Here at American Grand Jury we had our plan of attack for D-day too. The American Grand Jury, Class of June 6th, 2009 broke a record with the largest number of voting members to ever hand down a criminal indictment against our usurper leader, Barry Obama.

42 members voted unanimously to hand down the presentments against Obama. It was amazing. Everytime I figured the voting was finished another member would login and vote. The total registration was 43 and I think the last member would have voted if he could have made the deadline.

All and all approximately 200 unique American Grand Jury members have voted to indict Obama in the past 7 weeks. Thus far we have served over 120 presentments with different courts, sheriffs, judges and district attorneys around the Nation.

So what is happening with our indictments in the hands of the courts? It is still too early to tell and we certainly have an uphill battle but as we increase the numbers the courts are starting to figure out we mean business. There are only so many excuses a court, judge or prosector can use as they tell you they do not believe in the Constitution. And folks, that is EXACTLY what these government officials do when they fail to do their job. As time goes on we at American Grand Jury will try our best to make the public aware of just who these elected officials are that refuse to adhere to the will of the people and support the laws of the Constitution.

We are booked solid for the month of June but we need many more Grand Jury members for July

Our goal is to get over 1,000 presentments served on the courts within the next 60 to 90 days. We cannot do it without your help. Look at it this way, if only 5% of the Courts we serve actually take action it would mean 20 criminal prosecutions would be enacted against Obama. The first thing the courts are going to demand from Obama is to prove he is a “natural born” citizen. Fat chance Obama can prove anything!

We at American Grand Jury hear what the people are saying and have charged Obama with “presentments” of guilt. On Satruday, May 30th at 2:30 pm, the convened Grand Jury handed down the YES votes of 31 members, unanimous, to INDICT Barack Obama with the “presentments” of Fraud and Treason.

The May 30th voting has been formally attested to and verified. The “presentments” will be reduced to writing within the next few days for distribution to the court system throughout the land. To date, American Grand Jury has sponsored approximately 70 serves on different courts, sheriffs, Districk Attoneys, Attorney Generals, judges and other officials around the United States. The word is spreading that we mean business and are not going to stop with these presentments until the Court system does their job of formally prosecuting Obama.

The people of the United States have the right to know who this man really is that is living in the White House. Right now it looks like AKA is a Foreign National “play-acting” as the Commander-in-Chief and President. Obama contiunes to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars with legal firms to hide his birth certificate, passport records, school records, selective service records, campaign contribution records and God knows what else.

Obama and Biden showed up at Arlington to lay the wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. Obama also made an appearance at the 2009 US Naval Academy Graduation this past week. John McCain’s son gave Obama a hug as he received his graduation certificate.

On May 23rd, 2009, the American Grand Jury showed up to indict Obama by handing down presentments. The vote was unanimous. Twenty-seven (27) Jury members attested to the final charges:

COUNT ONE:

That Obama is NOT eligible under the laws of the Constitution of the United States as provided for in Article II, Section 1.

“No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President..”

COUNT TWO:

The charge of “Treason” against Obama is before the people of the United States of America. That such complaint is CRIMINAL, of high crimes, and extremely damaging against the people.

The formal complaint of “Treason” has been lodged against Barack Obama by Lt. Commander Walter Fitzpatrick III, Unites States Navy, RET. The complaint has been duly served upon a United States District Attorney.

Lt. Commander Walter Fitzpatrick III is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy, Class of 1975.

Excerpt from Fitzpatrick’s charge:

We come now to this reckoning. I accuse you and your military-political criminal assistants of TREASON. I name you and your military criminal associates as traitors. Your criminal ascension manifests a clear and present danger. You fundamentally changed our form of government. The Constitution no longer works.

Confident holding your silent agreement and admission, I identify you as a foreign born domestic enemy. My sworn duty Mr. Obama is to stand against what you stand for. You are not my president. You are not my commander in chief.

