speaker Pelosi believes that a Democratic Congress should give this administration immunity from legitimate questions and appropriate accountability,” Issa said. “Her statements are indicative of the desperate state her Majority is in and if the best case she can make is to caution the American people against the dangers of conducting legitimate and vigorous oversight, she is welcome to make that case.”

“The things I’ve said, I don’t mind testifying in court,” Tim Adams, the senior elections clerk for the city and county of Honolulu in the 2008 campaign, told WND in an exclusive interview.

“I was working there, and this is what it was. I’m not a lawyer, just a civil servant. I know what I know. I know what I was told by the hospitals and by my supervisors.”

“I had direct access to the Social Security database, the national crime computer, state driver’s license information, international passport information, basically just about anything you can imagine to get someone’s identity,” Adams explained. “I could look up what bank your home mortgage was in. I was informed by my boss that we did not have a birth record [for Obama].”

At the time, there were conflicting reports that Obama had been born at the Queen’s Medical Center in Honolulu, as well as the Kapi’olani Medical Center for Women and Children across town. So Adams says his office checked with both facilities.

“They told us, ‘We don’t have a birth certificate for him,’” he said. “They told my supervisor, either by phone or by e-mail, neither one has a document that a doctor signed off on saying they were present at this man’s birth.”

To date, no Hawaiian hospital has provided documented confirmation Obama was born at its facility.

Adams, 45, stressed, “In my professional opinion, he definitely was not born in Hawaii. I can say without a shadow of a doubt that he was not born in Hawaii because there is no legal record of him being born there. If someone called and asked about it, I could not tell them that person was born in the state.”

WND confirmed with Hawaiian officials that Adams was indeed working in their election offices during the last presidential election.

“His title was senior elections clerk in 2008,” said Glen Takahashi, elections administrator for the city and county of Honolulu.

Adams oversaw a group of 50 to 60 employees and was responsible for verifying the identity of voters, especially absentee voters.

He now expects his former co-workers still working in the elections office to say little, if anything, about the non-existent birth certificate because they fear for their jobs.

“If you’re working in the civil service and you say this, you’re done,” Adams said. “Don’t expect to have a good career, especially since the governor is on the other side. Embarassing them is not good for your career.”

Last month, as WND reported, Hawaii’s Republican Gov. Linda Lingle reignited Obama’s origin on a New York radio show.

“It’s been an odd situation,” Lingle said. “This issue kept coming up so much in the campaign, and again I think it’s one of those issues that is simply a distraction from the more critical issues that are facing the country.

“So I had my health director, who is a physician by background, go personally view the birth certificate in the birth records of the Department of Health, and we issued a news release at that time saying that the president was, in fact, born at Kapi’olani Hospital in Honolulu, Hawaii. And that’s just a fact and yet people continue to call up and e-mail and want to make it an issue and I think it’s again a horrible distraction for the country by those people who continue this.”

Although the governor now claims she issued a news release stating Kapi’olani is Obama’s birthplace, the actual release said no such thing, making no reference to Kapi’olani nor any other specific location of Obama’s birth.

WND asked Adams about the governor’s assertions about viewing a hospital-generated birth certificate from Hawaii.

“Then where is it? And why all the smoke and mirrors?” he responded. “They could end the controversy by producing the document, and they never have. It doesn’t exist.”

“Why would they say they’ve seen it and not produce it? I don’t know,” he added. “If they said they’ve seen the document, then why not produce the document? There’s no need to put themselves out like that. I can’t even begin to think why they did that except for some kind of political expediency. I’m too far down the totem pole [to know].”

While Adams, who noted he spent nearly 10 years in the islands and has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Hawaii, says he’s certain Obama was not born there, he also does think the president is indeed a U.S. citizen, since his mother, Stanley Ann Dunham was born an American.

He says he merely would like to see the truth come out and have the controversy over natural-born citizenship and presidential eligibility resolved once and for all.

“It’s come to the point where it’s a monster, and it’s time to kill it,” Adams said. “Solve the problem so that everyone can get back to cooperating to improve the country. People have lost sight that we’re trying to make the country a better place.”

To date, President Obama has still not provided simple, incontrovertible proof of his exact birthplace. That information would be included on his long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate which Obama has steadfastly refused to release amid a flurry of conflicting reports.

The White House has only proffered on the Internet a “Certification of Live Birth” to assert he was born in Hawaii, but that document was available to children not born in Hawaii at the time of Obama’s birth.

Many people remain unaware a child could be born somewhere else and still receive a Hawaii COLB. State law specifically allows “an adult or the legal parents of a minor child” to apply to the health department and, upon unspecified proof, be given the birth document.

“Anyone can get that [Certification of Live Birth],” said Adams. “They are normally given if you give birth at home or while traveling overseas. We have a lot of Asian population [in Hawaii]. It’s quite common for people to come back and get that.”

As WND reported last July, the Kapi’olani Medical Center trumpeted – then later concealed – a letter allegedly written by President Obama in which he ostensibly declares his birth at the facility.

“As a beneficiary of the excellence of Kapi’olani Medical Center – the place of my birth – I am pleased to add my voice to your chorus of supporters,” Obama purportedly wrote.

But the authenticity of that letter remains in doubt. Since WND raised questions about the veracity of the letter itself and its content, the White House has refused to say if the message is real and if its text originated with the president.
