American Grand Jury - Special Announcement affecting the Spring Tour

Greetings everyone,
American Grand Jury has been pushing very hard in the past year to expose the truth behind Barack Obama, his Marxist regime, and the progressive left that continue to preach “change.”
Our efforts as a Patriotic group have been criticized by many. I constantly hear folks say that the “citizenship” issues surrounding Barry Soetoro, the Usurper, don’t mean anything. The problem with this thinking is it becomes a “double-edge sword”. Once people fall for the lie and fail to abide by the Constitution then our sacred Founding document does, it fact, become unenforceable. Where does it all stop? At what point does the country turn into a dictatorship? The Constitution clearly states Barack Obama does not qualify as a “natural born citizen” and therefore he cannot serve as our President. For those of you that say this is ridiculous, I say, “amend the Constitution if you disagree with it.” Three-fourths of the States can ratify an amendment which would allow any man, woman or child to be dictator if they wish. But until that time comes, what gives Barack Obama the right to break the law?
When the Government fails to do its job in protecting its citizens against such treasonous acts as Barack Obama [and others] have committed, it THEN becomes the job of the people to enforce the Constitution. The Columbia-CIA trial is just one way we can directly challenge Government and see that justice is served.
The “Bill of Rights” gives us all the power and authority we need.
Amendment One:
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
The Columbia-CIA Trial will adhere to the spirit of the Constitution. “We the People” will peaceably assemble to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
Amendment Five:
No person shall be held to answer for any capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury..
Barack Obama has been named in hundreds of lawsuits across our land challenging his authority. The American Grand Jury has indicted Obama no less than 16 times under Grand Jury Presentments. These Presentments have been served on Congress, Governors, Judges, District Attorneys, hundreds, if not thousand of times. The evidence against Obama is solid and irrefutable, yet Government has failed miserably in acknowledging the citizens’ pleas for justice. Obama has spent millions of dollars in taxpayer money and campaign contributions fighting to stay out of the courts. The Fifth Amendment in all its glory and eloquence protects all citizens from undue persecution or prosecution, yet we find that Obama and our Government will have no part of it.
Amendment Six:
In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district where in the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defense.
Dr. Manning has assured us that the Trial will be fair and impartial. The laws that Obama and Columbia College have broken affect every city, town, State and citizen in the Nation.. The jury shall be drawn from impartial citizens across the land.. That a defense will be offered the accused by a licensed Attorney.. That witnesses shall confront and accuse the defendants.. That the accused shall be afforded every opportunity to defend themselves..
Amendment Ten:
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
When in due course the Government fails to act or refuses to act, it becomes the duty of the people to see that justice is preserved and that we act to protect the Constitution. Nothing in the Constitution prevents the people from challenging Barack Obama in court. No law protects Obama from violating the Constitution. No law gives the Government the right to shelter Obama from prosecution.
SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT:
As a result of the Columbia Trial being one of the most important events in America Grand Jury history we have decided to revise our Spring Tour plans. Originally American Grand Jury hoped to tour and visit New York City by motorhome. Unfortunately, time, money and resources will not us permit us to do that. We came up short in our fund raising and we were forced to cut the number of days we could be in New York. With our new plans we can now spend the time and resources necessary to properly represent AGJ at the Trial. Instead of driving [and being on the road for 20 days] we will fly directly to New York.
American Grand Jury will spend 5 days and 4 nights in New York and take with us an 8-member delegation. The following members will attend the Trial: Neil Turner, E.R. Folds, Carl Mehr, Miki Booth, William Miller, Rudy Badzik, Victoria Windsor and Bob Campbell. In addition, there will be a number of New York residents/AGJ members who will meet us there.
I will talk more about this in our newsletter. I realize some of you will be disappointed that we will not be visiting your State. All I can say is I feel terrible but money and resources are the prime considerations here. We cannot miss the Columbia Trial. When push comes to shove we had to make some hard choices.
