The Illinois State Grand Jury made a leap forward this weekend by handing down their Grand Jury “presentments” against Barry Soetoro, AKA: Barack Obama.

Sponsored by American Grand Jury this group of 17 concerned citizens from the Land of Lincoln convened their jury to take care of business. They studied the testimony and evidence for over a week and made a final vote on Saturday, June 13th. After the voting was tallied all 17 jury members voted to indict Obama.

The following criminal allegations and complaints were voted upon:

COUNT ONE:

That Obama is NOT eligible under the laws of the Constitution of the United States as provided for in Article II, Section 1.

“No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President..”

COUNT TWO:

The charge of “Treason” against Obama is before the people of the United States of America. That such complaint is CRIMINAL, of high crimes, and extremely damaging against the people.

It was a great day for the patriots in Illinois. Obama politics is a big problem for the State but hopefully these presentments will purge some of the stench coming off Obama as he moved from Illinois to becoming the notorious “usurper” in Washington.

The momentum is growing. American Grand Jury, Texas, Arkansas and now Illinois have a combined for a total of 9 Grand Jury indictments against Obama. The presentments are being served on Sheriffs, Judges, Courts and DA’s across the land. So far most of these liberal courts are trying to hide from acting upon the presentments but in the long run the numbers are starting to mount.

We are not fooling ourselves; we know it is going to take many more Grand Juries and possibly 100’s of filings to get the job done. Sooner or later the court system is going to be inundated with “presentments” against Obama. Public sentiment is growing against Obama and some of these courts will be forced to step up or lose complete credibility with the people.

The good news is that many people are responding to the American Grand Jury movement and are willing to serve. The June schedule is booked solid but we need jury members for the upcoming July Grand Juries.

I just got a letter from Dianna Nelson-Diaz — she is the person that is organizing the LONE STAR GRAND JURY.

Here’s the letter:

Bob,

Thank you for the email and advice. I believe we are 2 people away from our 25 and I starting today to search for a court room if at all possible. I hope to convene on May 6, swear our jurors in and look at the evidence. I would like to think we could bring an indictment against Obama that day with all the evidence that Dr. Orly Taiz has gathered.

I have been working with Carl and will get with him as well. I believe we are only a few weeks away and I once I have the location (preferably a court room, more professional looking) then I will work on the media and getting their attention. Again, thanks for what you are doing. I sent emails to the 23 people I already had and told them to sign up on your web site. I will continue to work on that as well.

Dianna — you really did things FAST! Congratulations! I just talked to you a little over a week ago and look how far you have come. God, I love TEXAS — they know how to do things is a BIG way!

It looks like the Citizen’s Federal Grand Jury in Illinois isn’t wasting any time. They have already confirmed their membership and have now set a Jury date. Mary McKiernan keeps us informed with all the news.

Here is her recent letter:

Bob, I just received an e-mail today from Stephanie at Patriot Resistance that we now have the required 25 Jurors to serve on the Illinois Citizen’s Federal Grand Jury. We are set to convene on May 2, 2009. As soon as I have more details, I will let you know.

This past weekend, four of us got the opportunity to finally meet Dr. Orly Taitz. Dr. Orly Taitz had a two hour layover at Chicago O’Hare Airport. We met at McDonald’s just outside of the Airport. We discussed a number of things, such as what is going on in Washington DC and other parts of the country. We exchanged ideas about getting the Illinois Citizen’s Federal Grand Jury underway. Dr. Taitz will be doing the presentation for our Citizen’s Federal Grand Jury.

And there is more news on the Grand Jury circuit. Carl Swensson sent me a quick memo after returning from the Kentucky Gun Show. He is one busy man right now. It is really exciting.

I had over 400 E-Mails to answer after I got back. I working as fast as I can to answer them as I still have 26 left. Overwhelming response during our trip to Ketucky. Anyway, things are chugging along and Ohio appears next in line to convene, presumably this weekend. I’m helping Nancy with the particulars.

We expect to convene 2 or 3 Grand Juries this month. Remember, our ultimate goal is to empower the people. Send your REQUEST to serve now. There is nothing to be afraid of.. organizing and using free speech are important rights under the Constitution. The American Grand Jury is just another way of expressing these rights.

Illinois is presently working on getting our Citizen’s Federal Grand Jury set up. I have been working with Dr. Orly Taitz for a while now. In February, I went to Washington DC to serve Subpoenas and Pleadings for Dr. Orly Taitz. This weekend, I along with Carolyn, Tonya and Fred had an opportunity to meet Dr. Orly Taitz and discuss what is presently going on. We advised Dr.Taitz that we (Illinois) should have our Citizen’s Federal Grand Jury lined up soon. Orly is a wonderful lady. A True Patriot.
