Either the foundation of this country will continue to crumble or we will get back a Constitution we can actually rely on. So concludes Harlem’s Pastor Manning after the jury in a citizen’s ‘trial’ he presided over found both the alleged President Obama, as Pastor Manning calls him, and Columbia University guilty on charges of sedition, treason, fraud, mail fraud, and racketeering. The trial was staged at Pastor Manning’s church, Atlah Ministries, at 123 Street and Lenox Avenue from May 14th through May 18th, 2010.

For those who have been following the mounting criticism of Obama, they know that there are many troubling issues concerning the person in the position of leader of the Free World. To put it bluntly, Who in the world is this man anyway?

People have been asking, “Where is the birth certificate?” But that is not the only document Obama is hiding. We should be also asking, “Where are the school records, scholarly articles, passport documents, medical records, papers from your service in the Illinois state Senate, Illinois State Bar Association records, baptism records, papers from your adoption by Lolo Soetero and papers connected with your multiple name changes, from Barack Hussein Obama to Barry Soetero, and back again to Barack Hussein Obama?” Nor can we stop there. “Why do you have a Social Security number issued in Connecticut when it is common knowledge that you lived in Hawaii?” Additionally, we have a right to ask what it means, Mr. President, that all your chums were either radical leftist bombers, Communist intellectuals, or Muslims.

But these questions are old hat for those who have been following the objections to Obama’s candidacy and presidency. New material alleges that Obama was recruited by the CIA while at Occidental college to work with them in the Middle East and that he never went to Columbia at all. Columbia is accused of complicity in this cover up and of granting Obama a fake diploma.

Pastor Manning brought in a witness who testified that there was no record of Obama’s attendance at Columbia University. Sabbath La Fleur is a young woman of Haitian descent who has been a member of Manning’s Atlah Ministries for eleven years. She stated that her research showed that there were no pictures of Obama (or Soetero either) in the Columbia yearbook. Nor were several people known to be Obama’s friends found in the yearbook. Obama has said that he was a quiet person during his student years, and that he hid out in the library, but Ms. La Fleur said that she found no quiet places to hide and that she, a fellow African American, stood out and was noticed. Pastor Manning then added that according to a story in the NY Observer, the chairman of the political science department said he did not know Obama. He also raised the question of how Obama could have gotten into Columbia at all when it demanded a grade point average of 3.5 and Obama was only a C student (2.5 grade point average) at Occidental, his first college. Pastor Manning also referred to an interview FOX’s Bill Hemmer did with four hundred Columbia students and workers, not one of whom said they knew Obama while he was supposed to have been at Columbia.

My Fellow Americans,

On Tuesday, 18 May 2010 in The ATLAH Court room under the sanction of the US Constitution “We The People spoke.” Mr. Obama , Michael Sovern, and the Trustees of Columbia University were found guilty on all 17 counts of Sedition, Conspiracy, Fraud, and Obstruction of Justice.

I am assembling a coalition to hand the verdicts to The Judiciary of The US Senate, The US Congress, The Joint Chiefs Of Staff, and The US Attorney General.

Specifically for Michael Sovern and Columbia University, I will be submitting to The New York State Bar, The New York State Attorney General, New York State Regents, and The Mid-Atlantic Schools Accreditation demanding their license to operate an educational institution be revoked.

Perhaps their first response will be to defend and reject. Thereupon, will begin the most exciting part of this guilty victory. Inasmuch, as we will proceed to court testing the constitutionality of the 10th Amendment established by our Founding Fathers.

I expect the courts to be careful in their decision not to injure the rights of “We The People.”

NEW YORK – The controversial Harlem pastor who led a days-long “trial” of President Obama says the resulting “guilty” verdict and corroborating evidence will now be turned over to appropriate authorities, congressional and otherwise.

The event was held at Atlah World Missionary Church over the past few days, and its pastor, James Manning, claimed it to be the first “legal verdict” against Obama since he took office.

Focusing on allegations regarding Obama’s status as a “natural born citizen” of the United States as well as the allegedly illegal “award” of a diploma from Columbia University, Manning insists new legal ground was broken.

The activist pastor says that under the 10th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, citizens can legally hold a trial and arrive at a verdict, with the results turned over to appropriate government bodies for enforcement.

Manning claims the fact that the Secret Service, charged with protecting the president and investigating threats, allowed the “trial” to take place constitutes evidence it was legitimate.

“If the trial did not have legal standing, then why did the federal or city authorities not intervene to halt [the proceeding]?” he said. “We did not hide the trial, in fact we did our best to promote it. So if the authorities had any problems why did they not act?”

Not only was there no government interference during or after the trial, Manning boasts the NYPD had officers in the neighborhood to protect the church when the trial was under way.

Coincidentally, Obama was less than 4 miles away at a Democratic Party fundraiser in mid-town Manhattan the night before the 5-day trial began May 14.

Just four blocks from the church that hosted the Obama trial stands the Harlem office of former President Bill Clinton.

Ironically, the conservative Manning heaped praise on the 42nd president: “He was (and still is) a friend of the Harlem community. He and Hillary did a lot of good things here and for that we thank them.”

Now that the Obama trial is over, Manning said, he will pass on the verdict and the evidence presented to the appropriate congressional authorities for their own “review.”

“Just like a civilian who witnessed a crime, we will report our findings to Congress. … Let’s see what they do,” he said.

Regarding Manning’s allegation that Obama never actually attended Columbia, the New York times blogged mockingly:

“When we asked a Columbia spokesman whether the president did in fact attend the school, he replied, ‘We’re not commenting on the Reverend Manning or the trial.’ Denial or confirmation? You decide.”

Manning, undeterred, says, “The ball is their (Congress’) court. The verdict is in, the trial is over.

“Of course they (Congress) will try and ignore it and hope I will go away. .. but anyone who knows me knows I will not go away.”

All of us are exhausted right now.. I know Rev. Manning has been working overtime for months now.. he is a true Patriot and deserves all the credit for this event.

I will be calling all the AGJ delegates to make sure they arrived home last night safely. I got home at 2:00 am this morning in Arizona.. I am really tired to say the least.

This was the most memorable experience I can recall in my lifetime.. I will get everyone in the membership up to speed with regard to this event within the next few days. I heard the Steve Cooper interview on BlogTalk radio last night was really HOT! I am going to go listen to the “on demand” playback of it right now.