If you think for one minute we at American Grand Jury and other national movements are not getting to the psyche of Barry Obama think again? This man is still campaigning and telling us how greatly he is concerned about our welfare, security and American heritage. In fact, Barack Obama mocks and laughs at our heritage and all the men and women who have fallen defending our Nation. Is he the “real” Commander-in-Chief or simply “play acting” as the biggest imposter to ever grace the history of our Nation?

This is what Rush Limbaugh had to say about Obama and Memorial Day:

We at American Grand Jury are still asking the presumed president to stand up, become a man and quit hiding. Before you Mr. Obama are the charges of Eligibility and Treason. You speak of honor and integrity to the our fighting men yet you hide the truth from them as no president has ever done before.

Memorial Day is a day we honor ALL Americans who wore our country’s uniform in defense of her flag, people and Constitution. Without you our Country would have perished long ago. For those of you that think we as a Nation can survive in a world of aggression and terrorism without the American military are sadly mistaken. No nation in the history of the world has ever survived without the sacrifice and allegiance of an armed military.

Hi Everyone,

From now on I will attempt to update the general public on the status of our Grand Jury presentments (indictments), court filings and the status of those filings. We expect activity to grow and results to happen. We would be wasting our time if we didn’t believe in this cause and our plan of action. Our goal has always been to get the indictment(s) and then find the courts to file those indictments with.

IMPORTANT: We do not publicize hearing dates for a reason and we will continue that policy as long as we build Grand Juries. Jury membership is private. We never give that information out. Even our “inter-group” mailing lists are private. Our deliberations and voting are done behind “password protected” websites. There is nothing unsual about this. This is the way a Grand Jury is supposed to operate.

The April 29th Presentments are in the finishing stages of being formalized. The final package for court filing is about 10 pages long. That sounds long, but in reality it is just right. There are lots of supporting paperwork that goes with it: evidence, or reference to evidence, a copy of the Treason complaint by the military officer making the accusation, logs (about 1500 pieces of communication in digital form), jury foreman verification of the presentments — details, details — and more! That is about all I can say publicly that is in the package. Everything has been preserved for integrity and credibility — the court should have no problem seeing what is being asked of them — that is to prosecute Obama on Fraud (Eligibility) and Treason.

The NEXT PHASE is critically important. We are looking for the warriors now! The Grand Jury did its job. Now we need American Grand Jury Representatives to file the Presentments far and wide — that would be with any court that has a front door, specifically any court that is local or State in jurisdiction. We don’t care much about Federal courts at this point — they work for Obama. This is a “we the people” movement and the States will be taking notice. The Constitution guarantees us the right to peaceable assemby and the grand jury. Your job is to recognize those rights and act upon them.

Never in my lifetime have I been associated with such a motivated group of people. When we put this jury together we went overboard trying to be impartial. These members found out early on, we never asked where they came from, what their political views were, how they made their living or what color, creed or religion they subscribed to.

Personally, I figured this Grand Jury hearing would have a decent turnout and a good voting margin, but nothing like this:

Out of 33 registered jury members (all sworn under oath as to eligibity and service) we had only one person unable to attend the final meeting. The final 32 member roster gave us a unanimous vote. And they worked their butts off to make the decision. Even though they were able to study and review the evidence on their own time in the password protected website, the effort these folks put into this jury was fastastic. We had over 1500 pieces of communication (surveys, chat messages, jury foreman messages) that transpired between the jury members on the website. These people worked close to 8 days in advance to get ready for the April 29th deadline. Their work paid off. Within 30 minutes of convening the final hearing a 100% vote was returned.

Tell you what folks, this is America, and these jury members right now are speaking for America and they are mad and they want action from their lawmakers and the courts. Obama has been presented (indicted) by this Jury on two MAJOR counts of criminal behavior. It is now our duty to get this indictment in the hands of as many court jurisdictions in this United States of America as possible.
