The United States has no place for socialized Medicine. You are not representing the American people if you allow a social-facist-communist such as Obama to ram this $10-Trillion bill down our throats.

We ABSOLUTELY mean no harm to anyone in Congress. Violence is never the answer, but peacefully getting rid of politicians that vote against America and our American life style has no stopping place. Many, many Democrats and Republicans are going to lose their jobs come November if they even think about supporting this bill. The Democratic party is already imploding before your eyes.

PLEASE DO NOT VOTE YES FOR HEALTHCARE. If you do vote yes I can assure you that I belong to groups that can rally hundreds of thousands of people against you when your time for reelection comes up.

We also have the numbers to force the Arizona Legislature to turn up the heat on accepting 10th Amendment “States Freedom Acts” that can effectively force the Federal Government out of Arizona if they attemp to push unwanted legislation on Arizonans.

WE WILL FIGHT BACK. The sleeping giant known as the American Patriot is alive and well and we will not stop fighting for justice.

NASHVILLE – Just as a tea-party convention crowd gathered to discuss strategy for the movement, one woman stepped forward to the microphone – holding up two Hawaiian long-form birth certificates and a copy of President Obama’s purported short-form certification of live birth – and, referencing the short form, she told the crowd, “This piece of junk is what you get when you don’t have one of these!”

The crowd went wild, clapping and cheering.

When the forum was over, tea partiers scrambled around a table to see and photograph her original documents.

The woman, Miki Booth, originally from Hawaii, is running for the U.S. House of Representatives in Oklahoma’s second district as an independent constitutional conservative. She had presented original long-form birth certificates belonging to her son and husband, dated 1981 and 1949.

“They are the ‘vault’ copies of the original ones filled out at the hospital and sent to the Hawaii State Department of Health Vital Statistics Office,” Booth told WND. “It is from this office that the newspapers get their stats for births, deaths and marriages to announce in the newspapers.”

Her husband, Fred, and son, Alan, were born at the Kapi’olani Medical Center for Women and Children in Honolulu, Hawaii – the same hospital declared as Obama’s birthplace in a purported letter from the president.

“If he is going to claim he was born in Kapi’olani like my husband and my son, then I want him to show proof,” Booth said, explaining that a certification of live birth only shows that a live baby was born – and not necessarily in Hawaii.

“What he’s given us perpetuates the mystery of what he’s covering up and gives us more reason to not trust him,” she said.

Asked what she thought of the crowd’s overwhelmingly positive reaction when she presented the documents, Booth said, “I was pleased but not surprised, since I get that reaction every time I do it. I think people really appreciate when someone shows them they’re not stupid. They know what’s going on.”

Most of the convention attendees appeared to rally around WND founder Joseph Farah as he presented his speech at the national convention Friday, referencing the eligibility issue. They gave him a standing ovation at the end of his speech. However, a small number of people suggested the topic shouldn’t have surfaced at a tea party event.

“I would say those people have bought into the notion that it’s a dead issue since it was ‘proved’ to them that Obama was born in Hawaii,” Booth explained. “What proof were they convinced by? Bill O’Reilly saying so? Newscasters saying so? ACORN saying so? The Internet copy?”

She continued, “I wonder if these same people think we shouldn’t question his record of what passport he traveled to Pakistan with – or his Occidental records of foreign student funding and his Columbia records or his Harvard records or his Punahou records.”

HARRISBURG, Pa. (AP) - U.S. Rep. John Murtha, an influential critic of the Iraq War whose congressional career was shadowed by questions about his ethics, died Monday. He was 77.

The Pennsylvania Democrat had been suffering complications from gallbladder surgery. He died at Virginia Hospital Center in Arlington, Va., spokesman Matthew Mazonkey said.

In 1974 Murtha, then an officer in the Marine Reserves, became the first Vietnam War combat veteran elected to Congress. One of Congress’ most hawkish Democrats, he wielded considerable clout for two decades as the ranking Democrat on the House subcommittee that oversees Pentagon spending.

Murtha voted in 2002 to authorize President George W. Bush to use military force in Iraq, but Murtha’s growing frustration over the administration’s handling of the war prompted him in November 2005 to call for an immediate withdrawal of U.S. troops.

“The war in Iraq is not going as advertised. It is a flawed policy wrapped in illusion,” he said.

Orly asks court for ‘evidentiary hearing for possible criminal prosecution’

An attorney who has been involved in several cases alleging Barack Obama isn’t qualified to be president because he is not a “natural born citizen” as required by the Constitution now is asking a California judge in investigate possible fraud against the court.

Orly Taitz, who has, among other cases, one pending at the 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals on behalf of a member of the military wondering whether orders from Obama as commander-in-chief are valid, said the possibility of fraud is one of several concerns in the case.

“There is such a high probability of criminal acts of identity theft and Social Security fraud committed by the respondent that the undersigned requests this honorable court to use its inherent powers to order Sua Sponte an evidentiary hearing on this particular issue for possible criminal prosecution,” she wrote in her latest arguments that also request the case be moved to Washington, D.C.

She noted the respondent, Obama, “has submitted himself to the jurisdiction of this honorable court and can be brought to a separate evidentiary hearing to ascertain if fraud was perpetrated upon the court by assertion of false identity, even if the underlying case is not heard or closed for one reason or another.”

She also asked that the U.S. attorney’s office, which has been representing Obama’s interests in the case, be barred from participating “due to the obvious inherent conflict of interest.”

Taitz told WND she’s submitted to the court testimony from private investigators and others regarding allegations Obama has used multiple Social Security numbers.

“He [the judge] has the inherent power to schedule an evidentiary hearing if there is a suspicion fraud was perpetrated on the court,” she said.

According to her online posting of the newest request, she also notes the case “has not been heard on the merits, no discovery has been granted and the court simply granted the defendants’ pretrial motion to dismiss for want of jurisdiction, when the defendants argued that the proper jurisdiction is Washington, D.C..”
